Such a disgraceful sign of the times and what amounts to blatant appeasement of Muslims and traitorous antisemite Leftards; ”The decision to cancel a football match between Belgium and Israel in Brussels for “security reasons” has been met with indignation by politicians across Belgium. The reasoning behind the cancellation highlights how the left-wing elite has succumbed to the pressure of pro-Palestinian protesters in a country with an ever-growing Muslim population. The Belgian national team is set to play Israel on September 6th in the UEFA Nations League competition. Israel has played in European competitions since 1994 because several Muslim countries refused to compete against them, and they were excluded from Asian tournaments. The city of Brussels announced on Wednesday, June 19th, that it “considers it impossible to organise a Belgium-Israel match” in the capital. They stated: After a careful and in-depth analysis, we must conclude today that the announcement of such a match in our capital in these particularly troubled times will undoubtedly lead to large demonstrations and counter-demonstrations, jeopardising the safety of spectators, players, Brussels residents and our police forces. Georges-Louis Bouchez, Chairman of the Belgian centrist party, the Reformist Movement, also denounced the move, saying: Our capital can’t even welcome the… Read more »

Nigel Farage accuses West of provoking Russia into war with Ukraine

Oops! There goes another vote for Reform.

Some of the right notes, in completely the wrong order.

If Farage had said that the Blair/Clinton adventure in Kosovo, the embarrassment of Russia, the failure to agree terms at Rambouillet, set a precedent for Russian imperial expansionist adventurism, he might have made a bit more sense.

As it is, he just lost my vote.

Unfortunately it is often those who are the best talkers (so many politicians) who are not so great at research and analytical thinking.

A moment’s pause should have been sufficient to indicate that it has been Putin’s delusion of imperial grandeur, his two invasions of Ukraine, that has resulted in Finland and Sweden joining NATO.

Not to be able to see that indicates stupidity of an extremely high order.

When I vote it is for what I think people are going to do and achieve, they may or may not have a perceptive and insightful understanding of history, that is not why I vote. In my view a vote for Reform is a vote against the insanity of Net Zero, it is a vote for the only main party prepared to challenge the sacred cow of the NHS. As you so adroitly demonstrate the history of politics and events with Russia and Eastern Europe is complex to say the least.
Nigel Farage is the sort of politician that shoots from the hip and so you will get these sort of curt conclusions. But then he is not about to become Prime Minister and Reform is not about to form the next UK Government. In my view a vote for Reform is a vote for some people to be a ‘Thorn in the Flesh’ for the forthcoming authoritarian techno legalistic Labour Government. If you are looking for someone to be a ‘Thorn in the Flesh’ Nigel Farage is your man even if some of his comments make you cringe.

I entirely agree with most of that.

Exactly what the House of Commons needs.

But, given the appalling loss of life, Russian war crimes, in Ukraine as a consequence of Putin’s barbarous and deluded actions in 2014 and now, again, since 2022 ongoing, I will not vote for any party that does not resolutely stand with Ukraine for peace in Europe.

It should also be said that there was a nasty odour of Russian money around UKIP, never proven, of which Mr Farage should wish to steer Reform well clear.

That he has not is telling.

I wholly support Nigel Farage’s views on the Ukraine war. The US and Nato have caused the deaths of thousands in a vicious attempt to destroy Russia and its people. Many western politicians are guilty of crimes against humanity and deserve to suffer the consequences.

Totally agree, HP, and would recommend Tucker Carlson’s recent interview with Jeffrey Sachs for anyone looking to understand the background to the Ukraine war

Let’s just take a moment to reflect on the recent histories of some of those countries that joined NATO after 1990

Hungary – Invaded by Russia 1956
Poland – Invaded by Russia 1940, 1956
Czechia – Invaded by Russia 1968
The Baltic States – Invaded by Russia 1940
Finland – Invaded by Russia 1940
Slovakia – Invaded by Russia 1967
Romania – Invaded by Russia through Moldova 1944
Bulgaria – Invaded by Russia 1944

And those still wishing to join NATO?

Georgia – Invaded by Russia 2008
Ukraine – Invaded by Russia 2014, 2020

There’s a bit of a theme there that even Mr Farage should have spotted.

You forgot Germany.
Georgia, Ukraine – Russia intervened in internal disputes in both countries in defence of one side of an internal factional disputes, in the same way as the USA has done in numerous areas of the world.

You might like to search “US invasion” on-line, they have a far wider spread selection of targets, most of whom are not direct threats to their borders or to Americans.

Nigel Farage was simply agreeing with George Robertson, who he quoted on the topic.
Presumably a former general and Secretary General of NATO might know a bit about the subject.

During the interview, Mr Farage claims that Lord Robertson had agreed that Putin’s two invasions of Ukraine were caused by the expansion of the EU.

On BBC Radio 4, ‘The World Tonight’, Lord Robertson denied saying that and described Mr Farage’s statement as “complete nonsense”.

“Saying that we provoked Russia is like saying that if you buy a burglar alarm, in some way you provoke burglars.”

That is nonsense as an analogy goes.
It is analogous to seeing your house surrounded by men in striped shirts wielding jemmies and carrying sacks marked SWAG.

“Putin’s delusion of imperial grandeur”

Your persistence with this line of argument over many months leads me to ask you to come clean with us – are you a bona fide UK individual posting in good faith with a sincerely held opinion? Are you being incentivised in any way to make these postings on this site?

My ‘line of argument’ represents the majority opinion in this country and throughout Europe, U.S.A.

It is echoed, as I constantly reference, by many authoritative research institutions.

It chimes with one of our greatest historian’s writings about Russian leaders.

It is even in accord with the course work of the Moscow School of Management.

Are you really accusing all these referenced sources of being ‘incentivised’ to hold the views that they hold.

Of course I am not ‘incentivised’ except by the revulsion I feel for Putin and Russia’s barbaric, criminal activities.

What authoritative references can you cite in support of your own point of view?

Are you incentivised in any way in commenting on here?

Authoritative sources such as those insisting on a variety of consequences of covid (distancing, masks, staying home and lockdwon, the efficacy of vaccines, the safety of vaccines, ventilators)?
I am afraid appeals to authority are poor arguments which are often shown to be false in the fullness of time.
I know that ‘cos my Dad told me.
However Nigel did play a blinder in PR terms. Everyone is talking about him, even Starmer. Inevitably they deliberately misrepresent it.

Thank you for your confirmation.

It is precisely because your line of argument supports the dominant narrative that the question of incentivisation arises, given our experience during the covid madness, when doctors, celebrities, influencers and others were incentivised to push the agenda..

These various references even include the FSB: ‘While the 9th Directorate of the FSB’s Fifth Service Department for Operational Information prepared for the occupation of Ukraine from July 2021, the 11th Unit of the Department for Operational Information, responsible for Moldova, was assessing plans for the next round of operations under the direction of Major General Dmitry Milyutin. In November 2020, the FSB’s strategic objective in Moldova was to bring about ‘The full restoration of the strategic partnership between Moldova and the Russian Federation’. FSB Outline of Operational Aims and Means, 21 November 2021. And Putin’s Presidential Directorate for Cross Border Cooperation: ‘….the strategy document……belongs to the Presidential Directorate for Cross-Border Cooperation, a subdivision of Putin’s Presidential Administration……The rather innocuously named directorate’s actual task is to exert control over neighbouring countries that Russia sees as in its sphere of influence: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.’ ‘The directorate is headed by Alexey Filatov, who reports directly to Dmitri Kozak, the deputy chief of the Presidential Administration. Filatov’s team was tasked to come up with new strategies that would detail Russia’s strategic goals in all six countries, relying on the resources and input of most of the vital Russian state institutions…….Russia’s domestic,… Read more »

If this is true ( and I’ve no reason to doubt Andrew Bridgen ) then this is horrific. Not just the crimes in and of themselves but the fact it’s being basically allowed, even enabled to happen. Strong parallels with the Pakistani rapist gangs here. This sort of thing has been rumbling away in the background for years though, and once you step away from the more fantastical QAnon-type ‘satanic ritual’ stuff, the fact that elite paedophile rings do exist is certainly not ”conspiracy theory” and is highly likely, in my opinion. Anybody who brings it up is immediately discredited and written off as some loony fantasist though; ( <2mins )

Yet another example of how utterly depraved our Western countries are. I don’t understand the world anymore. Lies, corruption, murder everywhere.

Is all our history fiction?

Well you sort of think to yourself, how can this actually even go on? How can this possibly happen and nobody’s aware or nobody’s blown the lid off this and made these names public? Because this is an operation that is elaborate, involves many people amongst multiple stages, and could surely be infiltrated by undercover police ( either at this end or where these kids originate ) in order to expose it, in a similar way to drugs gangs, for instance. People can’t just traffic people, especially kids and especially using planes, routinely and over a prolonged period of time, and not a single person who isn’t a psychopath and involved in the operation happens to notice anything amiss. But when you assume that the very people that Andrew is referring to in this clip are highly likely to involve members of the authorities that should be preventing this in the first place, and the power they wield, you can understand to some extent how it’s able to carry on. Look how long Jimmy Saville did what he did. So most likely the names on the list are paedos higher up in law enforcement, the judiciary, powerful businessmen and various… Read more »

“The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created in 1949 by the United States, Canada, and several Western European nations to provide collective security against the Soviet Union”

Was there any such organisation in place to fight the nazi uprising and eventual world war? No, but the allies still got together to fight and win!
Nato should be abandoned, its long past the need for it.
Right minded, free thinking countries will always fight against tyranny, an organisation is not necessary it just provokes, not allays fears!
Farage is right!

All eyes should be on Al Jazeera for being founded, funded – and directed – by terrorists” writes Douglas Murray”

But sometimes they tell the complete truth about Islam, as they did today:

Local tourist killed in Pakistan’s Swat over blasphemy allegations (msn.com)

“A 36-year-old man has been killed and his body burned in Pakistan’s northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after he was accused of desecrating the Quran.”

Officials added that a large group of hundreds of people gathered outside the Madyan police station where the man was being held by police, attacked the premises and dragged the man out before killing him… the group also set fire to the police station and a police vehicle.

“Police told Al Jazeera by telephone that the man had been “tortured to death”. Videos circulating on social media show a large crowd chanting religious slogans and surrounding a burning body.”

Strangely enough, this human fire sacrifice happened on the evening of the Summer Solstice June 20th, which marked the end of the Islamic festival of sacrifice Eid Ul-Adha. Police blamed the local mosque for stirring up the people to do this.

It also coincides with the Hindu fire celebration of the Summer Solstice, when they worship Vishnu.
