Two Men a Day Given Trans Surgery on NHS at Taxpayers’ Expense
Two biological men a day – including teenagers – are undergoing irreversible, taxpayer-funded trans surgeries on the NHS. The Telegraph has the story.
Around £20 million in taxpayers’ money was spent on “feminising genital surgery” for biological men, including teenagers, over the course of three years, despite warnings that the procedure causes long-term harm.
A series of freedom of information requests show that 18-year-olds were among those going under the knife to have the “irreversible” surgery that will leave them infertile.
On Saturday, clinicians called on the NHS to carry out an urgent review, saying it is “unethical” to be carrying out these procedures without evidence of the long term impact.
It is the first time figures for this surgery on the NHS have been published and data seen by the Telegraph suggests that more than a third of the patients are under 30.
The surgery includes removing the penis and testicles and using the skin to create a “canal” to imitate the vagina.
The NHS says that the surgery “is not reversible” and can cause “permanent infertility”. An advice booklet lists common complications including “loss of sexual function”, incontinence, “dissatisfaction” with the visual appearance and infection. …
Data obtained from the NHS Gender Dysphoria National Referral Support Services (GDNRSS) show that it referred 2,071 biological men for “feminising genital surgery” between 2021 and 2023 at a cost of the surgery of around £10,000 per procedure.
An FOI to Nuffield Health, one of the largest providers of the surgery, revealed a large proportion of those going under the knife are under 18. …
It comes amid a review of the NHS adult gender services after concerns were raised with Baroness Cass that the demographic of those attending the clinics had changed and were now predominantly young people with other issues such as autism and mental health problems or a history of trauma and abuse.

Oh dear, oh dear. What a mess.
Gender dysphoria, or whatever you want to call it, is real in the sense that some people no doubt genuinely believe their gender identity is different to their biological sex. There’s many reasons why they believe this e.g. indoctrination at school, coming to terms with being gay or lesbian, childhood trauma etc. but a caring society will understand that however irrational these thoughts/feelings are they’re totally rational and convincing to the person who’s having them and can take over their whole life. As someone who’s suffered from a serious mental health problem I fully understand what it’s like to have totally irrational thoughts/feelings that seem totally rational so think that trans people should be offered the same kind of help and support e.g. medication and/or a talking therapy such as cognitive behavioural therapy to help stop the irrational thoughts and address any underlying issues that have led someone to have these thoughts.
Precisely how much “evidence of long term impact” is needed to support the immediate cessation of chopping a man’s bits off, just because he’s mad enough to believe that his cells are XX instead of XY? For god’s sake, I’m all for a bloke feeling free to wear a dress if he wants to, but please…. when he asks for his body to be permanently mutilated by the National HEALTH (ahem) Service as part of this proclivity, then he doesn’t need his bits chopping off, he needs his goddamn head examining.
About 20 years ago a well to do friend of mine was telling me his mother was thinking of getting a facelift and wondering if he could help with the cost. He told her he’d happily pay for psychotherapy instead, to help her come to terms with the reality of getting older. He was a bit of a North London lefty liberal – I wonder if he’d say the same today about these sadly very ill men wanting to be mutilated.
Imagine if traditionalists suggested that cross dresser were sterilised to prevent them breeding? Yet now they’re doing it voluntarily 😂 OK, the taxpayer is getting the bill, but their need for medical treatment does rather prove the fact that it’s a mental illness.
Just limit it to consenting adults only.
I’m just wondering if a bunch of women went topless like this in public, if they wouldn’t get arrested for indecency or something. But when you’re a man with NHS-gifted moobs, identifying as a woman, the police just stand and watch. ANY Health Professional who sees a mixed up kid and then proceeds to actually CUT and CARVE their healthy bodies up which then won’t work properly anymore needs a Prison sentence!
I imagine the cost to the NHS of trying to reverse these Ops when the men realise what it really means not to have their penis and balls is huge, including all those who go abroad for this surgery.

The surgeons who perform these atrocities cannot believe what they are doing is good for the patient. Those who undergo genitalia reassignment are cursed for life with serious medical issues.
