Elon Musk: Jess Phillips Deserves to Be in Prison Over Labour Refusal to Launch Grooming Gangs Inquiry

Elon Musk has said Jess Phillips “deserves to be in prison” over Labour’s refusal to hold a public inquiry into historic sexual abuse by grooming gangs in Oldham. The Telegraph has more.

Elon Musk attacked the decision as “disgraceful” and Kemi Badenoch, the Conservative leader, said a full national inquiry into rape gangs was “long overdue”.

Jess Phillips, Labour’s Safeguarding Minister, insisted it was “for Oldham council alone” to decide whether to launch an investigation into alleged exploitation between 2011 and 2014.

A 2022 report found children in Oldham were failed by agencies that were meant to protect them amid alleged grooming by “predominantly Pakistani offenders” in council homes, shisha bars and by taxi drivers.

Oldham Council’s Labour group last year agreed to support an independent inquiry, writing twice to Ms. Phillips urging the Home Office to support this work.

The Minister replied: “It is for Oldham Council alone to decide to commission an inquiry into child sexual exploitation locally, rather than for the Government to intervene…

“I welcome the council’s resolution to do so, as set out in your letter, and to continue its important work with victims and survivors.”

Responding to a report on Ms. Phillips’s remarks on his social media platform X, Mr. Musk claimed that she “deserves to be in prison”.

Mrs Badenoch also shared her view on the platform on Thursday and said: “The time is long overdue for a full national inquiry into the rape gangs scandal.

“Trials have taken place all over the country in recent years but no one in authority has joined the dots. 2025 must be the year that the victims start to get justice.”

The tech billionaire has emerged as a vocal critic of Sir Keir Starmer and his Government in recent months and will have a major role in Donald Trump’s incoming administration.

In further posts, Mr. Musk accused Ms. Phillips of a “disgraceful” decision and suggested she had rejected an inquiry in order to shield Sir Keir from blame.

He continued: “In the U.K., serious crimes such as rape require the Crown Prosecution Service’s approval for the police to charge suspects.

“Who was the head of the CPS when rape gangs were allowed to exploit young girls without facing justice? Keir Starmer, 2008–2013.

“Who is the boss of Jess Phillips right now? Keir Stamer [sic]. The real reason she’s refusing to investigate the rape gangs is that it would obviously lead to the blaming of Keir Starmer [head of the CPS at the time].”

Sir Keir ordered a comprehensive review of CPS guidelines on sexual exploitation as Chief Prosecutor in 2012, admitting the service had failed a generation of girls who were abused. …

Sir Keir gave the green light to prosecuting the Rochdale grooming case, the first of its kind, and said in 2023 he was in favour of “anything we can do to crack down on these cases”.

I feared we were stuck with this government another 4.5 years, now I’m not so sure.

There’s an Australian senator wanting to interview Tommy in prison with a camera crew. This has gone worldwide and can’t be ignored anymore

It won’t be today or tomorrow but I’m equally sure Labour won’t be in power another 4.5 years..

I sicerely hope you are right. I pray that this vile scandal and the sickening revelations that many senior labour figures have been involved in actively covering it up and protecting the perpetrators becomes a weapon of mass destruction which annihilates these filthy traitors.

There are scarcely adequate words by which I can express my revulsion and contempt for this administration and the degenerates which make it up. May they rot.

Christ, it gets worse. What hope did these girls have when it seems everyone who should be prioritizing child safeguarding and is in a position of trust appears to have been in on it? Complete dereliction of duty. It’s like falling into the clutches of a cult! This girl was only 15yrs old, ffs, how old was the man?

”When a child in Bradford “married” her abuser in a traditional Islamic wedding, her social worker attended the ceremony.

The council then arranged for the girl to be fostered by his parents.”

And Would the Tories be any different? All establishment parties have been captured by moral decay. Anyone, voting for any establishment party is sadly fuelling our descent into a very dystopian future.

Is that the courageous Australian Patriot Senator Pauline Hanson, one of Australia’s National Treasures?

Yes, she did indeed! She’s a real Warrior for Truth, and has bravely withstood years of lawfare and persecution for it. Not one of the “elites”, she started out running a Fish & Chip shop, and worked hard to eventually become Leader of Australia’s Patriotic “One Nation” party.

A genuine Australian National Treasure.

Oh, that’s good, too, because it means even more support for Tommy. I’ll try to find his name on the internet. Maybe he is also a member of the One Nation party.

Found it! Ralph Babet– he’s an immigrant to Australia from Mauritius who is in the United Australia Party. Here’s the difference explained:

“One Nation Party and United Australia Party are both right-wing political parties in Australia that advocate for conservative policies. However, they have different approaches to issues such as immigration, economic policy, and social issues.”

“One Nation Party, led by Pauline Hanson, is known for its strong stance on immigration and nationalism, while United Australia Party, led by Clive Palmer, focuses more on economic issues and reducing government intervention in the economy. Despite their differences, both parties have gained support from voters who are disillusioned with the mainstream political parties in Australia.”

Here’s a video of him warning about the Deep State:

You’ll remember the magnificent Mark Steyn, who made regular contributions on this on GBN News before he was forced out. Even then, I was curious as to why even Steyn was piling all the blame on the police. “Why aren’t you going after the politicians?” I shouted at the TV screen.

It was clear then, and nothing’s changed, that Labour was protecting the ethnic block vote in these councils and were scared of the knock-ons nationally. They were right to be scared, as the last election results showed in certain seats.

If we talk about traitorous women betraying other girls/women, Jess Phillips is one example, sure, but it would be remiss of me not to give a special shout out to this horrendous woman. I’ll bet she’s happy for men to compete in women’s sports and sick pervs in dresses to access female single-sex spaces; ”This is Dr Ella Cockbain, an Associate Professor at UCL. In 2013, two years after The Times first reported on grooming in Rotherham, Dr Ella Cockbain published “Grooming and the ‘Asian sex gang predator’”, in which she described Asian grooming gangs as a ‘moral panic’. In this publication Ella stated that ‘the greatest effrontery about grooming is not the abuse of children but the interracial sex itself’. In the same publication she states that the focus on Asian men abusing White girls could mean the needs of ethnic minorities are overlooked. Dr Ella Cockbain has written for the Guardian four times since 2012. Three of these four articles explicitly deny the racialised aspect of grooming gangs.” https://x.com/Jaccusepaper/status/1874516054170542577 Here she is proudly sharing her complaint to Ofcom about the Charlie Peters/GBN documentary about this subject which aired last year. She seems a bit overly concerned about racism… Read more »

“Long overdue” spews The Nigerian Birth Tourist, when the TORIES HAD 14 YEARS TO FIX IT, and did NOTHING. What a nauseating hypocrite she is!

In contrast, here’s another great thing Elon Musk has done:

Elon Musk demands release of UK far-right ringleader Tommy Robinson – Mirror Online

The Tesla owner asked, “Why is Tommy Robinson in a solitary confinement prison for telling the truth? He should be freed and those who covered up this travesty should take his place in that cell.”

It’s excellent that Elon Musk is onboard because that guarantees this scandal gets maximum exposure, along with Starmer and others that need to be held to account, although I believe many have faded into obscurity. It’s certainly blown up all over Twitter. These sexual predators were hanging around outside of care homes to groom these vulnerable young girls. I saw a video of a dad speaking saying he’d turned up at a flat where his daughter was being held with Pakistani paedophiles and the police showed up and arrested him for stalking! Then he went back again and they re-arrested him and warned him off. The clip cut off then so unfortunately I don’t know if he was successful in rescuing his daughter. They’re plied with drink and drugs because it makes them more compliant and docile for when they’re being trafficked around the country as well as when the abuse is happening to them. Getting victims hooked on hard drugs is an age-old strategy for sex-traffickers because they then form a dangerous dependency on their abuser and it increases the likelihood the girls will return when they next need a fix, as does the threats of violence to them… Read more »

”The dad of a Rotherham survivor says it’s “atrocious” that no police have been arrested over the scandal – yet he was held by officers twice. John, not his real name, told The Mirror how he was ‘arrested’ by police for breaching the peace as he tried to rescue his daughter. He said he admits ‘kicking off’ more than a decade ago but explains he was outside a flat where his daughter was being abused by a paedophile gang. John, who has suffered a stroke and a heart attack, was diagnosed with secondary PTSD, which has been blamed on the trauma his family has endured. To add to the stress they have also received death threats and in one incident a fake gravestone was dumped in front of his bungalow with his name on it. Her dad, now 59, was a shop worker when his daughter kept going missing from home and recalled making more than 200 phone calls to the authorities pleading for help. “I was on the phone (to a senior police officer). I was asking why no action had been taken despite our calls,” he said. “We’d made that many reports, we had a phone bill for… Read more »

Sad but true. I have met very few absolutists. Most people who moan about free speech just want speech that they think is correct to be allowed, if it’s not. It used to be the left, now it’s the right.

Proves that they have no concept of free speech. A threat to kill can still be free speech even if it is not very pleasant for the receiver.

Have we ever lived in such an appalling era of politics. Fourteen years of Tories not doing things, with Labour criticising them for the failure, then Labour come to power and instantly refuse to do what they slagged the Tories for, or even worse do things they promised not to do but what they said the Tories would. The Tories then slag Labour for not doing what they didn’t do for fourteen years. We have had decades of the most useless pygmies in Government and opposition.

This wishy washy, limp wristed response by our commie government is deliberate. We as a majority population are being herded ever more tightly into a corner of traitorous disagreement headed towards such frustration we will have no other option but physical protest and rioting…..exactly what KS and his WEF Controllers need to declare Martial Law to be upheld and ENFORCED by the Migrant Army.
Undertaker John O’Looney was given the nod this was the plan two years ago by the then Chief MANDARIN (Sir Humphrey) of the Civil Service. Check his video.

Grooming is just a pejorative with no real meaning. The word ‘abuse’ can be, well, abused. If you want to know the first people to start a conversation on rape gangs, they that was the BNP….But alas, they get no credit on GBN this morning. They were well before even Tommy. It must make them mad.

She shouldn’t be in prison. She should be made to sit in a room while one by one each of those horrifically-abused girls tells her exactly what happened to them.

As Farage said in his NY speech, the fish rots from the Head.

The entire British Establishment is complicit in tacitly permitting the Pakistani rape gangs to operate for decades.

Multi-culturalism; diversity; pandering to the sensitivities of Muslims ….. maintaining the pretence that the UK had been transformed into a successful Multi faith/Multi-culti society was the priority.

White working class girls were just the collateral damage in their “campaign” against working class, nationalistic, native Brits.

I hope the Red Wall switches en masse to Reform ….. and the Establishment is blown away.
