Hillary Clinton Says Trump’s Madison Square Garden Event is a “Nazi Rally”

Hillary Clinton has accused Donald Trump of re-enacting a Nazi rally by holding an event in Madison Square Garden this weekend. The Telegraph has more.

As well as being the site of the NBA finals and four Democratic National Conventions, the arena was once used to host a pro-Nazi rally six months before the outbreak of World War II.

“One other thing that you’ll see next week… is Trump actually re-enacting the Madison Square Garden rally in 1939. I write about this in my book,” Ms. Clinton told CNN on Thursday evening.

The former Secretary of State criticised Trump for his choice of location, telling viewers: “I don’t think we can ignore it.”

“President Franklin Roosevelt was appalled that neo-Nazis, fascists in America were lining up to essentially pledge their support for the kind of government that they were seeing in Germany. So I don’t think we can ignore it,” she said.

“Now, it may be a leap for some people and a lot of others may think, ‘I don’t want to go there. I don’t want to say that’. But please open your eyes to the danger that this man poses to our country, because I think it is clear and present for anybody paying attention.”

Asked if she agreed with former White House chief of staff John Kelly’s classification of Trump as a “fascist”, Ms. Clinton said: “The term fits.”

Worth reading in full.

With Kamala Harris saying this week that she believes that Donald Trump “is a fascist”, this seems to be the Dems’ final-hour strategy to smear Trump: liken him to Hitler. Desperate stuff.

Stop Press: The Washington Post has refused to endorse Kamala Harris, the first time in 36 years that the paper has not endorsed a Presidential candidate, according to Breitbart, and hot on the heels of a non-endorsement from the L.A. Times, her hometown paper. Ouch.

It’s called ‘projection’ – ascribing to your opponent your own faults in order to denigrate them.

Yes, and believed by 1/2 the USA and more than 1/2 in many other countries.

Yep, indeed. Like when the misogynists on here accuse me of being a “misandrist” without providing a shred of supporting evidence. Some people project like it’s their job.😏 But are they really that lacking in self-awareness?🤔
The fascists calling everyone who opposes them “fascists” is just tedious now. They all do it.

Perhaps more, and worse than projection. They’re not trying to convince ordinary citizens, but instead purposefully prodding their own supporters into a state of paranoid hysteria where they’ll be more likely to accept a brutal crackdown on dissent. Legislation has recently been passed (DoD Directive 5240.01), broadening the scope for military involvement in civil policing and passing the power to direct this to the less accountable defence secretary.

There’s also a group intent on getting the first (?) amendment (the one about free speech) to be removed from the US constitution as it’s no longer fit for the modern age.

Also I think that the real powers at the Whitehouse are worried she won’t be manipulated quite as effortlessly as Biden was, she can be catty and bloody minded and they don’t like that idea not even the Washington Post

I wonder if she worries that a Trump administration would this time investigate her and her husband properly, especially with Republican control of the House.

She’s just not that important; Trump will have too many more important things to deal with. And maybe that’s what rankles with her.

Just ask Hilary Clinton, or Nancy Pelosi, what a ‘fascist’ looks like. It’s not enough to point at someone and say he (or she) is a fascist without providing some evidence. After all Trump has already been President for a term – what did he do that was fascist?

And then, of course, you have to apply the same judgement to your own candidate. But they won’t.

Addy Hilter was closer to being far left than far right. He was a socialist dictator, like many other notable dictators since, especially Eastern bloc ones.
And I believe he was already the leader at the time of the Nuremburg rallies which celebrated the claimed successes of the Nazi party, rather like the grandstanding that Biden has engaged in on occasions.

Addy Hilter was closer to being far left than far right.

Hitler came to power because Franz v. Papen convinced president v. Hindenburg to dismiss Kurt v. Schleicher and appoint Hitler as chancellor of a DNVP – NSDAP coalition government. Despite you’re just like Hillary in believing that making up some excuse for calling your opponents Nazi is really the sole political argument one could ever need, this still made him the head of a far right cabinet, the DNVP qualifying as far right because it principally wanted to get rid of the Weimar Republic to restablish monarchy in Germany.

BTW, are we supposed to believe that Donallary Trimpton is somehow different from Hillad Clint¹, considering that they’re both justs leader of “Nazi! Nazi! Nazi!” shouting mobs besides the fact that they cannot both become president and thus, there’s a certain rivalvry between them?

¹ Or Kamald Harrid or Joenald Bid or whatever it’s presently called.

No person named Addy Hitler ever existed outside of the fantasy universe of people who think that monosyllable + y sound must really be enough to express everything and the real world person this fantasy figure is presumably based was once a member of the political right in Germany. Which means he was an enemy of the republic and sought to replace it with an authoritarian system supposed to be governed by ‘born’ leaders. In classical terms, this was more a tyrannis than a monarchy but both a variants of single ruler governments.

She voted for the war in Iraq, for removing Assad in Syria, she supported NATO bombing Yugoslavia and the ousting of Gaddafi in Libya. She wants USA to maintain its influence in the Middle East. A typical US war-mongering politician, indifferent to the loss of millions of lives all over the world.

she has learned nothing from her own failure due to her arrogance and hubris.
Once again, she has called a high percentage of Americans who vote Republican or for Trump not a basket of deplorables this time but instead Nazi’s.
This from a woman who with her husband has suspiciously accumulated multimillions in wealth since leaving office, whose husband was a regular associate of Jeffrey epstein, and who couldn’t keep it in his trousers when in office. This woman is no one to preach virtue to anyone.

I think Hillary has learned a lot. Hillary does nothing by accident. While I do not understand her motive for saying what she says now and in the past, she knows exactly what she is doing and it’s probably for her own benefit (as she sees it). Dangerous. Wicked. Evil.

Think where we’d be if she had won the 2016 election, which she still does not accept as a loss.

Anyone who bothers to listen to Trump and what he has to say can see very clearly that he isn’t a fascist. In fact he seems like quite the opposite, someone interested in giving people their freedom.

So Clinton just comes across as a vicious, desperate, probably slightly mentally deranged person who is prepared to say anything and do anything to try to get her way.

He has what some people might view as a vulgar turn of phrase, and a propensity to bluntness. But I think he’s pretty liberal and moderate. I can’t think of anything he has done that anyone could honestly say was extreme. “Fascists” and “Nazis” are ideologues – nobody could honestly accuse Trump of that.

“President Franklin Roosevelt was appalled that neo-Nazis, fascists in America…”

Would this be the same Franklin Roosevelt who openly admired Mussolini and adopted the economic policies detailed in his Fascist Manifesto for his New Deal which gave the State unprecedented power and control over the US economy, prolonged the Great Depression, caused people to starve, immiserated and impoverished millions?

What we are seeing in the Democratic campaign is the last dance of the desperate.

The bien-pensants of the Lefty-Lunocracy have been bad-mouthing Trump for eight years, most people just aren’t taking any notice anymore except those afflicted with Trump Derangement Syndrome who already froth at the mouth with the mere sight or sound of his name who will work themselves up into a frenzy.

The plot to seize the White House was a plot to overthrow Roosevelt. JP Morgan and various big players it the time were in on it. They tried to use Smedley Butler the var veteran who the army would listen to, but Butler had none of it and exposed them. Though the main players never go held to account.

It is noteworthy that the only people causing any trouble today in London were the hostile socialist nutters. And if you watch any amount of footage you’ll see ( surprise surprise ) that not one person in the patriot’s crowd has a mask, but guess who’s wearing all the ‘facial symbols of mental derangement’?
