Female Rugby Player Left With Major Injury After Horror Tackle From Transgender Opponent Asks: “How Was This Allowed to Happen?”

A young female rugby player who was left screaming in agony after a transgender rival tore apart her knee ligaments has accused sporting chiefs of letting her down. The Mail has the story.

Elena King, 20, suffered a torn ACL and MCL in January in the Netherlands after her biologically male opponent popped her left knee out of its socket with a rash challenge.

Now facing lifelong pain and six months of physiotherapy just to run again, she is asking why the Dutch Rugby Association allows transgender athletes to compete against women.

Serious injuries are part and parcel of the risk of playing rugby, but King insists the sheer strength she was exposed to was something that should not have been allowed in the women’s game.

“I felt the strength being used against me: it’s nothing that I can explain because I don’t have that strength myself,” King told the Times

“A cis woman [sic] could not have pulled my leg out of its socket… I heard a really loud pop. That’s when I started screaming. My leg was on fire.

“I do not want it to ever happen to anyone again because I don’t want it to happen to me. It could have been prevented.”

King, who is of Dutch, English, and Scottish heritage, has been recovering at home in Amsterdam since her horror injury in the Dutch Premiership in January.

She is now taking legal advice and has sought stories from other players, as per the Times. Her opponent, Ashley Mooney, played in the game after but was subsequently suspended and missed four games. Mooney returned to action earlier in May and won player of the match at the weekend.

In a blog post, King describes how she had already been nervous about facing her opponent after Mooney allegedly caused a black eye, rib and spine injuries, with “one of my lovely teammates coming off the pitch crying”.

That incident was raised with the Dutch Rugby Union, she says, but the reply came back that “it’s fine”.

I’m a small guy, yet, I have absolutely no trouble holding a woman a good deal taller and heavier than me at bay with one hand such that she’s rendered absolutely helpless¹. How can anyone in his right mind allow men to compete against women in a women’s Rugby match? With a good conscience? They could as well allow adults to play against children before puberty.

¹ Fat, tall women sometimes like attacking smaller men because they wrongly believe to be strong. Hence, I have a bit of experience with countering such attacks.

How can anyone in his right mind

The promoters of it are not in their right mind. They’re asking us to believe something deeply deranged: that if a man puts on a frock and says he’s a woman, then he is a woman.

I know that. But the question was rethorical. During puberty, male and female bodies develop differently, specifically, men are more geared towards strenth and women more towards endurance which is said to be visible when examining the muscle structure. At least, that’s what my school biology lessons said about this a long time ago. As if this wasn’t enough, men are also usually taller and heavier built then women.

The people behind this have no way of not knowing that they’re intentionally creating serious safety hazards for female players and there’s no way they’re not legally responsible for avoiding exactly that.

Here is somebody who would disagree with you. I think this speaks generally to the abject wokeness that is the BBC;

”Match Of The Day has found a clever way to meet the BBC’s gender quota.”

Not being a footie fan, let alone a Beeb-watcher, I have no clue who this person is so had to check out the comments section. This person is a trans activist who advocates for men competing in women’s sports, apparently, so of course the BBC will be on board with that, shamefully. But then, GBN platform Peter Tatchell, an infamous paedophile sympathizer, so there we are;

I would go further and say that any man wanting to play rugby against girls is most likely a sadistic pervert.

Indeed – if you look at Olympic Weightlifting world records, males exceed females in their respective weight categories by huge margins. For example, in the 81KG class the male record combined total is 374KG and the female is 275KG.

That is a bloke with long hair. Anyone can see that. A fully developed male body and he’s playing a woman’s team?

Ban All Men From Women’s Sport

Including the ‘men’ with vaginas, as their testosterone levels will be through the roof.😶

This should simply be regared as a form of doping and as such, banned from sport in general.

At least the MtF athletes have a way back in that they can still play in the men’s events, if they’re not too crappy and fail to make the grade, that is. The FtM have no way back because, due to their necessary testosterone supplementation, they can’t possibly compete with the women in their sports but they’ll still not be good enough to compete in the men’s category, presumably. They’re basically stuck in limbo unless they can gather enough other FtM athletes to compete against on a level playing field.

They wouldn’t make grade we can assume, also, the other players, I would hope would make an effort to dish out suitable retribution.

I’m starting to have doubts about the legitimacy ( and prevalence ) of this ‘gender dysphoria’ lark, to be honest. One example, which makes zero sense to me: a woman wants to become a man so she has a double mastectomy, starts on cross-sex hormones and grows a beard *but*…she wants to have a baby so chooses to keep all of her female reproductive system then proceeds to get pregnant and deliver said baby. BUT..’she’ then wants everyone to use male pronouns when addressing her because she thinks of herself as a man. A ‘man’ with a vagina. Isn’t this person just a butch ( and ‘butchered’ 😮 ) lesbian if she’s in a same-sex relationship? In fact, I can’t imagine there’s many women who trans to ‘men’ and are straight because what straight man would be interested in a sexual relationship with you? So can this really be called ”gender dysphoria”? The FtM trans folk tend to not be with partners of the opposite sex, from what I’ve seen. The MtF trans people appear to go either way: be same-sex attracted or heterosexual men with fetishes/sports cheats/perverts; ”80-90% of the children at the Tavistock Gender Clinic were same sex… Read more »

Blackadder’s nursie quote..” Out you popped and everyone’s shouting “it’s a boy, it’s a boy”! And somebody said, “but it hasn’t got a winkle.” And I said,, “God be praised, it’s a miracle. A boy without a winkle!”. And then Sir Thomas More pointed out that a boy without a winkle is a girl.” Absurd, but it makes about as much sense as this trans codswallop.

I stood in front of an oncoming car and now demand to know how this was allowed to happen.

One of the rugby clubs I played for had a men’s and a women’s team. We would usually train separately but occasionally would do a combined session. At one practice we decided to play a friendly mixed contact scrimmage. I’m over 6 feet tall, around 210 pounds and reasonably muscular so I am abundantly aware of the strength and size mismatch. So during the scrimmage one of the strongest female players was at inside centre and took a pass from the scrum half off the back of a ruck. As gently as I could in the heat of the moment, tackled her and carefully brought her to the ground. Despite my best intentions, this was still a devastatingly hard tackle for her. Thankfully she wasn’t injured but she was quite stunned. I can’t even imagine how much worse it would be if I was a mentally ill tranny with something to prove, tackling at full strength.
