Hate Crime Okay, If Not by a White Man?

You remember Peter Lynch? He was the 61 year-old grandfather (married for 26 years with four adult children and three grandchildren) given the death penalty for not agreeing that Diversity is our Strength.

Well, that’s not quite accurate. The official version was that Peter Lynch was a Far Right Thug and took part the Southport Riots where he said mean things to police officers and asylum seekers in a hotel. Mr Lynch was also pictured holding a placard that accused MPs, judges, the media and the police of corruption. “He shouted ‘racist and provocative remarks’ towards officers and called asylum seekers in the hotel ‘child killers’,” as per the BBC.

Peter Lynch was one of more than 60 men who were jailed at Sheffield Crown Court following rioting in Rotherham which left 64 police officers injured, as well as four dogs and a horse. He was at the front of a mob that gathered outside the Holiday Inn Express in Manvers, Rotherham.

The Southport riots were on August 4th 2024. Peter Lynch pleaded guilty to violent disorder (which I do not think he should have) and was sentenced on August 22nd 2024 to two years eight months. He wasn’t given the death penalty in the end but Judge Richardson might as well have as Peter Lynch was 61 and had recently had a heart attack and suffered from diabetes, thyroid issues and angina. You lock someone up like that for over 2.5 years and you might as well sign a death warrant.

Judge Richardson told him: “You did not yourself attack any police officer, as far as can be detected, but what you did was encourage by your conduct others to behave violently and you were part of this mob.” Lynch was filmed repeatedly challenging officers as they tried to push him back with shields, screaming “protect my children” and yelling, “We are on the streets now to protect our kids.”

Judge Richardson said him “what a disgraceful example you are as a grandfather”. That’s nice that is. Don’t worry though Judge Richardson, Peter Lynch is too dead to be a grandfather now.

Examining this as a former criminal defence barrister it is arguable that Peter Lynch’s criminal behaviour was directed at police officers, which means he should have been charged with assaulting a police officer not violent disorder. But as Peter Lynch did not have a benefit of an army of KCs like Kneecap and was no doubt frightened, he ended up pleading guilty to the much more serious offence of violent disorder than he was truly guilty of. To make matters worse they put him in the middle of what was a very serious violent disorder so he was on the hook for all of it, when really that did not look like his intent from where I’m sitting. So Lynch got it Good and Proper. On October 19th he was found dead in his cell at HMP Moorland in South Yorkshire, having taken his own life.

So Peter Lynch committed an offence of being mean to policy officers and asylum seekers and holding up an unapproved sign on August 4th 2024 and was sentenced on August 22nd. That’s 18 days from offence to sentence, including weekends. The wheels of justice move fast when they want to.

This brings me to The Bobs. You also remember the Bobs of Glastonbury from last month? Bobby Vylan was on vocals and guitar and Bobbie Vylan was on drum (both are stage names) at the festival of hate. One of the Bobs, Bobby Vylan, committed at least two offences under the Public Order Act 1986, as I explained here and here. That was on Saturday June 28th. Nearly a month later, we are still waiting for a charging decision. Not a court hearing but a charging decision. That’s Two Tier Keir for you.

Peter Lynch: August 4th offence committed and August 22nd convicted and sentenced. Bobby Vylan was on stage on June 28th chanting “death to the IDF” and “I hear you want your country back, STFU” and it is now nearly the end of July and we have not had a charging decision. Strange.

I also note that at the inquest into the death of Peter Lynch, who was in the custody and care of His Majesty’s prison service, questions are being asked by his family and not lawyers. You see the late Peter Lynch and his family do not get the benefit of three KCs, that’s only reserved for the likes of Kneecap. As I said before, the Left look after their own. The Right – not so much. And that my friends is on us.

The inquest has been adjourned and will eventually be heard before a jury.

Our rulers hate us. But don’t worry, we’ll soon be in a minority in our own country. Then our treacherous rulers can claim they’re acting in the interests of the majority

What they fail to realise is that once the Invaders who they prize over and above the native Britain are in the majority, they too will be disposed of, they will no longer be useful, they will reap what they have sewn,

True. And just for info about a very common mistake, it’s “reap what they have sown”, as in sowing seeds, not as in sewing clothes.

Our treacherous rulers have forgotten that it’s mainly white working class adults who contribute to the treasury coffers. Our treacherous rulers will run out of money supporting the new population majority as we give up our jobs, they’ll have a new army of young men with no transferable skills and no one to teach them.

Yes, the plan of the Blairite elite was to do away with whiteness, as seen in Andrew Marr’s Observer article of 28 Feb 1999: What then can be done? (Apart, of course, from widespread and vigorous miscegenation, which is the best answer, but perhaps tricky to arrange as public policy.) First, we need to raise still more taxes to help regenerate inner-city ghettos and to employ more young people, white and black. Tony Blair spoke very well on Wednesday, and Jack Straw has driven this process through with grim vigour. But this is a Gordon Brown issue too. The next answer was given by Doreen Lawrence, welcoming the report’s emphasis on education: ‘I truly believe in education our history, our background, is what separates us.’ But, though teachers are the most effective anti-racist campaigners in the country, this means more than education in other religions it means a form of political education. Only people who understand the economic forces changing their world, threatening them but also creating new opportunities, have a chance of being immune to the old tribal chants. And the final answer, frankly, is the vigorous use of state power to coerce and repress. It may be my Presbyterian… Read more »

In the DT today, Dan Hannan has effectively admitted that the breakdown of our society has been caused by the Establishment deliberately importing violence and conflict via mass immigration – against the wishes of the generally law-abiding, peaceful and slow to anger British people.

They now HATE the British Establishment.

He has referenced Kipling’s poem “The Beginnings”
https://www.kiplingsociety.co.uk/poem/poems_beginnings.htm

“It was not part of their blood
It came to them very late
With long arrears to make good
When the English began to hate”

Prof David Betz has been warning about the coming civil war on various Right of Centre Podcasts on YouTube.

Peter Lynch (and Lucy Connolly) are the Establishment’s early victims of the civil war they have deliberately instigated.

Took Hannah a long time to come to that understanding and during the main evolution of it he supported, and still supports the party that did most of the damage.

Yes, I am not a fan of his. He talks a good talk …. but that’s all. On this occasion, however, he is right and he is right to be concerned because his Party is now hated by many of its former supporters/voters …. and they won’t be coming back.

When the Great Civil War kicks off, there will be a reckoning. That’s a prediction based on what tends to happen in civil wars, not a call to action.

When wearing your country’s flag becomes a ‘hate crime’. Shame on Wetherspoons. Perhaps people should try doing this on other days and see if they get served, or was it really just on that specific day due to the protest that was going on? Their excuse was lame. I wonder if they’d also refuse to serve the ‘away’ fans on match day on this same basis; ”A Wetherspoon pub in Nottinghamshire has reportedly denied entry to a woman wearing a Union Flag dress, and has told other punters with a Union flag or a St George’s cross that they can’t come in. Tanya Ostolski walked through the protesters, saying she had been refused a drink at her local pub, The Picture House in Sutton-in-Ashfield. She said: “I go in there all the time and they refused entry. They didn’t let me in with my flag (separate from the dress), the flag is the English flag, so why shouldn’t I be allowed to have an English flag? “It’s our flag, it’s our nation’s flag. I wasn’t being aggressive or anything I didn’t get lairy or anything. I put the flag back in my bag, and they said I can’t come in because of… Read more »

If you (as you apparently do) think people should be prosecuted for expressing political opinions in public, then, you’ll have to accept that people in power will prosecute opinions they consider disagreeable and not prosecute other opinions even despite you consider them disagreeable.

There’s a concept in early Marxism of the “trash peoples”. These are populations and peoples who, the Marxists claim, are not “on the right side oh history”, and which will be exterminated. Engels actually uses that word in one of the articles he published on this subject in a newspaper edited by Marx.

This is the origin of our marxo-fascist regime’s anglophobia. But anglophobia requires the destruction of free speech, and the destruction of free speech requires an autocratic political system. This is the road the madleft has set us on, and why voting no longer works.

Most of accept that there are good immigrants and bad immigrants, and that there have to be limits even to the numbers of good immigrants admitted into the country. But to our rulers the idea that there might be bad immigrants is a monstrous idea – hateful, evil, wicked, the invention of white people, who according to our rulers, are “world poisoners” and can only ever be “racists”.

Which is why I say a big thank you to our rulers for allowing in so many fine and wonderful people – people who have destroyed our safe, orderly, high social trust, and ultra low crime society.

Amazing that The Stalinist Hurty Words Squad came into force so quickly, while prison officers are still being attacked, scalded, stabbed, permanently maimed with ears sliced off, and beaten unconscious with kettles by Muslim Terrorist Filth in prison, and the Pakistani Muslim female Lord Chancellor and “Justice” Secretary continues to prevaricate, dither, delay, mull over, vacillate, waver and convene committees to investigate ways to protect prison officers from Muslim prisoners, instead of immediately giving them weapons of self-defence, and harsh 23-hour in-cell isolation of the Muslim Terrorist Filth, with gruel and water delivered at set times on a trolley by prison staff through lockable slats in the bottom of the cell door, as in the old days. No computers, no tv, no phones, no swapping jihad stories, no dentists or social workers, just plenty of time to think and feel actual punishment, and repent their own depravity.

Just remember that Keir Starmer was the barrister who led the case for illegal migrants gaining the right to benefits and NHS care in the UK 20 years ago. He is,and always has been at the heart of the problem.
Not rising up against him and his ilk should be a crime and will deserve a 1945 style Parisian haircut.
