“IT WON’T WORK”——–But that is the whole idea. The Eco Socialist World view that emanates from the UN and WEF that use irrational fear of a manufactured “climate crisis” is that the Wealthy West uses too many resources. We have too much of everything and are to make do with much less. This all starts with ENERGY USE, and as the former head of the National Grid (Steve Holiday) said some years ago “We are going to have to get used to using electricity as and when it is available”. ——-I would think that 90% of the public still think this removal of affordable reliable energy and the coercing of us into using unaffordable unreliable energy is all about protecting the environment and “saving the planet”—–Nope, it has little to do with that. His figures are not just wrong, they are “deliberately wrong” in support of the globalist agenda.

There is an old saying that when wrong decisions are made in public affairs we should blame error not conspiracy. I do not believe this government or the last ones over 14 years made mistakes very often.
Clearly Starmer screwed up over appointments and Truss should have signalled the other half of her budget, not just the first bit.
But in general both parties have done or not done what they wanted even thought they try to blame others when the voters rebel.

This podcast should be required viewing for all Net Zero proponents because Kathryn rattles off literally dozens of killer facts against the madness of the entire Net Zero agenda. She is very articulate and quick-fire despite doing it all completely off the cuff. In this single interview she manages to condense practically everything that Net Zero opponents have been saying for years.
Katherine’s podcasts make a lot of sense and all politicians need to wake up to this slow motion train crash. However, I wish she wouldn’t implicitly give credance to the notion that CO2 is contributing to global warming. (Ice core data shows CO2 concentration lags any ‘global’ heating, as oceans release or take in CO2 according to their temperatures).
However, her conclusions supporting Nuclear and Gas are spot on.
It doesn’t work and going forward it still won’t work. I’m changing my induction hob for a gas hob, my electric kettle for a whistling kettle on my gas hob, at least I’ll be able to cook a hot meal and boil the kettle for a cuppa and filling a hot water bottle!
Paul Burgess is on top of the grid problem and he has identified wind droughts as the root of the matter. There is no place for wind and solar on the grid and not enough people who can see the problems are prepared to say outright that wind and solar should never have been allowed on the grid, much less subsidised and mandated.

The government aren’t that stupid. This comes from the WEF and UN. It’s deliberate, and it’s a managed decline policy for the West.
Oxford is going to be split into six 15 minutes sections. Car owners will need a permit to leave the City. They will be allowed 100 journeys per year, after that, at the moment, they will be fined.
Anyone who believes in global warming is mentally challenged and is being intellectually deficient. Thr ‘we want ro save the environment’ mantra is tosh. It is bullshine and is peddled by a communist-minded academia and establishment to control our lives.
