https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/blogs/ukrainealert/nato-is-unprepared-for-the-growing-threat-posed-by-putins-russia/ ‘A conventional armed conflict between Russia and NATO remains unlikely, but the Kremlin can choose from a range of options that stop short of full-scale war…….Russia’s objective is not seizing NATO territory but causing the collapse of the alliance. Russian active measures support the following types of foreign policy objectives: Influencing public opinion through psychological operations in Europe, the United States, and other countries to support Russian interests. Coercing governments, companies, or individuals to stop taking specific actions, particularly curbing military and other assistance to Ukraine. Deterring countries, companies, or individuals from taking specific actions, such as escalating the type and amount of military aid to Ukraine. Deterring Russian soldiers, government officials, and citizens from defecting to the West. Creating fissures between governments, especially between NATO allies. Undermining the democratic norms and values that underpin the West. The data indicate that Russia poses a serious threat to the United States and Europe…..27 percent of the attacks were against transportation targets (such as trains, vehicles, and airplanes), another 27 percent were against government targets (such as military bases and officials), 21 percent were against critical infrastructure targets (such as pipelines, undersea fiber-optic cables, and the electricity grid), and 21 percent… Read more »
Russia won’t need to do much as western elites have all that list well in hand already.
NATO probably served us well for a while, but I do wonder about the wisdom of our continuing membership given the disastrous political direction that many countries in the alliance are moving in – though our direction is also disastrous.
“Scots MP’s sickening insult to Israeli hostages in Gaza”
The moral bankruptcy of the progressives never ceases to amaze me. This MP wouldnbot for a moment countenance Russia, were it losing the Ukraine war, threatening to nuke America on the basis that it was the only bargaining chip it had left.
“Our only negotiating tool is the war crime we have been committing unapologetically for the last two years.”
Well they might, actually.
The obvious cruelty and suffering is heartbreaking, but coupled with the sheer level of hypocrisy, that the world is supposed to feel sympathy towards these evil pieces of shit is just staggering. But let’s award them with their own state regardless, right? The poor parents, having to witness what they’re doing to their son; ”May God cradle his shattered family in Israel with strength and mercy. This isn’t just heartbreaking; it is a crime against everything decent left in this world. A hostage in Gaza, tortured and starved by Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists, was filmed in agony. If you can watch that footage and still call it “resistance,” then you’ve buried your humanity long ago. This is not a liberation movement; it is a cult of cruelty. Islamists don’t build nations. They build cages, graves, and propaganda. This is not justice. It is modern-day Nazism, with the camera rolling like they were proud of it, while the United Nations stays silent, too afraid to speak. This is not just evil. It is a performance of evil, endorsed by silence, applauded by cowards, and excused by fake activists. Shame on every self-righteous fool who celebrates this. Shame on every mouth that… Read more »
The stark contrast is like night and day. But when one side loves death as much as the other loves life, the ability for both to live peacefully side by side is a mere pipe dream; ”I’m going to say something that for many people will be immensely controversial, but this statement isn’t just my own, it’s actually the statement by these very people about themselves: “Palestinian” lives DON’T matter. I’ve no doubt many will be upset and angry, and the pitchforks will be out. But when you analyze these words logically, you quickly understand their truth. There are 50 (49) hostages remaining in Gaza. Of those remaining hostages, 20 are thought to be alive (barely), and 30 are known to be deceased. Now Israel wants these hostages back. These are not hostages Israel gave away. These are hostages Gazans took, by brutal force, on October 7, nearly TWO YEARS ago. So what is the value of these hostages to Israel? Well, in exchange for the return of these 50 hostages, of which 20 are hopefully alive and 30 are deceased, Israel is prepared to give over 100 prisoners per hostage charged with murder, in many cases mass murder, as… Read more »
“Security ramps up on Park Lane to stop return of the migrant tent city”
How about ramping it up everywhere else, or aren’t those properties valuable enough? those people not rich enough or important enough?
“Electricity generated from wind and solar cannot replace fossil fuels!”
Tell me about it! 4 long power cuts in one week during a dunkelflaute!
May I just add this news to the Round-Up, which illustrates clearly why humans should never have started creating babies artificially, and why Christians in particular ought to be ashamed of themselves for participating in this defiance of God’s will:
World’s oldest baby is born in the United States
“Entering the world on 26 July, Thaddeus Daniel Pierce was born from an embryo that had been STORED IN A TANK FOR JUST OVER 30 YEARS, as reported by MIT Technology Review.”
“The IVF doctor who looked after the Pierces, John Gordon, also a Christian, set up the Rejoice Fertility Clinic to reduce the number of embryos held in storage.”
“MILLIONS OF EMBRYOS are estimated to be STORED IN FREEZERS AROUND THE WORLD, leftover from IVF procedures, which often yield more than can be implanted.”
Who knows the moment that SOULS ENTER THE FOETUS from the spirit realm, for a chance to experience life in the physical world, and choose to cast out evil and win redemption?
Imagine the horror of all these millions of souls trapped in frozen embryos.
IVF is Satanic interference with God’s will.
That’s the Torygraf Round-up sorted.
Nothing to see here.
