Wales Welcomes You to the Anti-Racist Metaverse – Come and Learn About “White Privilege”
Welsh teenagers are being taught about “white privilege” in an interactive virtual reality world, after the Welsh Government spent more than £1.2 million of taxpayers’ money rolling out a so-called “anti-racist metaverse”. The Telegraphhas more.
Pupils are invited to explore a “vast, accessible and immersive 3D metaverse environment” centred on a “grand atrium” adorned with portraits of civil rights campaigners such as Malcolm X, Betty Campbell and Nelson Mandela.
As teenagers pass through the online space, they cross a series of themed areas covering topics including the hardships faced by Romani travellers, the Bosnian genocide and famines in India under British rule.
A “curriculum” room allows pupils to move between conference-style stands where pressing a button opens interactive lessons in “black feminism” and “decolonising politics”.
One of these stands looks at “sociology through an anti-racist lens” and explores “whiteness in language, policies, research and how these and privilege impact social, learning and employment environments”.
Pupils are also invited to use the metaverse to learn about a branch of feminist theory that argues “men have an inherent psychological need to subjugate women”.
Its lessons accuse a former Conservative minister of “dog whistling” over a campaign pamphlet that criticised plans for land to house traveller communities.
The project was started in 2024 as part of an official commitment for Wales to become the world’s first anti-racist country by 2030.
The Welsh Government said the online space was only used in further education colleges, where pupils study for A-levels or apprenticeships and are typically 16–18 years old.
It is said to be the “world’s first anti-racist virtual world”.
Under a list of “key terms” included in one metaverse lesson is the phrase “white privilege”.
A definition is cited and states that there are “inherent advantages possessed by a white person which means that during their day-to-day life, they do not have to consider their race”.
Other terms pupils are encouraged to learn include “patriarchy” and “imperialism”.
One room in the metaverse is dedicated to a “world timeline” that teaches pupils about colonialism and the history of Europe, Africa and India. …
In one section of the metaverse, pupils explore an interactive gypsy campsite.
A series of billboards exploring discrimination against the nomadic ethnic group has a Conservative Party flyer displayed under the label “dog whistling”.
The leaflet was distributed as part of a campaign by David T.C. Davies, the former secretary of state for Wales, calling for more public consultation over the creation of a new traveller site.
The metaverse states: “Examples of ‘dog-whistle’ politics used by the former Conservative Party MP David T.C. Davies, to try and prevent new traveller sites being built in Monmouth/Gwent.”
Another billboard in the metaverse displays a leaflet distributed in 2022 as “part of a collaborative campaign to prevent Jimmy Carr performing in Wales, following on from anti-gypsy remarks he used in a Netflix show”.
I’m sure he wouldn’t want to discuss the Racist Indian Caste System, or the racist, lighter-skinned Fulani/ Somali/ Ethiopian Arabic types in Africa who sneer at the majority dark-skinned Sub-Saharan Africans, and regularly slaughter them in Africa for being Christians… or blow up their presidential planes if they happen to get democratically elected by the majority, as happened in Rwanda.

Here’s what they should learn: the concept “white privilege” is an anti-white racial slur directed at white people – all whites, living or dead. It is a metaphysical concept designed to further The Great Replacement, i.e. white genocide. White genocide is the madleft project to abolish what the Left regards as “the trash people” who are not on “the right side of history”.
It is indeed a privilege to be White, and particularly White Anglo-Saxon- Norse-Celt with its culture which is unique, the most successful the World (so far) has seen, and which shaped the modern World.
True. It should not need pointing out, but it does. Ultimately I think it’s more helpful for every single individual to feel it’s a privilege to be alive, and to try and play the hand they are dealt fairly and calmly. Perhaps that’s easier to do if you’re lucky enough to have been born in England.

We de-industrialised which removed honest work along with apprenticeships – the most efficient way to learn knowledge. Our historic institutions and customs have been emasculated. English Common Law has been subordinated to the ECHR, which considering the recent history of modern Europe it would have been more logicical for the ECHR to be subordinated to English Common Law. We have been prevented from using our fossil fuels and also prevented from developing Nuclear Power. Key British Industries that still exist have been sold off to foreign owners. Our borders have been laid wide open and money dished out to all comers.
And there is nothing stopping anyone else copying the things that will make life a success, That becomes earned privelege, the polar opposite of unnearned privelege that we seem to be importing.
I think there is white privilege but not in the sense that they mean. People migrated to colder places with seasons where future time orientation and deferred gratification were needed, which were selected for.

Just to annoy these guys: I’m a white, European, Christian (a bad one but nonetheless…) man and yes, I consider myself to have the privilege to belong to a race that, over many centuries built up a culture that, whilst imperfect and flawed, still managed to build Europe, the place that, for some reason, a lot of people from other cultures try to get into.

I would protest. We whites have to consider our colour everyday of the week in case it offends someone. People of none colour (to paraphrase a nonsense statement) are judged by what they do or say in a completely negative and prejudicial way by the movers and shakers in today’s world.
That is oppression, dressed up as inclusion and kindness.
As for their history of black peoples; well that is prejudicial too. There are many black people who have been totally brilliant, but don’t get a look in because they refuse to accept victim status.

Second comment that’s necessary here: I’m not attacking you (whoever that’s supposed to be) I’m argueing against the lopsidedness of the woke concept of victims which always excludes white people and the idiotic concept of white privilege rooted in to totally American idea that there’s a something like a homogenuous group called white people who always prefer other members of their group over everyone else. British rule in India worked by recruiting soldiers from the abundant class of professional Indian mercenaries in India who were otherwise employed in the constant wars of the Indian princedoms against each other. This will have had serious benefits for both common people in India and the Indian economy.

Second comment that’s necessary here: I’m not attacking you (whoever that’s supposed to be) I’m argueing against the lopsidedness of the woke concept of victims which always excludes white people and the idiotic concept of white privilege rooted in to totally American idea that there’s a something like a homogenuous group called white people who always prefer other members of their group over everyone else. British rule in India worked by recruiting soldiers from the abundant class of professional Indian mercenaries in India who were otherwise employed in the constant wars of the Indian princedoms against each other. This means it was very much Indish at the execution level and it eventually established peace all over the Indian subcontinent, a feat not achieved either before or after. This will have had serious benefits for both common people in India and the Indian economy.
