Toddler Kicked Out of Nursery for Being Transphobic

A toddler was suspended from nursery after being accused of being transphobic or homophobic. The Telegraph has the story.

Department for Education (DfE) data show the child, aged either three or four, was suspended from a state school in the 2022-23 academic year for “abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity”.

The school and further details of the case were not disclosed.

But statistics show that 94 pupils at state primary schools were suspended or permanently excluded for transphobia and homophobia in 2022-23.

These included 10 pupils from year one and three from year two, where the maximum age is seven.

One of these included a child of nursery age, the data show.

It comes after the Telegraph revealed that children as young as five are being kicked out of schools for attacking their teachers or fellow pupils amid an alarming rise in ill-discipline in Britain’s schools.

Helen Joyce, Director of Advocacy at Sex Matters, said: “Every once in a while, the extremes of gender ideology throw up a story that seems too crazy to believe, and a toddler being suspended from nursery for so-called ‘transphobia’ or homophobia is one such example.

“Worse still, this is not an isolated case. Apparently 13 four and five-year-olds were suspended or permanently excluded from school for the same reason.

“Teachers and school leaders involved in this insanity should be ashamed of themselves for projecting adult concepts and beliefs onto such young children.

“It’s unforgivable for children’s vital early education to be so traumatically disrupted by school leaders who prioritise activists’ demands over their charges’ wellbeing.”

Across all state primary schools, the number of pupils suspended or expelled for homophobic or transphobic behaviour increased from 164 in 2021-22 to 178 in 2022-23.

The largest number of suspensions and exclusions for this reason in 2022-23 was in Essex (16), followed by Birmingham (15), Bradford (11) and Norfolk (eight).

The data have only been collected since the 2020-21 academic year, and students can be excluded for multiple reasons.

Lord Young, the Director of the Free Speech Union, said: “It beggar’s belief that schools are suspending children as young as five for breaching their ‘transphobia’ policy. I would have thought that if your ideology is so rigid it justifies you punishing toddlers for not complying with it, that’s a powerful argument for discarding it in favour of something less dogmatic.”

I’m not even surprised.
As Britain descends into a marxo-fascist, sodomo-gomorrist dystopia, the insanity will just increase until eventually the whole thing implodes.

I am awaiting the dictatorial decree that the only religion in this country will be Queer-Trans Fascism. Celebrated every day. Rainbow uniforms mandatory. A faggot flag waving from every house. A no pride parade in every town, during every weekend. All other religions including atheism, to be banned.

It will be interesting to see what the increasing number of Muslims will do to the sodomo-gomorrists.

Chances are that this “transphobic offense” amounts to some boy claiming that he’s not a girl and that girls aren’t boys or something like that¹ after being told that he must accept the opposite of this. The real scandal here is not the exclusion as such but that paid transpreachers roam nurseries and elementary schools to plant their weird theories into the heads of children who are still biologically incapable of understanding them because this happens way before puberty as early as possible. There are too many so-called activists who apparently view any such institution mainly as a convenient means to access an audience which cannot easily escape in order to talk at length about rather unsavoury details of adult sex lives there. This should be referred to as what it is: Child abuse by forcing children to confront something they cannot yet understand and which should really be absolutely none of their concerns. I wouldn’t be surprised if children were also being excluded because of climate denialism and far-right terrorism. ¹ I remember when I was in elementary school, we used to refer to girls as die Weiber (anachronistic and somewhat derogative term for married women) and generally considered… Read more »

Let me guess – poor toddler of unapproved sex kicked out by approved-sex nursery teacher.

Vital for toddlers to be nice to each other, otherwise they might grow up to be Far Right.

Sticks, stones, bones and all that.

When my son was very young (probably around five or six, so 12 or so years ago), he told us a story of a boy in his class who said something that a girl overheard and who then snitched to the teacher, who was female.

The teacher made him repeat what he said. The boy sheepishly said “Hippity hoppity, women are property”.

It made me proper guffaw. I imagined this kid saying this to the teacher and it seemed a really funny sight. Apparently, to her credit the teacher saw the funny side, although obviously not condoning the content of the amusing line. It was forgotten about and the lesson carried on.

These days it would be a school scandal, with parents called in and a Non-Crime Hate Incident recorded.

I get the impression most teachers are Lefties, but mainly kept it *a little* under wraps. Nowadays though, they have the major green light to release the rabid activists within them, hence why The Left are now full-on working with impunity on the kids to indoctrinate them.

Is there any chance that the DS could stop using the term “transphobic”?

It doesn’t describe the people who are accused of it.

I consider myself a good example of someone who would be categorised as transphobic. But I’m not afraid of trans people. What I do think is that there are only two sexes, that gender is a made up thing that has no relation to sex and that just because someone thinks they are a different sex it doesn’t make it so. I just think they’re probably a bit mentally ill. And I’m willing to concede that in a tiny number of people, there are some rare physical anomalies that affect their sex organs and hormones.

There is no fear in there. No phobia. I’m not afraid of “trans” people.

Totally agree. I also hate the term gender critical. I’m not transphobic or gender critical, I’m adhering to the reality we all did until 5 mins ago

There is no such thing as transphobia. “Transphobia” is an anti-free-speech term invented to close down debate, and to prevent people telling the truth as they see it.

Are the transtifa nutters still accusing people of genocide if we prevent men larping as women from entering the ladies loos? Not heard that particular accusation for a while…
Children, and especially this young, are innocent and if they’re being persecuted for essentially stating the emperor has no clothes on, something kids have not been shy about doing since forever ( because they don’t do subtlety ), then that is evidence of a very sick society indeed. Targeting kids to mess with their minds as well as their bodies just further demonstrates that this toxic and highly dangerous ideology has no place in civilized society. The entire ruddy thing needs stamped out, the acolytes deradicalized. I’m not sure if that’s even possible, though, as most appear to be too far gone.

Ideologies and religions have always targeted children, to brainwash and claim them as early as possible.

The problem is this particular ideology/religion is kind of satanic. But we can’t say that. It’s so dawned evil, it’s conspired to make it dangerous to denounce.

The cruelty of punishing toddlers for allegedly not understanding the trans doctrine is evidence of true zealotry. Isn’t this supposed to be a society that’s inclusive? And kind?

It’s neither of those. It’s intolerant, cruel, aggressive. Basically demonic.

Anyone involved in teaching pupils below the age of 12 who exclude them for these reasons should be fired immediately.
