I’m a lifelong atheist, and somebody not given to expressions of offence, but last night’s mockery of the Last Supper can only have been calculated to cause maximum offence to a large section of my fellow human beings. Many people must have had to sign off on that, a show of strength from those seeking to destroy Western culture and morality.

Last supper? I’ve obviously missed something, could you give some context please?

Thanks, I just looked it up. Jeez, it doesn’t get any better does it? I’m certainly not religious in the traditional sense, but I do believe we are now dealing with something that’s other-worldly evil.

On July 25, the head of Russia’s State Duma Committee on Information Policy, Alexander Khinshtein, announced in his Telegram channel that: YouTube will slow down even more this week and next week This slowdown will only affect users “on desktop computers” for now. YouTube’s “degradation” is the work of Russian authorities The authorities are thus trying to force the “administration of a foreign resource” to obey Russian laws “…the future fate of YouTube in Russia depends solely on itself. If the resource administration does not change its policy and does not begin to comply with our laws, nothing good awaits it here.” The next day Khinshtein himself published a new post with an “explanation” of his words, but in fact — a refusal of his previous position. This is a war between two Soviet style states. ‘….today two totalitarian systems are fighting: a small totalitarian system and a large totalitarian system. Only the small totalitarian system has elements of chaos, Zaporizhzhya daring, mixed with Makhnovshchina – unpredictable, chaotic. And the other is vertical, stupid, tough, bureaucratic, reminiscent of the Soviet Union, but on a different level…..’ The future for a totalitarian fascist Russia during a ‘frozen conflict’: ‘Creative, active… Read more »

https://rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/commentary/west-and-rest-where-did-it-all-go-wrong What could possibly go wrong? ‘The West’ in broad terms not dissimilar to the Europe of 1871, hopelessly divided, Austria Hungary cowed, Germanic states coalescing towards a political renewal beginning in the East, France in pieces, Britain weak, overextended, America simply not interested. ‘….politicians wrote cheques that the generals couldn’t cash and democracy proved to be an acquired taste.’ ‘The withdrawal from Kabul and the fall of Lehman Brothers are examples few would try to emulate and perhaps goes some way to explain the ‘democratic recession’ that has followed.’ The ‘pandemic’ response is used to suggest that: ‘The procedural apparatus of democracy still has the attraction of degrees of universal suffrage, but, in terms of delivering outcomes, other systems are increasingly attractive.’   ‘The Economist noted in late 2021 that US reported deaths from Covid stood at 780,00 against China’s at 5,697, from a much larger population. It went on to mix epidemiology with political philosophy by observing ‘what kind of democracy would sacrifice millions of lives for some individuals’ freedom not to wear masks?’ ‘Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist Party has broken the democratic world’s monopoly on economic progress. Larry Summers, of Harvard University, observes that when the US was… Read more »

Is anyone going to Tommy’s rally today at 1200? It’d be great to get some firsthand accounts of people’s experiences. Here’s June Slater; https://x.com/juneslater17/status/1816852629701472296 And here’s how the media are portraying it. Shall we see how many riot police and horses they can bring this time? They’ll not be targeting the Leftard counter-protesters or the Alphabet people, I don’t think; ”Stand Up To Racism organisers said: “We are stressing the need to come together and build once again the kind of broad united movement that can drive back the threat as we have done before.” Samuel Sweek, of the Peace & Justice Project, said: “The rise of the far-right and fascist politics in Britain and across Europe is a cause of great concern for us all. “The political establishment has allowed breathing space for hate and division in our communities, we must stand with those targeted by the likes of Tommy Robinson and his thugs. “We refuse to cede any ground to bigotry, racism, Islamophobia, homophobia, transphobia or any other form of hate they attempt to bring to our streets. “When the politicians fail, it is the people who must fight back. “That is why we will be marching on… Read more »

As one YouTuber has prophesied, the left counter-demonstrators will, as usual, kick off violence, which will be reported as far-right violence (especially if they get a pic of some in a union jack retaliating). It happened in the 1960s, and it happened in the 1930s, so why change the playbook now the press and judiciary are favourable to the left?

It is good to see that the French have a sense of humour in charging nearly 3000 Euros for a prime seat at the opening ceremony (bring your own brolly).

The Olympic opening ceremony was totally in Seine.

  • Who’s right for the Right?” – Isabel Oakeshott handicaps the runners and riders in the Conservative leadership election on her Substack.

Oakeshott surely knows the Tories are not “Right”.

I’m not sure if lots of commentators are genuinely deluded or on a mass gaslighting campaign. I think mostly the former, with a sprinkling of the latter. I listened to Nick Dixon’s interview with David Frost the other day and had to draw the conclusion that Frost seemed like a decent guy but was completely detached from the traditional Conservative voting base. He clearly just couldn’t get his head around the simple fact that the Conservative party sank because they stuck a middle finger up to the people that put them in power and merrily proceeded to enforce the most left-wing government the people had ever seen. He was saying things along the lines of “we’re not sure what position Tory voters want us to hold” – the centre right you bloody idiot. And that’s one of the more right-field of the Con-servatives! I absolutely despair at anyone who still thinks that party is in any way Conservative. As far as I’m concerned, they’re dead in the water. I’d have to be a complete moron – like off my head tripping – to ever even consider trusting those far-left traitors again.

I’m equally baffled, and yes Frost is one of the better ones.

Six bloody million people voted for them in spite of everything – WHY? Dislike Farage? Think Reform are too vulgar? Just asleep? Or actually like fake conservatism? It was obvious Reform had momentum and were a real alternative. Opportunity missed.

Agree. Mostly. As far as I’m concerned the entire system is f*cked and we won’t fix it by sticking an X on a bit of paper once every five years. Like some other things though, I’ve done that to the death!

Why would Russia attack French railway lines, or want to disrupt the Olympics? Seems preposterous to me.

‘Fire broke out overnight at three locations in the northern Hamburg region, affecting shafts holding railway cables.

An anonymous letter published on the far-left website Indymedia claimed responsibility for the incident, describing it as an act of “sabotage.” The letter said it was a protest against “neo-colonial exploitation and earth destroying extraction of raw materials.”

Wow! Now that was the very last thing I would have guessed for the Paris Olympics attack.

What I can’t understand is how they knew exactly where the cables were, how to take them out without frying themselves, and which ones would cause the maximum disruption, as one French railway engineer said.

Far-Left suspected of Olympic sabotage The far left has form in this regard ‘An anonymous letter published on the far-left website Indymedia claimed responsibility for the incident, describing it as an act of “sabotage.” The letter said it was a protest against “neo-colonial exploitation and earth destroying extraction of raw materials.” https://www.dw.com/en/germany-police-probe-political-motive-in-suspected-railway-vandalism/a-66762561 09 08 2023 The idea that there is a Russian connection sounds far fetched. But it never used to be: ‘….in the years that Putin served in East Germany, Dresden became a meeting place for the Red Army Faction……..Far from taking the backseat role often ascribed to him during his Dresden years, Putin would be among the leaders in these meetings, the former Red Army member claimed, with one of the Stasi generals taking orders from him. As the Red Army Faction sowed chaos across West Germany in a series of vicious bomb attacks, their activities became a key part of KGB attempts to disrupt and destabilize the West.’ ‘“We were no more than useful idiots for the Soviet Union,” (the former Red Army Faction member) said with a wry grin. “This is where it all began. They were using us to disrupt, destabilize and sow chaos in… Read more »

Lord Ashcroft charts the rise of Kemi Badenoch in new biography

The fact that a peer with such a fascinating life himself would devote his energies to writing a biography of an utter mediocrity like Nigerian Olukemi Olufunto Adenoke shows that the Globalists have been lining her up as their chosen Manchurian Candidate for years. Part of their plan to put Ethnic African females in power as leaders of both the US and UK, for starters.
