https://www.telegraph.co.uk/obituaries/2025/07/10/alan-pollock-flew-through-tower-bridge-died-obituary/ ‘In our young Air Force, we had always been taught that an ounce of timely action and initiative was worth whole weighty volumes of passive, pompous pontification.” ‘Flight Lieutenant Alan Pollock, who has died aged 89, gained national notoriety in 1968 when, following the failure of the government to recognise the 50th anniversary of the founding of the RAF, he flew his Hawker Hunter jet fighter past the Houses of Parliament at very low level before departing along the River Thames and flying “through” Tower Bridge.’ After a low pass over the airfield at Dunsfold in Surrey, the home of the Hunter, he headed for central London. He swept round over Battersea and Vauxhall bridges towards the Houses of Parliament, where he opened the engine throttle to “wake up our MPs and remind other august figures, sitting chairbound at their ministerial desks below, that we still had a fighting Air Force, one small unit of which was celebrating its anniversary, despite the dead hand of the government policy.” He then set off eastwards along the Thames, dipping his wings as he passed the memorial to the RAF’s founder, Viscount Trenchard, when Tower Bridge loomed ahead. A skilful low-level pilot,… Read more »

Compare and contrast:

‘Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston told a meeting that ‘all-white, all-male lists of anything are unacceptable’ in leaked (passive pompous pontification) transcript’

Following an inquiry, the new Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sir Rich Knighton confirmed that in 2020 and 2021, 161 candidates who were either women or from ethnic minority backgrounds, were accelerated into training places ahead of other candidates.

‘Last September, my predecessor, Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston, instigated an independent non-statutory inquiry (NSI) into RAF recruitment and the circumstances that had led to the resignation of the then Group Captain Recruiting and Selection…….The belief at that time, based on the understanding of the recruiting process and interpretation of the legal advice, was that this practice demonstrated acceptable, positive action. We now know that it did not, and I apologise unreservedly to all those affected.

We accept that some men were discriminated against.’

‘….the way in which long-term aspirational goals set by senior leadership to improve diversity in the RAF were translated into personal performance targets was wrong……Those involved in recruiting and selection throughout this period acted with the best of intentions….’

The road to hell……..

Welcome back.

I find no comfort in the change of policy mentioned, as there is no repentance that the intention was bad, as well as the result.

Maybe you could give us a short summary of what is happening in Ukraine. I for one have lost track. Is there still fighting? Has it all fizzled out into a stalemate?

In brief, Putin has antagonised President Trump by a strategic air campaign against Ukrainian civilians. As a consequence of this bungling (strategic conventional air campaigns against civilians have never worked), U.S. supplies of defensive weaponry to Ukraine have been resumed. Further economic measures against Russia will be announced by President Trump on Monday. The Russian economy is already faltering. So China increases its support and influence, China’s foreign minister having stated privately that China cannot afford for Russia to lose. The Russian ground offensive continues to make glacially slow progress using untrained infantry in ‘meat grinder’ assaults with mass casualties. In summary, the war seems likely to grind on, neither superpower wishing their dog to lose but none too keen on the consequences of their dog winning either. The main recent development seems to be that President Trump may now tacitly acknowledge Ukraine as a U.S. interest. The possibility of a war between Russia and NATO, quite possibly leading to a war between the U.S. and China, is very real, a point made yesterday by our very own cigar smoking motorbike riding retired Chief of the General Staff, General Sir Patrick Sanders. Britain is probably Russia’s perceived No.1 enemy in… Read more »

More of the old nonsense. The West is running (has run) out of weapons to deliver to Ukraine. Russia’s economy is doing fine while the West accrues more and more debt, paying high energy prices, demanding higher taxes to pay for all the wars, suffering from the damage their sanctions against Russia do to their own countries, while bowing low to their US President’s demands concerning outrageous tariffs. Are you worried that Russia will attack UK? Then you should be happy that President Putin is not as stupidly outspoken and aggressive as European leaders, doing their best to encourage war against a far superior military machine. Our leaders run around like headless chickens because their fabled leader (Trump) suddenly appeared less enthusiastic about fighting Russia. But, do not worry, Trump has surrounded himself with neocons and they are clearly convincing him to fight multiple wars on multiple fronts. Only recently has he apparently reversed his decision reversing his previous decision reversing the one before that. Recent US Presidents all appear to suffer from mental problems. And Ukraine is clearly losing on all fronts, as typified by its outrageous and illegal attacks against civilians. As the Russian Foreign Ministry reported 3… Read more »

‘History has shown a remarkable tendency to discount the impact that economic failure can have in upending societies and fomenting upheaval.’

‘The Senate will move soon on a tough sanctions bill – not only against Russia – but also against countries like China and India that buy Russian energy products that finance Putin’s war machine’ Graham wrote on X.

‘The senators have said the bill aims to “hold China accountable for propping up Putin’s war machine by buying cheap Russian oil from the shadow fleet” — hundreds of often aging vessels of opaque ownership that Moscow uses to evade Western sanctions on its most lucrative product. Oil exports account for about a third of Russia’s federal budget revenue.

Primary and secondary sanctions on Russian banks would be a major step to hamper the country’s economy, Ziemba said.

Whereas primary sanctions forbid US entities from transacting with Russian banks, secondary sanctions would penalize foreign financial institutions that do business with Russian banks, cutting them off from the US dollar and financial system. Chinese financial institutions are among the foreign firms still working with Russian banks.’

Hello Monro, where have you been? Good to have you back. Let’s disagree about Russia some more 😎

Thank you very much. The silence was, quite simply, a capriciously self inflicted opportunity to say nothing at all for a while, no other reason.

Looking forward to disagreeing with you on Russia once more, punctiliously polite, fair, as you always are; a great pleasure.

As nonsense stories go this is one of Liebour’s best yet. Let’s ignore the thousands arriving by plane legally and keep the plebs focusing on the soldiers being shipped in by RNLI taxis.

Rubbing our noses in it.

While illegal immigration is a disgrace, the number of legal immigrants is much larger. I would like to see figures, accurate figures, and understand on what basis they have been admitted. I know a bit about working visas, for which the criteria were reasonably strict at least while I was involved with them, but there are lots of other types of visa. I mean, you just have to look around you to notice large numbers of non-British people who are working minimum wage jobs, and certainly when I was involved with Tier 2 visas, you needed a sponsor for a well paid white collar job. Something does not add up.

Starmer has agreed a new “deal” with India’s Modi, in which we give him more money and “defence” collaboration, and he gives us HALF A MILLION INDIANS as new “legal immigrants”.

See how Modi can use this to cling to power in India, making himself very popular with Indian voters at our expense? These “trade deals” with the Third World are beneficial only to them.

According to UN there were around 80 million displaced persons in the world in 2021. I imagine there are probably more now…

The UK currently sits at 48th in the population density table and, theoretically we could take all 80 million which would put us at 19th between Aruba and Mauritius with 619 per square kilometre, up from 286, at the moment. Macau, at the top of the list has 22,000!

So, technically, it might be possible to receive ALL of these people and still be less crowded than 18 other places on earth.

Nobody is seriously suggesting that this happens, because it would be crazy. How might these people be accommodated if they were to come here? What would they do? What infrastructures would be required for health, education, policing, welfare… even basics like eating, drinking and dealing with their waste?

And yet… we are expected to receive a million, or more a year, without any attempt to address these matters. This is not governance, it’s hoping for the best, or at least that the worst doesn’t happen on their watch.

It’s part of the Evil Cloward-Piven Strategy, invented by two American Communists, proposing deliberate Mass Immigration from the Third World in order to OVERWHELM ALL INFRASTRUCTURE and COLLAPSE THE WEST, to allow the Communists to rebuild it in their own image.

Just like that logo of the Fabian Society, showing Fabians with Sledgehammers smashing the world to pieces.

Otherwise known as Satanism.

““The concept of ethnic English is truly evil.” — tweeted John McTernan, political commentator and former Political Secretary to Tony Blair.”

It’s truly excellent that people like this man feel comfortable enough to start being honest. Shame so few people are paying attention, but the more openly repulsive these statements get, the more people will wake up. Blunkett talked about being proud of Englishness.

Interestingly, perhaps, Nigeria along with many African nations, is less densely populated than this tiny island already is.

If there was a place that needed all these people it’s those nations in Africa and the Middle East which would benefit from their obvious skills.

If only there were roads and Ubereats in Africa… 🙄

“Hate crime investigation launched over migrant effigy bonfire”

Racist, far right, hatred.
These words are losing there meaning, the people of Ireland are sick and tired of it
Stop mass uncontrolled immigration!
This is bringing loyalists and nationalists together
Face the problem and deal with it or the consequences will be harder to control, this is Northern Ireland you know, they don’t roll over easily !

What Richard Hermer gets wrong about international law”

I’m coming to the conclusion that ‘International Law’ is solely for the use of self important, self appointed ‘International Lawyers’ to talk bollocks and be very highly paid for doing so.

  • What Richard Hermer gets wrong about international law” – There isn’t an international parliament creating laws, nor an international government, nor a world court issuing binding judgments. So what’s Hermer on about? asks David Shipley in the Spectator.”

Excellent points by David Shipley, that people have not really grasped yet.

I don’t understand why Unelected Hermer is allowed to claim power over every Elected government minister and civil servant, telling them they must snitch on their colleagues and report to him, like good little Stalinists.

The Labour government are now openly reverting to Bolshevism.

X and Meta profited from Southport riot misinformation, say MPs

1) But it wasn’t misinformation, because the Southport Stabber had a Muslim Terrorist handbook, had attended the local Southport Mosque under the tutelage of the imam there (who still hasn’t even been questioned), and is under the “spiritual guidance” of the prison imam now. The Southport Stabber IS a Cowardly Muslim Terrorist who only attacked White People.

2) Nobody rioted over misinformation. They rioted over the horrific Muslim Terrorist Stabbing, Throat-Slitting and Attempted Beheading of 13 helpless unarmed people, who were 11 little girls and 2 adults who tried to protect them. The Snivelling Coward stabbed little Bebe 122 times trying to behead her, and little Elsie 85 times, in his demonic frenzy of jihadist hatred.

3) And the people rioted over the thousands of Muslim Gang Rapes and Murders of British Children. Not “Misinformation”.

Every boy needs a strong male role model in their life

Except not in Africa, where it can get the boy killed:

Mass circumcision ceremony that killed 93 kids is set to happen again – World News – News – Daily Express US

“Without undergoing the ceremony known as Ulwaluko, the teenagers are not allowed to sit in on tribal meetings or take part in many social activities or consider marriage.”

“But a report commissioned by the South African government recorded a shocking 322 deaths of young boys between 2021 and 2024 and thousands more hospitalizations.”

“Gangrene, sepsis and severe dehydration are the main cause of death, even though it has been reported that unwilling boys had also been stabbed, drowned or beaten to death.

There are hundreds of reports a year of illegal schools kidnapping boys as young as 12 and carrying out the surgery then forcing parents to pay to get their sons back.”

Dear World,
Isn’t it time we STOPPED
this Depraved, Insane Ritual Mutilation of Boys?
