“The broader message from the local election results is that voters show a remarkable readiness to back candidates from outside the political mainstream, writes John Curtice in the Telegraph.”

I can’t read the article as I don’t subscribe but I am baffled if the above is an accurate representation of what Curtice thinks. To me, voters show a remarkable loyalty to political parties who have consistently betrayed them.

The article itself highlights this may not mean anything.

“the mayoral contests probably provided the least reliable guide to the parties’ prospects in a general election.

As those who campaigned for the creation of directly elected mayors have argued, voters are more likely to vote for the personality rather than the party”

I don’t subscribe but did see the full article. It maybe has a free article limit.

The only people who could detect any favourable personality in Khan’t were his Co-religionists. So maybe it was not his personality (sic) wot done it after all.

There’s quite a bit of distracting fluff. There must be some significant activity elsewhere.

IDF instructing people to leave Rafah ahead of a planned offensive.

Israeli government votes to shutdown Al Jazeera TV in Israel.

CIA chief has been visiting Qatar and Egypt to try and rescue a hostages and cease-fire deal. Now heading to Israel.

Sir Kneil says: ‘“we are a proud and diverse community. I have heard you. I have listened.
And I am determined to meet your concerns and to gain your respect and trust again in the future.’”

That means more loss of our heritage and values, by kowtowing to the usurpers. I suppose its an effective means of buying votes…

Niall McRae at TCW with a short piece on Londonistan and the khant.

Londoners face four more years of ‘building back better’, a Smart City of digital surveillance, a Cultural Marxist morass, and controlled demolition of the vestiges of what was once the beating heart of Great Britain.”

I’m sorry but I have yet to see a protest related to Israel or Palestine.

I go out all the time and never see any of it.

What I see is a mild mannered population getting on with their lives.

The whole thing is a big psyop.

Like making us think people were dropping dead everywhere in the winter of 2020.

As we might expect the voting figures are being mis-used by MSM.

Blackpool was won by Labour because Conservative voters stayed at home.

The Khant won Londonistan with just over 17%.

I’m afraid that this is what we commonly refer to as democracy.

A system for creating the illusion of consent for an elitist power group to do what it wants.

I thought they’d hold off until after all the elections this year but it seems not: covid profits must be dwindling. Meryl Nass on the latest ‘cows spread bird flu’ schtick currently being pushed by Farrar at the WHO:
