Keir Starmer Humiliated as US Slams Britain’s “Worsening Human Rights” in Bombshell Report
A damning new US report has slammed Britain’s “worsening human rights” record under Keir Starmer. The Express has more.
The official new dossier on Britain’s civil liberties warns that the UK human rights situation has “worsened during the year”, amid “serious restrictions on freedom of expression”. It comes at an awkward time as J.D. Vance holidays in the UK.
The report is a humiliating moment for the UK’s reputation abroad, with Keir Starmer’s government coming under huge fire for its crackdown on freedom of expression in the wake of last year’s Southport killings. The US foreign office report highlights the UK Government calling on companies, including US social media firms “to censor speech deemed misinformation or ‘hate speech’”. It also flags widespread claims of a “two-tier” justice system in Britain following Axel Rudakubana’s murder spree, branding it “an especially grievous example of government censorship, censorship of ordinary Britons”.
Also under fire are the so-called “public spaces protection orders”, which allow councils to limit free speech rights within designated areas such as abortion clinics.
It adds: “These restrictions on freedom of speech could include prohibitions on efforts to influence others when inside a restricted area, even through prayer or silent protests.”
The Online Safety Act, which came into force this summer and forces adults to verify their ages to access certain websites, also comes under fire over the threat to ban the encryption of websites, which therefore threatens user privacy.
The report lashes out at levels of antisemitism in Britain, warning that since Hamas’ brutal October 2023 attack, there has been a “large increase in antisemitic incidents across the UK.” …
The report concludes that there is a “Significant human rights issue” in Britain, with “serious restrictions on freedom of expression, including enforcement of or threat of criminal or civil laws in order to limit expression; and crimes, violence or threats of violence motivated by antisemitism.”
It adds that the Government has been “inconsistent” in dealing with officials who have committed human rights abuses including crackdowns on freedom of speech and expression.

There is no such thing as freedom of speech in Britain.
The infinitely elastic term “harmful content” can be applied to virtually any situation to shut down debate.
The upcoming “Islamophobia” laws will clamp down on any criticism of the “religion on peace”, of course assuming its adherents don’t chop off your head first.
Hate crime can mean anything that the government wants it to mean.
Britain is a soft marxo-fascist state with increasingly Islamic tendencies.
Anything else is just an illusion.
Otherwise why would Lucy Connolly be in prison?
not so soft, getting firmer every day,
It seems the ‘religion of peace’ feel they ought to be insulated from criticism as are ‘the chosen people’ . How can we have free speech in this country if we allow specific groups to enjoy privileged status?
It won’t have the slightest effect on Starmer and Co. Now if the Chinese Premier had something to say about Britain Kier and co would take action immediately, mustn’t upset their idol
I anticipate a stony silence from Downing Street regarding this report. However, if a WHO report came out praising the progress made by Keir’s cronies in “countering disinformation” it would be trumpeted from the rooftops.
It’s very hard to sum up Stasi politely, but it’s clear that he is not self aware, being a socialist does indicate that he has an under developed right hemisphere.
They gave a response to the petition for a general election and all they/he could come up with is that he’s on a mission, there was a black hole (which he has more than doubled), spouted on about what they were elected for, not realising that they have failed on all counts.
I suppose that to think the best about them is they have 411 brain cells in parliament at best, by the looks of it some have zero..
411 brain cells, but no synapses, unfortunately.
Your mention of brain cells reminded me of this which I may have posted on this platform a little while ago. However, it is worth repeating. Oxford University researchers have discovered the heaviest element yet known to science. The new element, Governmentium (symbol=Gv) has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 213 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 326. These 326 particles are opposed by forces called morons, and both are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called pillocks. Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction, that would normally take less than a second, to take from 4 days to 4 years to complete. Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2 to 6 years. It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium’s mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to… Read more »
Excellent 🤣🤣. Is it OK if I copy it and put it on my Facebook page
Liberty in the UK will not be destroyed with the rasp of the Nazi jackboot but the soft-shoe shuffle of Hermer and Starmer.
Actually, I don’t think that’s the way it will pan out.
I think the most likely course of events is a gradual muslimification.
Potentially coupled with civil unrest.
I recently went to Malaysian Borneo. In the town where I stayed I saw an old newsreel of the town when it housed the British/Borneo logging company there were views of everyday life in the town. There were bars, soirees held and all the women both Malay and British were shown in short sleeves and either shorts or skirts.
Fast forward 75 years and all the women had long sleeves and trousers or dressed in the islamic robes complete with niqab. I only found one bar. The hotels didn’t serve alcohol and neither did the restaurants. There were still 2 churches in the town but many mosques.
Would you consider 75 years gradual or rapid muslimification given the amount of mayor of muslim persausion in the UK?
I fear for the future on the UK.
It will happen if we allow it to happen.
I think it’s simply a numbers game, and it’s guaranteed to happen…
The highly offensive and draconian offensive speech online act was brought in ostensibly to protect children by a government that does nothing to reduce illegal immigration or housing illegal immigrants in town centres – a process which has demonstrably led to extremely serious harms to children and women.
My contempt for starmer and all his pathetic team has reached boiling point.
A ‘soft touch on the people’ Starmer said. He knew it was a lie, every day a new lie.
I assume a dedicated team of police officers are watching us on here.
Keith reminds me of some of the characters on Star Trek who aren’t what they purport to be. We now need a Kirk or Spock to help us fathom what happened between being the apparently steady competent stable leader in opposition and becoming PM.
Not sure I’ve seen any change in him in either role to be honest – seemed useless at both? Leaders set out a vision – he did sod all
That’s possibly a little harsh. He did set out a vision. Just not one vision. His vision changed every time he sensed the political wind had changed direction. The electorate voted in a weathercock. Take the weather away, and what do we have as a leader?
In the UK, Human Rights only apply to deviants, criminals and terrorists – particularly foreign ones.
Perhaps Donald can slap us with 100% tariffs until free speech is returned.
