“At What Point Did We Become North Korea?” Nigel Farage Tells US Lawmakers in Washington About Starmer’s “Awful and Authoritarian” UK

Nigel Farage today told US lawmakers in Washington that the UK is in an “awful, authoritarian position” and resembles North Korea as he highlighted the appalling treatment of Graham Linehan and Lucy Connolly. The Mail has more.

The Reform leader warned that Americans – including tech moguls – could face arrest at Heathrow over online content disliked by British authorities in the wake of the arrest of Graham Linehan.

Father Ted writer Mr Linehan revealed yesterday he had been detained at Heathrow over trans-sceptic tweets, sparking a row over police priorities and freedom of speech.

Mr Farage skipped Parliament’s first week back after its summer break to give evidence to the House Judiciary Committee in Washington, which is investigating the impact of the UK’s Online safety Act on US citizens. …

“At what point did we become North Korea? Well I think the Irish comedy writer found that out two days ago at Heathrow Airport. This is a genuinely worrying, concerning and shocking situation.”

Mr Farage warned that the Online Safety Act “will damage trade between our countries, threaten free speech across the West because of the knock-on rollout effects of this legislation from us or from the European Union”. …

Mr Farage addressed a Republican-controlled HJC session entitled ‘Europe’s Threat to American Speech and Innovation’, which will “highlight how European online censorship laws – specifically the United Kingdom’s Online Safety Act (OSA) and the European Union‘s (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA)-threaten Americans’ right to speak freely online in the United States”.

“It doesn’t give me any great joy to be sitting in America and describing the really awful authoritarian situation that we have now sunk into,” Mr Farage said.

That indeed was the start of all this, The abominable Blair did incalculable damage to this country – quite deliberately – and we are now seeing the result.

Race Relations Act 1965

YES !!! The same Race Relations Act that was forced through BOTH the British Parliament AND the American Congress in the exact same year of 1965! The US version was called the Immigration & Nationality Act of 1965, signed by Leftist Lyndon Johnson. It ABOLISHED the National Origins Formula, “which had been the basis of US immigration policy since the 1920s.”

“The National Origins Formula had been established in the 1920s to preserve American homogeneity by promoting immigration from Western and Northern Europe.”

What a coincidence, eh? Few people on either side of the Pond are aware of that blatant Globalist manipulation, forcing open the Gates of the West to Mass Third World Invasion, against the democratic will of the people.

Yes the precursor and enabler for what came. But here’s an interesting fact. By 1960 about 1% of the population of 52 million were not UK born and since that includes whites, eg from Europe, less than 1% were non-white. In 1950, it was about 0.04%. Given that immigrants tend to cluster in cities and large towns, and because they were few in number, most – nearly all – British people had little or no contact with non-whites. The 1965 Act was passed before the large influx of Kenyan and Ugandan Asians, In these circumstances how could there possibly have been such a serious problem in the previous decade with “racism” to warrant an Act of Parliament? Post-war most of the UK economy was nationalised and State-run. This presented an enormous payroll expense. In order to reduce it, large numbers of immigrants were encouraged to come to provide cheap labour. This faced heavy resistance from Unions whose members rightly feared their wages would by pulled down and jobs would be lost to the cheap labour. The 1965 Act was about preventing discrimination in the work place to suit Government objectives, since they knew more and more had to come to… Read more »

“Cheap Labour” is the Bog-Standard Globalist Pretext for The Great Replacement. NONE of the Windrush Illegal Human Trafficking Operation were needed as “Cheap Labour”. It was the deliberate post-war programme started by Stalin’s Little Weasel Clement Attlee, who first started rounding up 100,000 British = White Children from poor families and forcibly transporting them to Australia like Tiny Criminals, forbidding their parents to go with them. Then the B*stard Clement Attlee & his Stalinist chums started importing 200,000 Ethnic Africans from the Caribbean, and later Ethnic Indians from India & Africa, to be given priority status for jobs in Britain, while British War Veterans were REFUSED, and British War Widows were threatened with heavy fines and even IMPRISONMENT if they refused to welcome the Ethnic Africans into their own homes, to cook and clean for them, and let them sleep in the empty beds of their sons, daughters and husbands killed in the war. Stalin himself helped in this Great Replacement, by rushing to “liberate” the Prisoner of War camps after peace was declared, and dragging off thousands of British and American troops to Siberian Gulags as hostages, for which he then bargained with Churchill, to force him to hand… Read more »

Yes, Yes, Yes! It was the equivalent of the Immigration & Nationality Act forced through the US Congress in the exact same year of 1965!

I have always thought that John Major’s administration made a lot of preparations for the New Labour Blairite agenda. Indeed we know certain events were coordinated.

I was a civil servant in Whitehall during this time of switch of the colour of Government. I remember saying at the time that the change was seamless and the only thing that was altered, as far as policies were concerned, was the titles of the Green and White Papers. Isn’t hindsight wonderful, but a pity it took so long for the scales to be lifted from my eyes!

The coup against Margaret Thatcher was the starting point. Then there was a deep recession caused by the predecessor to the Euro, the ERM. It was so bad and it paved the way to Blair’s landslide and the disaster that we are now in.
So people like the Bilderberger, Clarke, and people such as Heseltine and Major that set the scene. But the real culprits were the three Scotsmen of the apocalypse, Blair Brown and Campbell.

“The Three Scotsmen of the Apocalypse”— love it! 🙂

You could also add a fourth: David Cameron, who contracted the Subversive Marxist group “Common Purpose”, founded by Julia Middleton, former editor of “Marxism Today”, to give Leadership Training Courses to Tory staff and civil servants, teaching them to “Go Beyond Authority” when the time came…

This scandal of a Tory government hiring a Marxist to train Tory staff in Subversive Communist tactics was admirably exposed by retired Royal Navy Lt Cmdr Brian Gerrish, founder of “The UK Column”.

Nigel, please make these loathsome Marxist nonentities feel as uncomfortable as you can.
Make it obvious to everyone what a totalitarian, censorious, hypocritical, lying bunch of people this government is made up of.

Perhaps before worrying about children seeing pornography and brutality on-line, we should pay more attention to them being part of it off-line at the hands of the cultural enriches.

I don’t understand why he did that. Why is Musk backing “Ben the Bitter”, as some call him, who “sounds like a querulous, gossiping old woman now”, as another said? I think it is a huge mistake.

Rupert Lowe was very wise to keep his distance, and it’s a pity that Tommy Robinson has succumbed to the relentless nagging of Ben the Bitter, eaten up with revenge, who we can be sure has been lobbying Musk ever since he flounced out of Reform in a huff. Why do the Indigenous People of Great Britain need Yet Another Pakistani, Yet Another Third World Ethnic, claiming to represent them?

Why are we called “racist” for objecting to this endless parade of Third World Ethnics in top UK posts, when we should be responding with this question:

“Why aren’t the Israelis being forced to have an Ethnic African Catholic Woman, or a Pakistani, or an Egyptian Muslim Lawyer, as Leader of Israel?”

Here’s some other fantastic news from across the Pond:

DeSantis to End ALL Vaccine Mandates in Florida

“Who am I…to tell you what you should put in your body?” asks Florida Surgeon General.”

Florida’s Voice on X: “BREAKING: “ALL” vaccine mandates in Florida to be ended by Florida Department of Health, Surgeon Gen. Joseph Ladapo announces “Every last one is wrong and DRIPS with disdain and slavery! Who am I, or anyone else, to tell YOU what you should put in your body? Who am I to tell you https://t.co/1wDVzS18q3” / X

““Who am I as a government [official], or anyone else, or who am I as a man standing here now, to tell you what you should put in your body?” Ladapo asked.

“I don’t have that right. Your body is a gift from God. What you put into your body is because of your relationship with your body and your God,” he continued.

“They want you to believe they have that right and unfortunately they’ve been successful. They’ve been successful.”

Yes, I was shocked to discover that Wikipedia are completely controlled by teams of woke “editors” who block and remove anyone who tries to correct their misinformation on any article, even though it is supposed to be for everyone to edit and add information.

When Farage was being questioned one democrat was so unbelievably rude. He asked questions, which were really statements and did not allow Farage to answer. It was nauseating to watch and sad to see that the democrats have sunk so low.

It was appalling behaviour from an ignorant grand-stander. It was eventually stopped but far too late. Farage was talked over when he attempted to answer but nonetheless gave a robust comeback.

Yes, it’s a pity the excellent Congressman Jim Jordan allowed one Democrat to waste everyone’s time by focusing on Trump’s Epstein connections, and viciously attacked Nigel as if Nigel were on trial and the Democrat were a prosecutor.

Nigel steadfastly reminded the Democrat that he was there to discuss Freedom of Speech problems in Britain and how they might affect American companies and American tourists to the UK, but the Vicious Democrat just kept banging away about Epstein. Totally irrelevant. Chairman Jim Jordan should have stopped him.

Likely the Democrat was briefed by Labour or its friends in the hope of getting some useful video content and destabilising Nigel. Just as with the Brexit campaign, they really do not understand the Brits don’t like foreigners lecturing us or attacking us.

The American people are generous and friendly but the democrats seem to have taken their leave of the human race. In US domestic politics they are still digging in the hoile created by Biden and his administration. It seems likely to me Republicans will make gains at the mid-terms whereas losses are usual for an incumbent administration.

When GB News was offered by the Democrats as an example of Free Speech in the UK I never heard mention of the advertising embargo driven by the usual suspects. An advertising embargo on a news channel is a blatant assault on free speech and more should be made of it.

Much as I detest Nigel’s “Bait & Switch” tactics, allowing an Ethnic Indian Muslim to take over the Reform party, I cannot help but admire his courage as a truly great orator. Nigel is unsurpassed as an inspiring orator, and would have made a wonderful team with Rupert Lowe as the one to roll up his sleeves and get things done. Instead, Nigel betrayed the trust of patriots again and again, and cannot be trusted. It’s a pity.

Please don’t leave, especially don’t leave your husband behind! There are very few Americans in Britain anyway, precisely because of the hostility towards them that has been engendered by Communists who want to drag Britain back into the EU. They want to make sure that no one ever comes to the rescue of Britain again.
