Migrant Accused of Sex Assault Claims he Would be Attacked if Deported
A Pakistani migrant accused of sex assault in Britain has claimed he would be attacked if deported to his home country because of the allegations against him. The Telegraph has more.
The unnamed asylum seeker argued that people in Pakistan could target him because of sex offence allegations levelled against him in the UK.
Though his claim for international protection in Britain was initially dismissed, he has now won an appeal as an upper immigration tribunal ruled there had been mistakes in the original decision. He will have his case reheard.
The appeal is the latest case to be exposed by the Telegraph, where illegal migrants or foreign criminals have used human rights laws to challenge their deportation or removal from the UK. …
Earlier this month, the Telegraph revealed that migrants who have been accused of sex offences and other crimes are being granted asylum. A senior caseworker claimed that Home Office staff can approve claims from asylum seekers charged with crimes, as long as the offence for which they are being prosecuted does not merit a prison sentence of 12 months or more.
The Pakistani migrant made his asylum claim in July 2022. The court was told that, firstly, he claimed he would be at risk on return to Pakistan as “someone who had been accused of sexual assault in the UK” and second, because of a land dispute that his family are involved in.
The Home Office rejected rejected [his] claim that he has been threatened by his family because of the allegations of sexual assault made against him. It concluded “there would be sufficient protection available to the appellant in Pakistan, and he could relocate to Lahore, Faisalabad or Multan, in Pakistan”.
The Pakistani, named only as IUD, has lived in the UK for 14 years. His initial claim was rejected by a lower-tier tribunal, but he then appealed this decision.
Upper Tribunal Judge Vinesh Mandalia ruled that the case must be re-heard because there were legal issues in assessing the credibility of his account. The first-tier judge did not examine the evidence in totality and only his evidence in isolation, Judge Mandalia said.
Endless expensive appeals at taxpayers’ expense. And notice that he’s lived in the UK for 14 years but only made his asylum claim in 2022 – what was he doing for the previous 11 years? And now, over three years later, the appeals process trundles on.

Back in the 1980s, all a deportee had to do to frustrate being loaded onto a plane was to drop his trousers on the tarmac at the airport. That was enough to fluster all the officials who become so discombobulated that the proceedings were halted.
They also just screamed hysterically, and kept on screaming even when seated on the plane waiting for take-off, to force staff to remove them to the tarmac, and then to stay in Britain.
That’s why re-purposed container ships would be more sensible, kitted out with comfy triple-stacked bunk beds, six to a cubicle, like on Chinese trains, and dried packet food, to allow hundreds of Third World Parasites to be returned to their beloved ancestral homelands at once, and they could scream & shriek & wail to their heart’s content, because the crew ensconced safely elsewhere in their own quarters and on the ship’s bridge, wouldn’t be able to hear them, except if they turned on the intercom, and would be in no danger from them at all.
To earn some money to cover the costs perhaps these ships could carry battery powered cars as well….
No, Gezza, I cannot agree with that, even though I know you were just joking.
Perhaps the Home Secretary will tell him that he will, you know, just have to leave. Sometime. Eventually. Pretty please.
What might happen to someone if we deport them is no business of ours. We are not forcing people to break the law by coming here and then commit more crimes. There is a consequence to their actions, and that is that deportation to place of origin.
Could our country be any more pathetic, I despair. These animals could be taking a steaming pixx on the head of some passing school kids, and the luvvies would rush to defend them.
Sadly these sorts of crimes appear in my news feed on Twitter every day, so god only knows how many are actually happening. Sometimes you get a name, sometimes it’s just ‘Bristol man’ or similar. I like it when they report names, nationalities and migration status, and I think this should be the norm. Wouldn’t you think that if somebody was going through an asylum claim process they’d be on their best behaviour and observe the law of the land as a bare minimum? I’m 100% convinced, whenever I read of these sex crimes or knife attacks, that these men have for sure committed these very same crimes back home. They don’t all just suddenly turn into raging sexual predators or knife-wielding maniacs as soon as they get off the boat. The trouble is: 1) Have they arrived with no documents and no way of authorities doing background checks? 2) Are some of these attacks not even classed as criminal offences anyway where they come from? Particularly the sex crimes. We know in Pakistan women’s rights aren’t worth shit. I still find it incredible that a country like that ever had a female prime minister; ”A FAILED asylum seeker has… Read more »
If an asylum seeker’s application is refused then how is their status uncertain. He should have been booted out straight away.
A female out and about in Bournemouth these days is at serious risk of assault. When my son went to Uni there 15 years ago and then worked in the city for a couple of years, I used to visit occasionally and never felt in the slightest bit threatened.
Although I now live in Dorset, I wouldn’t go anywhere near it now. It’s become a violent shithole in the last decade. Can’t think why???
Ethnic Indian judge Vinesh Mandalia knows, of course, that no Ethnic Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi man guilty of sex assaults against Ethnic European Non-Hindus/Non-Muslims is in any danger of being imprisoned for said assaults in his own ancestral homeland, because Rape is What They Do, there and here, especially to Ethnic Indian Christians.
In experience Indans loathe Pakistanis even more than we do.
You are right, and they bring their ancient Muslim vs. Hindu wars to the West.
Though it appears that the judge in this case was probably Hindu judging a Muslim, greasing palms for a desired result is traditional everywhere in the Indian Subcontinent, just as in the vast African continent.
There were news reports years ago about Ethnic Indian Subcontinentals, both male and female, ensconced in the UK Immigration Service, who were caught quietly enriching themselves by taking bribes to let in their fellow Subcontinentals.
To quote Rupert Lowe:’I don’t care!’
Perhaps he should have thought of the consequences before he committed the crime. What people back in his country think or do when we send him back is not our problem. Commit the crime, do the time! Goodbye👋
So he knew that a sex attack was wrong then. Deport. Pakistan is a large country; he doesn’t have to live in a region where he will be known.
He would be lauded, not punished, in his own Muslim country of Pakistan, because Islam allows every Muslim man to have four wives and Unlimited Sex Slaves called “War Captives”, the label given to all Ethnic European women in the West. Islam tells them they are entitled to kidnap, rape, enslave or murder western women & children as “War Captives”.
Another favourite slang Muslim term for western women and children is “Meat”.
He could get attacked if he stays too. Why is his personal safety something that the state cares, or should care about?
Generally it doesn’t care about personal safety of it’s citizens it expects a certain level of common sense that you can look after yourself, although in Nanny state Britain these days that responsibility is being diminished at every turn.
