White Men Say They’re Last in Line at Work, Thanks to DEI and Double Standards
According to new polling, over a third of white men in the UK feel they’re being held back at work due to their race and gender. The Mail has more.
The survey by JL Partners found 36% of white men held concerns about being held back at work.
It also found two-fifths (41%) of white men feel anxious that they can be sacked for doing or saying the wrong thing.
And almost half of white men (%) now censor jokes …
JL Partners polled a nationally representative sample of 823 white adult men across the UK.
The survey was commissioned as part of a new YouTube and podcast series called White Men Can’t Work.
It also showed that nearly a quarter (23%) of white men think they are discriminated against because of their race or gender.
More than one in three (34%) of white men now think that white men are the least valued workers in their workplace.
And nearly one in three white men (31%) said they think their sons will have fewer opportunities because of their race or gender, the survey found.
Award-winning documentary-maker Tim Samuels, the former host of the BBC show Men’s Hour, has created the White Men Can’t Work series.
He said: “Millions of men are walking around on eggshells at work too scared to speak freely – whilst knowing that being male can now be a disaster for your career.
“The scale of discrimination, self-censorship and anxiety is staggering. …
“Of course racism and sexism have to be stamped out but our biggest companies and institutions have implemented a very divisive and ideological form of DEI that demonises white men, disregards free speech and, when you look at the data, doesn’t even help those it was meant to.”

“Racism” and “racist”
I’ve stopped using these words except in quotes because they are obviously codes developed to promote anti-whitism. According to the madleft, only white people can be have the heresy of being “racist” or suffer from “racism”. As a consequence of this view, I use the older – and more “inclusive”! – terms racialism and racialist.
Can you imagine a black ( or ‘BAME’ ) CEO of a company ever having a policy whereby, say, 2/3 minimum of the workforce had to be white? It’s ludicrous when you think about it, isn’t it? And yet how many firms and various organizations are headed by white men who are actively prioritizing candidates that are non-white? I just can’t imagine a scenario where black people would discriminate against fellow blacks but the other way around seems to be perfectly acceptable to these traitorous weirdos. Only in Clown World, but there is no logic to this, none whatsoever. Oh dear….And yet there are plenty of black Brits that are proud patriots, not to Jamaica, or wherever their parents hailed from, but to Britain, where they were born. So this guy comes across as a bit of a muppet to me;

My impression is there are plenty of black young British guys who feel British and have been brought up to be patriotic.
The same cannot be said for the vast contingents of Pakistanis who have occupied and essentially destroyed many northern towns.
Let the market do its work.
Companies that discriminate according to anything but ability end up hurting themselves.
It doesn’t happen instantly and it doesn’t happen without some disorder and discomfort, but eventually the market punishes bad decisions.
And the worst thing anyone can do is start considering oneself a victim. When that happens, the bastards who promote this DEI monstrosity have won. Nothing makes you more weak and useless than actually thinking you’re a victim. (Even if you are.)
Maybe white men should start employing each other and create new places of work. Then the dei lot can wholly benefit from all that lovely diversity with no whites to spoil the new Eden.
Why do the Brits love to stay in a permanent state of depression. I swear Dei and the word racist was made for Brits to wallow in. It is like stepping into quicksand, you simply sink, unable to lift your self out.
It’s about time the men in this country stopped all this woke nonsense at work and got their HR departments to eliminate this nasty policy. DEI has been banned in the US.
I have a nephew who had some depressing experiences at job interviews. Being a straight white male is a definite handicap.
