““Britons urged to eat less meat to hit latest Net Zero target”

I do think that as the grim reality of these net-zero policies starts to hit everyday life there will be a backlash. I am rather afraid that the legal over-reaction to the recent riots was a practice run for how TPTB intend to deal with any objections to mad eco-policies.

When people find that the electric car policy has left them standing at a bus stop in the rain gagging on an eco bug sandwich which they had to buy on the way to work because the electric was off again and they could not make any breakfast at home. When their social life reverts to the local eco knitting group where they make ever thicker jumpers because nobody can manage to heat their homes anymore. By this stage many people will not be happy, but do not complain as by that time it will probably be a life sentence for anyone daring to question the net-zero religious doctrine.

”Nobody expected the net-zero inquisition!”

I’m afraid I don’t share your optimism.

The most likely thing to happen is that everyone will whinge for a bit and then say:”Yeah, it’s all a bit rubbish, isn’t it? Still, mustn’t complain…”, and carry on.

If a backlash was likely to manifest, it would surely have done so by now?

There was a time when social services would be round your house quick sharp if this is your idea of parenting, but nowadays I’m sure most people don’t bat an eyelid. This is just horrendous;

”Wow this is child abuse!

She’s a freak and she’s gonna turn that kid into a freak too.”

For balance, before the usual suspects wade in, this young lady is the polar opposite of the above freak and clearly has her head switched on;

”I love it when young people fight back against the nonsense

“You see one Palestin!an protest and you think you know everything, EDUCATE YOURSELF before you actually go out protesting calling everyone rac!st or fasc!st

WE’RE NOT FAR RIGHT. WE’RE JUST RIGHT”

Tommy Robinson supporters chant ‘We want Tommy out!’ as their figurehead is
held in a police cell – while police clash with protesters on both sides
and violent demonstrators are arrested

The Mail’s reporting on this was entirely formulaic and inaccurate, and apparently written in advance to conform to an approved narrative… at least one of the “violence” photographs was quietly captioned as taken in July.

The police chief told the organisers after the 150K+ rally that there had been no arrests, though there were rumours of two (probably on the side of the masked mini-protest, which I noted were always shown in close-up or low viewpoint in the Mail to hide the low numbers).

They did not report anything about what was done on-stage (which began with a Christian singer and ended with a blessing and John’s gospels being handed out!), and of course used the “far right” trope indiscriminately and without evidence, as well as the mandatory “real name Champion of the Downtrodden Stephen Yaxley-Lennon,” which seems to be a post-hypnotic trigger phrase, or something.

And of course the story largely lost down the memory hole by this morning.

Yes the only trouble caused was from the counter-protesting side, the true fascists. I shared a couple of links under the Hilary Clinton article yesterday.
I’m a firm believer that in a civilised society face coverings should be banned. Unless you’re out “trick or treating” and are a young child. That includes this Muslim nonsense. The only problem there is that it would make the police and authorities look like massive hypocrites as they were going round forcing people to wear masks and those ridiculous visors not so long ago, then there’s the fact they’re terrified of being accused of “Islamophobia”, so we know this is never ever going to happen in reality.
But wearing face coverings of all types in a public space should be outlawed, no question.
This is something else which is abnormal but has slowly been normalised over time when people weren’t paying attention. The freaks in society are gaining ground and emboldened by their growing acceptance into the mainstream. The contrast in society is plain as day when you look back at footage of our communities just from 10 or 15 years ago, let alone as far back as the ’70s and ’80s.

Who are the fascists again? And what is the rationale for hiding your face anyway?

”Today, I was pushed, I was barged, I was verbally abused had trans flags pushed in to my face, is that acceptable?

Is it ok to mask & balaclava up like this ?”

https://x.com/EssexPR/status/1850234190295363983

Nice advert here for who these aggressive dirtbag socialists really are though;

”Leftist mob attacks “alt-right fascist Nazi”.

Freedom of speech is dead in the UK.

Two-tiered policing is a reality.

Why are the “tough” guys always covering their faces?

If you can’t use words to get your point across, you shouldn’t open your mouth.

Also, what do they call ACTUAL Nazis anymore???”

https://off-guardian.org/2024/10/25/what-do-they-have-planned-for-our-water/

Kit Knightly at Off-G asking some questions about our water industry. Why haven’t we built any reservoirs in over thirty years despite massive population increases? Obviously because water is to become another means of control. Smart meters and more money for the useless ‘elites.’

Ain’t life grand?

That is a very good and important point about water supplies being used as “another means of control”. One strange thing reported on the Heroic Jewish Henry Makow’s website years ago was about the new “Promised Land” called “Andinia” in Patagonia being specifically chosen for its vast underground aquifers of pure freshwater, some of the largest in the world.

When the House of Commons restaurants go fully veggie I might think about eating less meat.

On second thoughts the Climate Change Commitee can do one. We are on shoulder of lamb this evening.

We eat meat six or seven days a week. On the other two we eat fish for a bit of balance 😋

Tommy Robinson supporters chant ‘We want Tommy out!’ as their figurehead is held in a police cell – while police clash with protesters on both sides and violent demonstrators are arrested

Internet comments say that Peter Lynch hanged himself. Some question whether he was driven to suicide after being terrorized and sexually assaulted by Muslim inmates, or whether a group of them hanged him and made it look like suicide. Will we ever be allowed to know the truth?

“But did he really hang himself? He was hanged to death, but it could have been him or someone else. Why assume it was suicide? Because if some other inmate or inmates had killed him then the public outrage would have been far greater and the powers that put him there would have an uncomfortable time. No matter, the corrupt judge that put him there under guidance from No.10, has no remorse. He is a psychopath, just like the rest.”
