Apart from the very rich, only those on benefit will be able to afford more than two children. They will lightly be brought up in a family where no one works, and will inform them about life is supposed to work, as they look forward to growing up and being able to claim benefits on their own behalf

Note Rachel from Accounts Support removed the two child cap on benefits, thus exacerbating the deficit. Her true reason: get all multi children and multi spouse Islamic families firmly on her side.
