Judges Told to Avoid Saying ‘Asylum Seekers’ and ‘Immigrants’

New guidance issued by H.M. Courts and Tribunal Service has stipulated the politically correct terms that members of the bench must use when communicating with witnesses, defendants and lawyers in courts and tribunals. The Telegraph has more.

Judges in England and Wales have been advised to avoid terms such as “asylum seekers”, “immigrant”, “gays” and “lame” in new guidance on “politically incorrect” language.

A new edition of the Equal Treatment Bench Book sets out in 350 pages how judges should communicate with witnesses, defendants and lawyers in courts and tribunals in England and Wales.

It advises that “person seeking asylum” is now preferred to “asylum seekers” as it is more humanising and warns that terms such as “immigrant”, “people seeking asylum” and “refugee” should only be used where such terms are factually correct in connection with the particular individual.

“Even then, ‘immigrant’ should be used with caution, as it can sound exclusionary, especially for a person who has lived in the UK for a long time or who has gained British nationality,” it says.

“The words ‘immigrant’ or ‘second generation immigrant’ should never be used to describe a black, Asian or ethnic minority person who was born in the UK.”

For sexual orientation, terms such as “gays/a gay” and “homosexuals/a homosexual” are ruled unacceptable. Homosexual, for example, echoes discriminatory attitudes and practices in the past, says the guidance. “Dyke or queer may be used by gay people themselves but should not be used by judges.”

For trans witnesses or defendants, judges are advised to accept their chosen sex irrespective of whether they have physically changed gender.

“It should be possible to work on the basis of a person’s chosen gender identity and their preferred name/pronouns, ‘he/she or they’, for most court and tribunal purposes, regardless of whether they have obtained legal recognition of their sex/gender by way of a gender recognition certificate,” it says.

Why? Why should judges – or anyone, for that matter – be obliged to refer to a man as a woman when plainly he is not? Why should anyone be obliged to go along with clear nonsense? What purpose do these kind of instructions serve, apart from the furthering of social disintegration?

What purpose do these kind of instructions serve, apart from the furthering of social disintegration?”

Which is exactly what all this is about.

As I have pointed out frequently when the “eltes” refer to “build back better” it necessarily presupposes that the original has been wiped out. All about destroying our culture, heritage, history, way of life. Absolutely blatant now.

I refuse to have the way I speak authorised elsewhere. Given that I am naturally civil with people in a typically British way there is absolutely no need for my speech to be regulated so I will take no notice.

What purpose do these kind of instructions serve, apart from the furthering of social disintegration?” – Indeed, this is the point.

This marvellous video from Ivor Cummins was posted recently (maybe even by your goodself, Huxleypiggles) and it bears being reposted here.

Although the specific topic of this video is Mass Immigration, it discusses this in the context of the overall scheme for destroying Western civilisation.

I commend the overview picture to the House! Please propagate it far and wide.

I used it last night to explain to my Normie Sister-in-Law how all of the weird and disturbing things that even she has now noticed are not random or accidental. They are part of a deliberate plan. More work to be done here …. but there was a glimmer of understanding in eyes that are usually glazed.

I completely understand why a lot of people might think the Tories got the result they deserved at the election. However if these people thought things couldn’t get even worse under a Labour government the last 3 stories, unfortunately, seem to prove them wrong.

Obviously it should be factually correct but the rest is nonsense and an attempt at mind control whilst pretending to fight mind control. It also rests on the implicit assumption that the national consciousness has become so degraded that it relies on connotation rather than denotation. The word ‘alien’ has an interesting history. It used to mean someone from another country, a non-citizen. And then gradually it became more and more to do with little green men so that its original usage has faded to nothing. These guidelines are the product of inferior minds.

It’s like a contest among European countries that are currently undergoing the slow but steady process of Islamification for who can appease and capitulate the most. I’d say Germany’s usually in the lead but France ( basically Paris ) is experiencing a significant crime wave due to the resident lunatics being triggered by the Olympics. Germany first; ”City council orders REMOVAL of German flag from water park over fears it will UPSET MIGRANTS. The flag at the Wartbergfreibad in Pforzheim was hauled down to avoid provoking Germany’s new citizens. “We would provoke the many bathers with a migration background with the flag,” a park employee told German news outlet Junge Freiheit who confirmed the venue had received an official removal order from the city.” https://x.com/RMXnews/status/1816469174224388271 As migrants ( Muslims ) and Leftards seem to have formed an alliance this from today could be either; ”France’s high-speed rail network was on its knees on Friday morning after being hit by a series of fires in what Prime Minister Gabriel Attal described as “acts of sabotage” on the day of the Paris Olympic Games opening ceremony. Yep, I think France is definitely in the lead when it comes to the ‘Diversity is Our Strength’ Olympics. This poor guy. How gutted would you be?

”Former iconic Brazilian footballer Zico has been robbed after arriving in Paris following an invite from his country’s Olympic delegation.

At his hotel in the 19th arrondissement of the city, Zico placed a briefcase in the back of a taxi. The driver was then reportedly distracted by one thief as another stole the briefcase and took off with the goods.

French media reported the contents had an estimated worth of €500,000 including a Rolex, diamonds, and banknotes.”

A fake can still get you attacked. I have two Rolex homage watches make by Bulova & Orient, a copy of the well known Rolex Date-Just. With the Bulova Super Seville, only the badge is different. Remember chatting to a French tourist in Africa who got attacked because they thought his watch looked expensive.

If Germany offends these migrants, they can always leave. A country that can’t fly its flag is a country that has lost its values and self-respect.

They are happy to create words that make no etymological sense. For example the confusion that arises when combining the Latin and Greek. Homophobic – fear of the same. It isn’t like Ecce Homo behold the man. And even if it was it still wouldn’t make sense. These prats sit on their high horse and they just make themselves look like imbeciles.

|If yu are getting an influx of 600,000 every year and that is just an acknowledged and adjusted figure, adjusted for those who leave. If you do not fight against this then ssentially you have nullified the act of having children. This is our country. I don’t care if there are 5 million of us or five thousand. I would fight to keep it our country. Our overlords want the opposite. A very quick acquiesence into the sense that we don’t count anymore and we are happy to lick the scraps off our master’s plate. We need to make the truth abundantly. clear.

All I can say is if you have children and you have relatives abroad then get your children out. Get yourself out if you have the wherewithal. If you are condemned to stay here then God help you just develop a very wry sense of humour. For me when I look at it it is like looking at a human situation where the participants are so stunted and deranged that they aren’t human anymore. At that pont it is time to say sayonara baby.

My daughter and family live in Australia, she hates what the Labour Government are doing in her State, and I’m afraid to say that since Australia is basically a country of migrants, originally from the UK and the west, obviously I really mean white people, and have contributed hugely to its wealth and lifestyle, they are also struggling to deal with ‘new’ migrants, Islamists from many countries, including Somalia, Iran, Afghanistan.
Will they allow myself and my husband to emigrate and be there with our family? Nope, not without a huge $ bond and a demonstration that we can financially support ourselves! Come from Somalia? Come on in, what can we do for you? Canada is out, USA is heading the same way as Europe…Kalergi Plan is here in it‘s full glory!

I understamd the attraction of cheap labour obviouuly, even if it means opening the doors to may countries just sending over the rapists and murderers. Of course it makes short term economic sense, I would just ask the British people – I know you love cheap labour but surely there are limits? You have created a situation for yourself that is impossible to exit. Just to make a cheap buck. If you are very rich then you can just move hither and yon but in terms of the fiture of Britain you have destroyed it completely. It belongs to the immigrants and it belings to Islam.

You open you country up to the cheapest labour imaginable and a hundred countries throw their convicts at you. You will have to deal with that in the next few years, I am talking about real predators, Is it really worth it for minimum wage or below? It really isn’t. I have lived all over and I can tell you honestly that if you behave in a naive fashion then they will have your guts for garters on every level. But you haven;t got the energy to fight back have you. You have well and truly screwed up your own country for years to come. I would say that there is no way back.

Off-T From Dr Naomi Wolf’s Telegram channel. “Landmark Court Ruling Opens Door for LAWSUITS Against COVID “Vaccine” Manufacturers The COVID “vaccines” aren’t vaccines after all, according to a ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.          Dr. David Martin says that this paves the way for sweeping lawsuits because the manufacturers “willfully misled the public.” “The manufacturers willfully misled the public by calling them [COVID shots] a vaccine.” This is a violation of the Federal Trade Commission acts in the U.S. and the Deceptive Medical Practices Act internationally, he emphasized. But the implications go even further. According to Dr. Martin, the decision also cracks the liability shields that have protected various entities involved in mandating and administrating the mRNA injections. “What this also does is [it] starts to give us the cracks that we need to pierce the liability shields against vaccine manufacturers and against the individuals, employers, pharmacists, doctors, nurses, hospitals that actually injected people for the first time. We actually now have the ability to say that the 9th Circuit has held that Jacobson was misapplied, that this did not stop infection, did not stop transmission, and as such, the public was willfully misled, which is a… Read more »

This is the “control the language, control the argument” tactics. ————-How can there be any illegal immigrants if you won’t name them? This is the linguistic equivalent of “Now you see it now you don’t”. ———This is the same tactics used by the likes of BBC when they don’t lie about something they don’t want you to know about, they simply omit it from their News Programs.
