Sydney Sweeney is an American icon

“In this political climate, falsely manufactured by me and my friends, as a white woman, the ones who have largely driven this woke DEI nonsense, I want to give you an opportunity to apologize, although it is not within my gift, for saying you have good genes, genes that you have absolutely no control over one way or the other.”

Reminds me of that fatuous woman who interviewed Jordon Peterson (not Newman, the other one), who kept going on about writing her book about the Patriarchy, (and other fallacies). She’d have been better sticking to reading Thomas the Tank Engine…

I feel tainted by hearing the question.

In that 27 second clip she says none of what you’ve quoted. Why are you misrepresenting the woman?

Oops, looks like I’ve offended the ‘Manosphere Massive’ with an inconvenient, counter viewpoint, as per. It’s what I do best.😁🏆
Tally-ho, chaps! 👎👎👎👎👎👎
But FGS, avoid stringing a reasoned response together using the written word, whatever you do. Do not, I repeat: DO NOT break the habit of a lifetime. Be proud and embrace your true cowardly selves.🤗

“…but which is a significant part of the underlying truth.”

And your supporting evidence…?
Are you denying men have anything whatsoever to do with DEI and they’re completely absolved of all responsibility?

Absolutely not, there is an extensive roll of dishonour packed with “centrist dad” types and swivel-eyed “progressive” men who are every bit as guilty of promulgating this guff. The two are not mutually exclusive – the questioner in this instance happens to be a woman (although she probably calls herself a “cervix-owner” or something).

You’re remiss in failing to mention that most organizations have men in charge. For instance: all of the armed forces and 30 of the 49 police forces in England and Wales ( and we know these have been badly infested with the woke virus and discriminate against white men ) have men at the helm. 95% of local authorities in the UK have men in charge and approx 90% of CEOs ( FTSE 100 ) are men. Here is a handy graph to illustrate; ”Much has been made of the gender imbalance among the UK’s biggest listed firms. BT Group’s Allison Kirkby is scheduled to become the ninth female FTSE 100 chief executive before February 2024, which would make her only the 22nd woman ever to hold such a job if no other female CEO is appointed in the meantime. While the picture is more balanced across all businesses in England and Wales, men still far outnumber women at the top.” https://www.raconteur.net/responsible-business/how-diverse-are-britis-ceos https://www.theguardian.com/society/2023/apr/03/men-dominate-local-authorities-britain-local-elections-councils This is perhaps the part where the misogynists want to start banging on about HR departments being dominated by women. To that I would counter with: To my knowledge HR is a department, just like any other within… Read more »

I’ve absolutely no idea who you’re on about or what point you’re trying to make. Are you seriously referring to a singular female and using this as some sort of illogical confirmation bias in order to prove something? Because we could all do that until the cows come home, couldn’t we? For instance: ”Men shouldn’t be allowed to run the country because Keir Starmer”. See how that works? That’s me using your own special brand of ‘logic’ right back at you. But as I’m not the one with an axe to grind or a default position of scapegoating the opposite sex for everything that goes tits up, it’d never occur to me to seriously say that. Here’s another one, and you might want to take note of the DEI-pushing blokes in charge of the country at the time of this legislation being introduced, as well as this particular police force boss. Yes, MEN. Men in positions of leadership. Ain’t reality a bitch when it doesn’t support your bias? ”For context, the Equality Act 2010 makes it illegal to treat someone less favourably based on race. But Section 159 of that Act contains a now-infamous clause: “positive action.” Introduced by the Gordon Brown… Read more »

It’s time to legalise pepper spray

Clarissa Hard (made up name.?) seems to suggest that only women need protection above that which you can summon through your fists. Seems like she forgot about the other 50% of the population. In any case, these products, like pepper sprays, and cattle prods invariably end up in the hands of, and being used by, the attackers.

You are right that both men and women need some way of protecting themselves from attacks by humans and dogs. In 2024, for example, there were 31,920 dog attacks recorded by police in England and Wales.

Men and boys must also be taught that they ARE allowed to hit back at women in SELF-DEFENCE, if the woman hits them first.

Pepper spray and cattle prods should be legalised, and it is ludicrous to keep people helplessly disarmed by claiming attackers would also use these things, when they already use knives and machetes illegally.

Boris Johnson: I’ll stop paying BBC licence fee

Not so long ago, Boris, you actually had it within your power to ensure we ALL stopped paying the BBC licence fee. You’re just reminding us of your failure to act, amongst a long list of ‘Failure to Act’.

NHS’s ‘insane’ £1.4 billion push for Net Zero”

We found out 40 years ago with Health and Safety, once you take the responsibility out of everyone’s hands and give it to a small group, whose mortgages now rely on finding things unhealthy and unsafe, they will do so to infinity. The law of diminishing returns was repealed, and the less and less that needed attention, the bigger the empires grew to service it.

There really shouldn’t be any surprise that the DEI sham and now Nett Zero has gone the same way. Nett Zero is important, because the people who have a vested interest in Nett Zero tell us so.

Vibe shift could put the Tories back in play

The Telegraph still trying to raise the dead.

Once more this morning we see Fake Conservatives (Alexander “Boris” Johnson) and their deluded supporters (Fraser Nelson) flapping their gums about how terrible everything is and how the Tories will sort it all out. Sod off. You had 14 years. Anything coming out of their traps must be met with contempt unless preceded by a grovelling apology and recognition of their failures and treasonous betrayal of this country, their voters and of conservative principles.

The cancer of anti-Semitism is tainting the American Right. It’s an export Britain can do without

Carlson has a habit of interviewing people with difficult views. Nothing wrong in putting Fuentes in the spotlight and asking him to explain himself. We don’t challenge anyone’s thinking by ignoring it. We listen, then we use what we know and critical thinking to see if it has merit. Declaring this with considerable hyperbole as the next ‘cancer’ to hit the UK.? Maybe Charles hasn’t been out much recently…

So this is horrendous, and if this man wins then it will set a very immoral and concerning legal precedent. When I first glanced at this picture I thought it was a load of clay sculptures, sort of like the Terracotta Army; ”The European Court of Human Rights will rule on a case brought before the court by Khaled Al-Anesi, a Yemeni polygamist who was granted asylum in the Netherlands. He initially brought his first wife and their eight children to the Netherlands under family reunification rules. He then decided not to request the arrival of his second and third wives, knowing that polygamy is prohibited in the Netherlands, but requested that the five children he had with them be allowed to join him. The Netherlands refused this new request because of the ban on polygamy, arguing that these children did not need to come to the Netherlands because they already enjoyed good living conditions in Turkey, where they were refugees with their two mothers. The authorities had already asked him to choose which of his wives he wanted to bring over, along with their children. Which he did. But he is now suing his host country before the European… Read more »

Agree. The whole thing could be put to bed by giving Mr Al-Anesi and his entourage some free tickets back to Yemen.

““Vibe shift could put the Tories back in play” – In the Times, Fraser Nelson says electorates on both sides of the Atlantic are looking for economic competence in their political leaders – a vibe shift that could benefit the Conservatives”

Apart from the fact that recent Tory governments have been beyond incontinent with our money eh?

Boris Johnson is such a ridiculous figure.

He’s now pretending to be some sort of rebel, outraged by BBC bias.

He’s either an idiot because he’s only just discovered the BBC is a biased propaganda machine or he’s an idiot because he’s pretending he’s just realised it and has picked this moment to exhibit his faux outrage.

Either way, he’s a joke.
