Police Officers Told Not to Say “Black Sheep” or “Blacklisted” Over Racism Fears
Police officers have been told to avoid terms like “black sheep” and learn about “white fragility” in a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion reference guide at three constabularies. The Telegraph has the story.
A nine-page document, seen by the Telegraph, was published online in 2023 in a diversity, equality and inclusion reference guide for staff at Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire constabularies.
It stated that “pregnant person” should be used instead of references to pregnant women and “Christian-centric” language like the term “faith” should be avoided.
The “reference resource for staff and officers” describes gender as “a social construct relating to behaviours and attributes”, adding: “There is a wider range of gender identities than just male and female.”
In one section, officers are advised to watch a video on BBC Bitesize, an education website for GCSE students, “to understand the difference between” the terms “non-racist” and “anti-racist”.
Officers are also made aware of the concept of “white fragility”, defined in the document as “a state in which some white people are unable to cope with or process the information they receive about racism”.
Although people may react angrily or defensively to this topic, “it is important to understand white fragility as this can derail open conversations about race”, it adds.
Police are also reminded to avoid generalisations like older people being grumpy and boring and women in their 50s being menopausal.
At one point, it is suggested that the term “mature adult” not be used as it implies that “younger people” cannot be mature.
Festus Akinbusoye, the U.K.’s first black Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and former PCC for Bedfordshire Constabulary, has labelled the guidance “utterly mad”.

Black people don’t find mentions of black sheep to be offensive because they understand the context and the idiom. These prats are basically suggesting that all black people are complete retards. I have honestly been among these people and they don’t give two hoots about the usage of these words. These twats are taking the piss out of black people.

The term “white fragility” is a kafkatrap – i.e. a form of manipulative logical fallacy, which in this case is an allegation of thought-crime dressed in invalid forms of argument. It is mainly used by the madleft as an ideological weapon in its war against white people and the West. It consists of an accusation of heresy, thought-crime, or wrong-speak constructed in such a way as to be unfalsifiable, and which is deliberately placed beyond facts, evidence, and reason.
And here we are once again confronted with the paradox that it’s mainly white people in various positions of authority hating on and wishing to persecute/penalise and discriminate against fellow white people. These duplicitous sods are like walking oxymorons. We can’t move for examples of this, however, as per the link I shared under the previous article ( “U.K has the highest number of DEI employees in the world” ), this is hardly surprising. The ‘Woke Force’ is super strong with you in Britain, and it can hardly be expected to improve whilst you guys hold such a dubious title. It does make the whole Islamification/colonisation/replacement ongoing process a lot smoother though. It really is like a slow-motion assisted suicide when you’ve so many traitors in positions of power. There’s not enough resistance from the people with any real clout, that’s the trouble.

“White Fragility” was invented because black folks could not deal or did not want to deal with the fact that they comprised 13% of the population in the US and committed over 50% of the crimes( or something like that). Dealing with this reality for black folks was too onerous,and because black leadership was non existent, black intellectuals decided to get back at the white folks by saying they were too “fragile” to deal with black apathy regarding the lack of caring in the black community about the ongoing decimation of their communities.
You can’t just impverish millions of people at the same time as allowing as much immigration as possible. There are old people who feel scared walking about. Yes a lot of immigrants work in care homes. If they disappeared then in some cases there would be no staff left at all. You can’t do this to a population it is torture. And it definitely isn’t that the British are particularly xenophobic I have lived elsewhere and in all of those countries the racism is bareback and brutal. This is easily the most tolerant country in the world.

A race was, for example, the ancient Egyptians. They were brownish due to their position on the surface of the Earth, but were essentially exactly the same as white people are today. We can see cultural difference, which we see all over the World, and many of these have difficulties with other cultures, but this is not racism, it is the problem of multiculturism and tolerance. The least tolerant are generally the least educated, and least civilised. I offer no examples, but one can see it outside your front door.
