Twelve Dead in Bondi Beach Terror Attack
Twelve people have been killed after gunmen opened fire during a Hanukkah party on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia. The Mail has more.
Twelve people, including children, are dead after two gunmen armed with rifles opened fire at Bondi Beach where a Jewish holiday celebration was unfolding on Sunday afternoon.
Witnesses said two men stepped out of a vehicle on Campbell Parade, near Bondi Pavilion, and opened fire about 6.40pm on Sunday with footage showing blast after blast on the tourist strip. Some witnesses report more than 30 shots.
Video and photos taken by a Daily Mail photographer show a gunman opening fire from an elevated bridge using a large rifle.
One gunman has been shot dead. The other one was also shot, and is in critical condition.
A festival, Chanukah by the Sea, advertised as a night of family fun, was taking place, with children attending the event when the gunmen opened fire.
An ambulance spokeswoman confirmed to Daily Mail that 13 patients have so far been transported to various hospitals around Sydney.
Two of those injured were police officers.
She said 40 units – including ambulances, intensive care specialists, and three helicopters are on the scene. The number of units are steadily increasing.
New South Wales Police are urging people to avoid the area, with an exclusion zone in place.
It was also confirmed late on Sunday evening that a number of suspicious items had been found in the vicinity of the incident, including an improvised explosive device.
The items are being examined by specialist officers.

Stop Press: A courageous local was filmed stepping in to disarm one of the gunmen. According to news.com.au he is Ahmed al Ahmed, a 43 year-old businessman who owns a fruit shop in Sutherland.

And Paris has cancelled the New Year’s Eve concert because of the immigrant scum not being trusted to behave in a civilised way. I think quite few traditional Christmas markets in Germany have been cancelled due to the cost of installing concrete barriers against immigrants in cars at a time when their councils are struggling financially. Stuttgart is on the verge of bankruptcy although such a concept does not exist in Germany what would likely happen is just the required state functions would be funded.
But note how the French government claims Christmas markets are somehow the responsibility of German Nazis. Cancellation using a good excuse to save the costs and to avoid displaying tio the world the authorities have lost control of the streets.

The police were there. Watch the longer clip carefully. One of the gunmen is dropped (at about 4’33”) and the other continues to exchange fire, before also appearing to be hit. Bystanders and police then approach. The second gunman appears to surrender and the police push the bystanders back (chances that the gunmen were wearing explosive vests, given that IEDs were found in a vehicle). The first gunman hit was wearing white trousers, and was the gunman disarmed by the brave bystander (other video shows another of the bystanders hit, then possibly killed by the second gunman on the bridge).
This chap says the police just stood there while the gunmen killed people. No police used a firearm to neutralize the scum for ages;

Not really because this took only 4s until the other guy had him. That was a courageous man who kept his cool. We used to value this more before terms like toxic masculinity were invented and we ought to value it more again.
I’m not sure where a made up nonsense term like “toxic masculinity” comes into it. No real man’s going to give a shit about what people call him and only cowards would use such faux concern as an excuse for their inaction.
It boils down to if a person is sufficiently courageous or not. And I’m not dissing anyone who didn’t step in like the guy above did because he could easily have got killed too. Plenty ‘have-a-go-heroes’ have been injured or killed trying to stop a madman whilst protecting others. No sane person’s going to criticise that type of behaviour.
I think the very least that should be expected of bystanders when some serious shit’s going down is that they ring the police and try and help anyone in immediate danger without endangering themselves. Real life situations seldom pan out like in the movies.
The guy wasn’t really taking that much of a risk because he used the line of parked cars as cover for approaching the shooter who was busy shooting. That was a courageous and intelligent action and manly in the best sense of the word. But such people are no longer celebrated as role models for boys because manly as term has been decommissioned in favour of masculinity which is – by definition – toxic. Insofar men have natural behaviours, it’s claimed that Andrew Tate¹ is the beginning and the end of it and that they’re universally harmful.

While in this case, it does appear to be a deliberate attack against Jews, we must not forget that these Islam animals will attack anyone. Islamists aren’t just anti-Semitic, they hate everyone equally.
This story is about Islam being a murderous belief as shown over many decades, not a story of anti-Semitism. The distinction must be made, else we risk turning the lens in the wrong way.

It’s an uncomfortable question whether the recent murder of a Hamas leader, allegedly one of the 7/10 plotters, sanctioned and carried out by the Israeli state, has contributed to “retaliatory” attacks upon innocent Jewish civilians in other countries.
