“Sharia law ceremony attended by her social worker” – has the social worker been arrested as well, as an accessory to paedophile rape?
“Boris Johnson says he went ‘far too fast’ on Net Zero”
Sorry, but national leaders getting “carried away” is simply a disqualifier for leadership.
Good point. At this juncture he reveals himself to be not even very astute politically, which at some point he might have seemed, at least to some people.
I wonder if he’ll say he got “carried away” during “covid” as well.
He went too fast and in the wrong direction.
The background to all this is transparent – the Tories are tryiong to disassociate themselves from their policies for the past three decades. Now why might that be? Why would anyone believe it after it did the opposite of its promises on so many issues and many of the current “leadership” were Tory front bench or Ministers through that period.
The Conservative Party (in its various guises) has historically maintained its existence by startling policy pivots e.g. the repeal of the Corn Laws. Although previous pivots are presented as single swift events this may be an artefact of the reporting processes.
Perhaps Kemi Badenoch is attempting a similar pivot? Will the pivot work? It may take more then one Parliament to sink in alongside a loss of the ‘wets’ or old guard to clear the way.
So, not an apology, not an admittance of fraud. What a horrible, horrible, evil man.
“Despite epic failures, both the Church of England and Tories are worth saving”

” Shabana Mahmood has unveiled new laws handing police more powers to clamp down on repeat protests after 492 pro-Palestine marchers were arrested this weekend”
Curious to see what people here make of this. Of course it can equally apply to any protest, including protests against lockdowns, digital ID etc.
That is of course the danger.
She speaks with forked tongue.
“Repeat protests” eh? So Tommy’s next one is clearly scheduled for cancellation. The 500 arrests at the weekend was a con and just an excuse for clampdowns on “repeat protests.”
I would have thought there are enough laws already for the police to do their job. That is, if they do their job and with impartiality.
More than enough laws, yes
The Home Office has no business spending money and time or exposing itself by making any comment on any religion’s affairts. Leave them alone but start protecting Jews.
