Labour Drops Plans for Rape Gang Inquiries

Labour has dropped its plans for five local grooming gang inquiries that it promised in January when under pressure, saying it’s now up to local councils to decide how to spend the £5 million allocated. The Telegraph has the story.

In January, Yvette Cooper, the Home Secretary, told MPs that the Government would provide £5 million to support up to five initial local inquiries modelled on the judge-led one into grooming gangs in Telford.

However, on Tuesday Jess Phillips, a Home Office Minister, announced that “following feedback” the Government would adopt a “flexible approach” where the money would be available for local councils to use as they wished to support grooming gang work.

She said that this could mean full independent local inquiries, but could also include “more bespoke work, including local victims’ panels or locally led audits of the handling of historical cases”.

The Conservatives accused Labour of watering down its response to the grooming gangs inquiry in an announcement just 45 minutes before Parliament broke for recess.

Home Office sources insisted that the change did not necessarily mean that the five inquiries would not go ahead but rather Ministers had decided to not be prescriptive following the local consultation.

But Katie Lam, the shadow Home Office minister, said: “Local inquiries are not good enough – they can’t compel witnesses, they can’t look at themes across the country, and they can’t address national issues like deportation. Now the Government is watering them down even further. We won’t let them get away with it.”

A Home Office spokesman said it was “patently false” it was watering down its plans.

“The £5 million funding announced in January is being made available to local authorities to help strengthen local responses to child sexual exploitation, and all local authorities will be able to apply for funding for local inquiries or other work in this area,” the spokesman said.

“The Home Secretary has written to every local authority on our plans to support local inquiries, and after listening to local authorities about what they need, we made the decision to implement the fund in a flexible way.”

The Government announced the local inquiries in January after huge pressure for a new national inquiry, including from Elon Musk, the billionaire owner of X.

Worth reading in full.

Stop Press: Labour dropped its plans for the local grooming gang inquiries for fear of offending its Pakistani voters, Sir Trevor Phillips has claimed. The former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission said Labour’s response was “utterly shameful” because it was “so obviously political” to avoid offending a particular demographic of voters.

Labour have been covering this up for years so no surprise here!

Sadly, the share of £5 million which Oldham Council will receive will not be enough to fill the first round of brown envelopes so that’s the end of that.

Does supporting grooming gang work include paying members of them? This should certainly count as support and the government certainly hasn’t prohibited it.,

This 2min clip of Nigel Farage speaking about it here is worth a watch. He mentions the disgraceful fact that there’s more people been jailed in Rotherham off the back of the Southport mass stabbing than the organized Muslim rapist gangs. So what does that tell us?

”Much stronger rhetoric from Farage on the rape gangs scandal.

But it is not just “the extremist Muslim vote”: the majority of Muslims will vote along religious lines if a candidate is available. They will not vote for Reform.

And a judicial review can only investigate the legality of a specific decision by a public body. Hence the need for a national, or at least independent, inquiry. Without establishing the facts, legal action will be much more difficult.”

It should come as zero surprise that the Khant is preventing a London rape gang inquiry, obviously because he’ll be terrified about what it would reveal, what with London having the largest Pakistani community in the UK. See this clip of him being an obnoxious git, although I hardly expect all on here to agree with that interpretation of his behaviour towards the opposite sex;

”London Mayor Sadiq Khan often says he is a feminist. Here are some examples of the awesome respect he has for females.”

I just couldn’t believe he was saying “I’m a proud feminist”, earnestly and with a straight face! When do we hear even the most ardent Leftard bloke stating that?😳 What a gonk. 🤡
He has to talk down to women because he can’t look down on them, short arse that he is.

But Connor Tomlinson is wrong on this, because “The Muslim Vote” is exactly what Yusuf has promised to bring to Nigel, to put him in No. 10, on the understanding that he will then step down in favour of Yusuf, which Nigel has already floated as a possibility. That’s why Nigel has been so confident about Reform winning, and Nigel becoming PM. He has already been promised “The Muslim Vote”.

Bait & Switch. A Vote for Reform is a Vote for the Caliphate.

Could the presence of the members for Gaza served as a reminder of the importance of the Mohamaden vote?

It stinks doesn’t it? saving the anouncement until the last minute before recess, then ensuring that there is no way the people involved from the police, councils, soclal workers through to Politicians will ever be exposed. Rank corruption.
Hopefully all who believe that the systemic Rape and torture of little white girls is wicked will NOT vote for Labour at the local elections,

Two-Tier home secretary, Two-Tier government, in a country prime-ministered by a Two-Tier human rights lawyer and former two-bit DPP.

Look no further than the farm tax, VAT on private education and, for fear of losing ethnic votes, brushing under the carpet state failings that facilitated heinous proven crimes.

No longer the Rule of Law, but instead rule by lawyers and judges under rule of ideology, expediency and outright malice. Not fit and proper persons to hold public office.

In sharp contrast to the way the LibLabCon Uniparty has covered up the PAKISTANI MUSLIM RAPE GANGS, and allowed Mass Immigration from Pakistan to continue unabated, arresting & imprisoning hundreds of British Citizens who protested against Mass Immigration from the Third World, and calling anyone who opposes mass immigration “RACIST”, here’s how the GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN deals with illegal immigrants themselves: Pakistan defends mass deportation of Afghan migrants, labels critics ‘enemies of the state’ “Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has sharply defended the government’s MASS DEPORTATION OF AFGHAN IMMIGRANTS, branding opponents of the policy as “ENEMIES OF PAKISTAN” and insisting that anyone disrespecting the nation has no right to remain within its borders.” “Speaking on Saturday, Asif rejected criticism of the ongoing expulsion campaign, which has already seen HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF AFGHANS FORCED BACK ACROSS THE BORDER.” “He argued that critics of the deportations are UNDERMINING PAKISTAN’S NATIONAL INTERESTS, especially amid reports linking Afghan migrants to anti-government protests and security threats.” “Authorities estimate that more than one-third of the 4.4 MILLION AFGHANS living in Pakistan are undocumented.” [NO MATTER HOW MANY MILLIONS NEED TO BE DEPORTED, PAKISTAN SAYS IT CAN BE DONE, UNLIKE NIGEL SAYING IT’S IMPOSSIBLE.] ““Those… Read more »

Yes, he could, but after the appallingly unjust way he has been treated for speaking out on any subject, for taking bold action where needed, and being extremely generous and charitable, no one can blame him for feeling wounded at such undeserved vilification, as well as the terrorist attacks on his companies.

Therefore, no one can blame him for being hesitant to give money to anyone!

While we have had Pakistani visitors for a long time, with the consequences now being revealed, the ethnic group that gives me the shivers is the Afghans. There are increasing numbers here. I was on a London bus not long ago where one of their number was bellowing in to his phone on loudspeaker as if he was in the bazaar in Kabul. There were many other passengers of varied nationalities, but none of us wanted to take him to task.

It’s not just to protect Pakistani votes ….. it’s also to protect the legions of taxpayer-funded “Public Servants” who at best turned a blind eye to the rape gangs; who facilitated them and in some cases, participated in the abuse.

It includes social workers, police, councillors and some MPs ….. all in Labour areas. Raja Miah has named some names and not one named person has sued him. That tells you all you need to know.

Anyone who votes Labour is supporting the gang rape of white British girls by ethnic Pakistani men.

Correction: Anyone who supports the LibLabConReform Uniparty is supporting the gang rape of white British girls by ethnic Pakistani Muslim men, because, except for a very few members of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, ALL OF THEM DENOUNCED TOMMY ROBINSON for defending those British children and exposing the rape gangs. And before him, they all denounced Nick Griffin, Paul Weston, and countless other patriots who tried to awaken the world to what was happening.

Only after Elon Musk stepped boldly into the fray did the LibLabConReform Uniparty start jumping on the bandwagon and pretending to want to do something about it.

And only after Rupert Lowe kicked up within the Reform party about it, and then announced his own inquiry, did they pretend to change their tune.

No surprises here. Any serious investigation would quickly reveal the underlying societal dynamic driving these situations. Namely, facile identity politics, multicultural narratives, and poorly written legalities (along with later case law) creating huge ‘moral hazard’. Hence, situations such as these rape gangs are entirely predictable, along with numerous other societal distortions. The proper identification of these would reveal the extent to which the population has been gaslit by the British establishment.
