American Liberals Lose Their Minds Over Trump’s Victory Live on Air
The Mail has an initial round-up of prominent figures in the liberal media becoming visibly upset – or angry – as the news sunk in last night that Donald Trump was going to win the US Presidential election. Expect much more of these compilations over the coming days.
Donald Trump’s victory in the US presidential election provoked an anguished reaction from the left liberal news media and Kamala Harris supporters.
MSNBC commentator Joy Reid launched a tirade live on air as Florida turned out overwhelmingly in favour of Trump, slamming voters and describing the state as being under the power of an “extremist, right-wing, fascist-type government”.
“Think about the last two weeks and the things that Donald Trump has said into the TV that people could hear him say and do,” she said, becoming increasingly more irate.
“The vulgarity in front of families with young children and the threats to do mass deportation and a violent start to his dictatorship on day one, you name it.”
Reid told her fellow MSNBC panelists that she couldn’t fathom that Trump was securing support from half the population in spite of his often controversial stances.
“If all of that gets you half of the votes… what does it tell you? We need to really take a step back and think about what does that say about us.”
After Florida was called for Trump early in the evening, Reid said: “It’s a pure Project 2025 in miniature in Florida.
“That extremist sort of right-wing, fascist type government in Florida, does that make it more of an attractive place?”
When Texas was called for the former president, Reid described black voters in Houston as “deeply suppressed” and went on to blame “white women” voters after North Carolina became the first swing state to plump for Trump.
That performance on the MSNBC ‘Election Night’ panel was followed by former White House Communications Director Nicole Wallace insisting Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris were still in a “dead heat” – even as the Republican candidate pulled ahead in the polls and won two swing states in North Carolina and Georgia.
“It was always going to be a blue wall night,” she said, refusing to acknowledge that lynchpin state Pennsylvania, with 19 Electoral College votes, was leaning toward Trump with more than 90% of ballots checked – and ultimately awarded all its votes to the Republican.
Meanwhile, CNN political analyst and former Obama staffer Van Jones looked on the verge of tears while delivering a somber speech as the vote counts stacked up in Trump’s favor.
The 56 year-old has been overcome with emotion live on air on several occasions, and viewers had joked on social media in advance of election night that he was likely to burst into tears regardless of the result.
Jones was clearly fighting against choking up as he condemned the vote and painted a dystopian picture of America under Trump.
CNN presenter Jake Tapper was also on air for much of the election night and on several occasions seemed flabbergasted by voting results.
He performed double takes when looking at polling numbers and stumbled over his words when reporting the voter turnout in favour of Trump in the likes of Georgia, New Carolina and Virginia.
Hours before the race was formally called, trepidation was growing on the channel as the results of several swing states rolled in.
“This is a shellacking for the Democrats tonight,” analyst John King said. “The question is how bad. A shellacking for the Vice President.”
Shortly after, tensions flared among panelists as they performed a post mortem on the loss – again before it had been officially declared.
The reactions were gleefully shared across social media by joyous Trump supporters, who point out that much of America’s mainstream media outlets lean left and claim they often misrepresent, misquote and unfairly target the Republican candidate.
A torrent of memes poked fun at the aforementioned liberal media personalities while others delighted in Trump’s success.

Stop Press: Watch a CNN panelist explain the reason Kamala lost is because of sexism and racism.
Stop Press 2: Watch Scott Jennings, one of the few Republican pundits on CNN, stun his fellow panel members by explaining why Trump won.
Stop Press 3: The British liberal media, as well as assorted Left-wing luvvies, have also been melting down. The Telegraph has compiled some clips here, including footage of Emily Maitlis swearing on Channel 4 News’s election night show.

A nightmare for illegals eh? And that’s a bad thing because …… nope, don’t get it. They’re illegal. They shouldn’t be in the USA so getting them out again seems to be a good thing to me.
As it would be in the UK.
Scott Jennings is brilliant.
Love it. Aren’t they all leaving the US now? Didn’t some threaten to kill themselves (please do, I can supply whatever you need)? The Karens. If nothing else this Trumpian triumph is tantalising just to hear the Libtard heads explode around the world. LOVE IT.
Plandemic 2019
Bono apparently vowed to drive off a cliff. If he hasn’t done it yet, can someone live stream it please
😂
I suspect the marxo-fascist left will draw the same conclusion as all Bolshevik/communist regimes: never again allow the population free elections.
Only allow one candidate, the dear leader, the supreme commander, comrade number one.
Otherwise the stupid people might vote for the wrong candidate!
When multiple candidates are allowed, they must be of exactly the same impeccable credentials. Maximum deviation allowed is the colour of their ties.
They don’t seem to ever notice though, that *that* isn’t democracy… the thing they value the most?!…
am enjoying gloating today very much . also great rfk jr and trump will fix things ! such a great team trump has assembled .
I’m thinking it’s also a great time for Big Pharma profits, what with the increased demand for ‘scripts for anti-depressants, Valium and the like, for the emotionally unstable and mentally deranged. I’ve never understood why anyone would wish to post their psychotic episode on to social media so everyone can laugh at you, but there we are. More confirmation they’re literally off their heads;

It’s sinful to gloat, so I’m trying to stop myself from doing it… but, boy, it’s hard.
Sod it! Gloat away, and I’ll join you

Absolutely delightful to watch these people’s delusions crashing down around their ears. Illustrates perfectly just how entrenched they are in their cult, and how removed from everyday reality they are.
Their ridiculous and destructive ideologies are shared only by fellow cultists and it’s about time they snapped out of their madness.
Hopefully they can be deprogrammed and brought back towards a functiining society in which wokeness and so-called progressivism are given short shrift – as they should be.
The party is over – may common sense and observable fact reign supreme once more.
We can but hope, although I suspect that it will take a fair few episodes of drain-rodding to dislodge them.
Nah, they won’t learn anything.
I just watched a democrat analyst saying that “the messaging” was wrong, i.e. “we said all the right things, we just didn’t package it well enough”.
No, mate, it wasn’t the packaging.
It’s the insufferable self-righteousness that you and your woke friends exhibit; the unshakable belief that you are so good and wonderful, with all the correct ideas and opinions.
The Labour Party do indeed have an awful lot of bridges to try and rebuild, therefore commence Operation Arse-kissing. I mean, what did they think would happen when they inevitably have to meet Trump in person, or were they that confident Harris would be victorious? It’s incredibly unprofessional to resort to personal insults and such rudeness when you’re a member of Parliament. Shame on these reverse-ferreting idiots. I hope Trump deals with them appropriately when the time comes;
”Something tells me Labour is about to be publicly removed. There’s not one day that goes by that Starmer and the Labour Party ain’t getting exposed. Doesn’t matter who by, it’s all by design.
A source from the Trump campaign told the Mail on Sunday a couple of weeks ago “Do not underestimate the damage Starmer has done to relations with the US – the Trump team are ready and waiting to unleash all-out war on him, because he is perceived as anti-American and a whingeing, liberal bore”.
Now Starmer is arse licking and the UK swamp is in total panic because of Trumps huge election win. ”

This is Donald Jr, and sounds like he’s no fan of Labour;

I wonder if when he says they had dinner with Trump they mean a bunch of them had dinner and Trump effectively snubbed these back-stabbing haters. Hope so;
”UK PM @Keir_Starmer
is suddenly Donald Trump’s best friend and “greatest ally.”
All after Starmer threatened to lock up Elon Musk and bankrupt his company X.
The UK, along with much of the EU elite, had their knives out, waiting for Kamala to win the presidency.”

Just one of many of Lammy’s massive clangers. There’s such a thing as keeping your personal feelings to yourself, as the internet keeps receipts for all time. I don’t know how Trump is with holding grudges;
”This is what David Lammy, now UK Foreign Secretary, once said of Trump:”
https://x.com/tygerina/status/1854180844539203676
I’d imagine he bears a grudge! Or at best, uses it to some commercial or political advantage…
Obviously a career in the Diplomatic Corps awaits Lammy if he ever tires of politics. Well, that and being a comedian but he wouldn’t like the heckling
Smiles don’t flow easily these days.
I’m lovin’ it.
😀😀🙂🙂🙂😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
I haven’t laughed so much for ages and I’m still laughing now Hux
What a great day for democracy! A clear majority voted to push these deranged, righteous people into touch.
Will be enjoyable to see them bleat in public a bit longer for our entertainment…
Sopel was ‘thinking’ out loud on Twitter earlier. You’d imagine they’d want to keep their humiliation to themselves but, no, let’s have it in public. More, more, I say. It’s just so funny
I’ve pondered the Republican and Democratic election methods. I’ll suggest (using a very broad brush) that Democrats are much more concerned about reputation than Republicans. This has a positive side in that the Dems are more likely to be concerned about equality, racism, and ‘fairness’ and their virtue – but the downside is that all the attacks on the personality of Donald Trump and the ‘deplorables’ do not manage a palpable hit (which puzzles the Dems).
The Republicans, and especially Donald Trump, are far more motivated by policies and actions and were given no reason to expect any from Kamala Harris.
You can only run on ‘not being the other lot’ if you are not in power – Cackles has been VP for 4 years.
Cackles – love it!
Looks like the NHS winter crisis is under way as wave upon wave of TDS strikes down the metropolitan leftie elites! How will the NHS cope? Can they produce a jab in time? How can the mental elf service possibly keep up? I expect that “to$$er” Rory Stewart is in a coma by now whereas nobody can be sure if David Lamentable even realises anything has changed.
Such fun
”It’s beginning to feel a bit like Brexit”
”However, Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey said it was a “dark, dark day for people around the globe” as he called Mr Trump a “dangerous destructive demagogue”.
Whatever the politics, it was worth getting a Trump win just to see the crazed reactions of so many of these people who think they know what is best for us. Trump is a mixed bag to say the least But I think he was the only one who could pull this off however, coming in on his coat tails are some strong people who might just be able to carry this forward.
I would have voted for Trump because my enemy’s enemy is my friend – and he will stand up to the psychopaths in Davos who have been the biggest threat to our freedom for some time now. Some of his pronouncements about women – pussies and all that – are pretty vile but one has to keep one’s eye on the real issue not on some macho nonsense
People in the USA would be well-advised to be extremey wary of political and other public figures who describe the outcome of a democratic election as extremist, right-wing, fascist-type as this strongly implies that the choice the electorate made cannot be accepted for reasons which transcend the democratic process and people who aren’t willing to accept the outcomes of democratic processes are enemies of democracy. They might not yet be strong enough to subvert it outright, but they will certainly work towards this aim.
NB: There’s principally nothing wrong with enemies of democracy standing in democratic elections. But they ought to oppose it openly instead of claiming that they’re trying to save it by abolishing it.
The mental gymnastics of these people are astonishing – gold medal winners every one
UnDemocrats in the USA are very sad and sick people. They put their dislike of Trump in front of their likes and loves of their families and country.
Make no mistake, God sent President Trump 🇺🇲. The WEF needs bombing by the USAF
Oh my aching sides! I laughed so much yesterday. You have to admire the mental gymnastics of these people who are SO deluded, irony completely off the scale and totally lost on them. Apparently, they are not the authoritarians, it’s us, not them. The projections were astonishing but at the same time to be expected. Yesterday was a great day and one that I’ll remember for a long time.
I had a conversation about this in a pub yesterday. It ran roughly like this “OMG!! Trump has won the election!!! And the Republicans control both houses now!!!! No one can stop him from making himself DICATOR FOR LIFE!!!!! Waaaaaaah!!!!!!”
I tried a harmless “Well, I don’t think his supporters would be willing to let that happen.” to counter this obvious nonsense but (obviously) in vain before I broke this off as completely useless. It’s not making me laugh, though, because, while the events themselves are so absurd that one can’t help regarding them as somewhat comical, the people themselves are deadly serious horror clowns.
I agree. I got put in the last chance saloon by some of the deranged ones in my pub quiz team a couple of weeks ago. Happily, I decided to move on to more conducive company and, without a hint of irony, the previous team has now named itself Clueless!!! They aren’t much good at quizzing but they are spot on with the team name. I can’t find the laughing emojis, but imagine at least a dozen of the crying with laughter ones please
My sin was to say the Western world needed Trump to win and they were so horrified that one of them actually uninvited me to his birthday party as ‘it’s such an important occasion, I cannot risk disharmony.’ Such pomposity and of course everyone there must be of the same opinion. These people don’t live in the real world – some of them are social workers who shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near ‘vulnerable’ people – the thought makes me shudder. Someone once said that social workers have such f*cked up lives that they seek out people with even more f*cked up lives and try to manage them but end up f*cking them up even more. Never a truer word spoken imho
Will the WHO Pandemic Treaty now be dead in the water? Is the election of Trump their worst nightmare?
Oh I do hope so. Please God, make it be so
It’s the same reaction as the Brexit referendum. Those in power and the media think they know how we’ll vote and can’t understand why us ordinary non ivory tower living mortals see things without rose tinted specs on. The West is crumbling and we’re trying to save it….Sorry I can’t explain the Labour vote at our GE, a government of liars, one and all.
Well they only got 20% of the popular vote but the right was split – all the fault of the TINOS/Uniparty – and the turnout was quite low, Labour MPs, even Starmer, got fewer votes than at the previous election but the vagaries of the system gave them a huge majority. Democracy? I think not. The system needs changing and not by giving votes to 16 year olds although this may backfire on Labour who think that the young are idealistic and will vote for a socialist government. Some opinion polls (yeah, I know) show that the young aren’t quite that stupid and they’ve seen how the Uniparty couldn’t care less about them during the plandemic – and Labour wanted sooner, harder, longer – so they aren’t quite as enamoured of them as my generation might have been. OK, I confess, I voted Labour the first time I ever voted, around about the Wilson, Callaghan era but I quickly realised my mistake and never voted for them again. One dose of socialism is all it takes for intelligent people to realise that the politics of envy don’t get you anywhere except impoverished and with the talent that is able to… Read more »
As I remember it, the IMF recalling Dennis ‘Pipsqueak’ Healey as he was about to leave the country was a particularly enlightening moment
What an absolute joy to watch these smug, sneering, humorless morons having a collective breakdown, they won’t get over it for years!
