Government Caught Playing Hardball Over Vaccine Injury Payouts as Victims’ Legal Bills Mount
The Government has been caught shamefully playing hardball with the victims of Covid vaccine injuries, refusing to settle payouts despite devastating harms, as legal bills mount. The Telegraph has more.
Jamie Scott is nothing if not a fighter. He must be to have survived a reaction to his COVID-19 vaccine so violent that hospital doctors phoned his wife three times to tell her to get to his bedside because he was about to die. Each time he pulled through.
Fit and healthy before the jab, the 47-year-old father-of-two has suffered a permanent brain injury that prevents him from working. Or even being able to look after his children on his own for anything more than an hour.
Photographs released to the Telegraph show Mr. Scott in intensive care, a spaghetti of tubes keeping him alive. Scarring snakes all the way round his scalp, the result of an emergency craniotomy that removed part of his skull to reduce swelling on the brain that was about to kill him.
The battle to stay alive was, however, just the beginning. In the past three years, Mr. Scott and his indomitable wife Kate have waged a war to get fair compensation for themselves and other victims of the jab. They are Davids fighting the twin Goliaths of AstraZeneca, the pharmaceutical giant, and the might of the British Government. It is proving a daunting, frustrating and at times heartbreakingly impossible challenge.
AstraZeneca is one of the U.K.’s biggest companies, the second largest in the FTSE 100, worth a staggering £185 billion. Business is so good that Sir Pascal Soriot, its Chief Executive, is the highest paid among FTSE-100 bosses.
Yet this week, as AstraZeneca confirmed Sir Pascal’s annual salary would rise to £18.7 million, the Telegraph obtained court documents that showed the pharmaceuticals firm was admitting for the first time in legal proceedings that its vaccine can “in very rare cases” cause an illness which is fatal about 20% of the time. When its symptoms of blood clots and low blood plate counts are not deadly it leaves its victims with devastating injuries. In the same documents, AstraZeneca accepts that it has no idea why the vaccine, developed in conjunction with the University of Oxford, should do that. “The causal mechanism is not known,” the company said in correspondence with Jamie Scott’s lawyers.
It’s a legal mess made more complicated because the Government indemnified AstraZeneca and other Covid vaccine-makers ahead of the mass rollout that began to much fanfare in December 2020. In other words, though AstraZeneca is one of the U.K.’s wealthiest businesses (it generated revenue of £37bn in 2023) it will be the British taxpayer that will foot any legal bills and damages should Mr. Scott and 50 other claimants win their class action suit against the company. The details of the indemnification agreement have never been made public.
In the legal case, AstraZeneca is accused of playing hardball, but it is unclear whether behind the scenes the U.K. Treasury is baulking at any payout. For the victims, it is simply prolonging their agony. …
Even though it encouraged AstraZeneca, based in Cambridge, to enter into the deal – the claim is Boris Johnson’s administration wanted the vaccine to be an all-British affair – Ministers have so far refused to intervene. They could increase the Government’s own compensation deal or else step in now and settle the class action being brought against AstraZeneca. The sums are not huge, maybe as much as £100m in total compensation. But with every day the Government refuses to intervene, the legal bills go up while the victims get nothing.

Blow the lid on the whole AZ vaccine injuries. I know we’ll foot the bill but the normies have got to hear the story and if this is the only way the MSM will cover it then so be it. AZ falsified it’s trial data (not sure it’s even released it, which tells its own story) along with Moderna and Pfizer with enough public anger there is a possibility the indemnity could be nullified and the evil pharmaceutical industry could be burned to the ground. Or AZ will be chucked under the bus and the mRNA juggernaut will keep on rolling.
Please let us not lower ourselves to their standards and say they deserved it, our naivety has led us all to do stupid things.
It’s also why there’s always barely anyone there when Andrew Bridgen has been holding debates in parliament on the excess deaths. All that says to me is that MPs not only are cowards, in that they would prefer to stick their heads in the sand and discredit Andrew with petty slurs, such as ”anti-vaxxer”, ”conspiracy theorist” or ”antisemite”, so they can shirk their own responsibilities because they all took part in this deadly charade. They’re all guilty as sin and their absence only proves their complicity in this epic and terrible crime. This not only goes for the death jabs, obviously, but all the associated harms resulting from this undeniable crime against humanity. It just sticks in my craw the fact that nobody will ever be held to account and consequently punished for any of it.
You’ve seen how the guilty bureaucrats are evading responsibility in the Post Office scandal. The same will happen over Covid, the vaccines and all other emerging disasters.

Well I can’t get excited about this, sorry. We’re paying. What needs to happen is not compensation but criminal liability on the part of pharma companies, “regulators” and politicians who IMO must surely have broken various laws.
Yes, and we paid to have the jabs given to a bunch of people, we paid a load of people to not work, we paid people to run useless test and trace, we paid our politicians to shirk their responsibilities, we paid companies to defraud the treasury, we paid cops to sticky beak into whether people could have a cup of coffee during their daily exercise, we are paying for a charade of an inquiry. We paid so much to so many and are still paying. But we’re not allowed to pay some people who were demonstrably damaged by this lunacy.

We were all damaged. I just think it’s an easy path for the state to take – buy off a few people with our money to show they are “doing something” without acknowledging the monstrous crime that has been committed. It allows them to pretend that these “vaccine” injuries are normal anomalies that some poor unfortunates suffer, but that the “vaccines” are generally safe and effective.
It’s obvious to us all in the know why they’re desperate to keep a lid on this, and only one country needs to fall. Once that lid blows it’s rocketing straight into orbit. It’ll be like watching them trying to divert the Nile using a teaspoon. Unfortunately, I think there’s about as much chance of them losing grip as there is of stopping the trans lot from wanting another sexual appendage.
The most tragic fact of all being that these people were duped into getting a now proven dangerous, experimenta,l novel injection that was completely unnecessary because there was no ‘pandemic’ for anybody to be at risk from. They don’t have any choice if they yield an inch on this one it would be like a crack in the dam and the amount of money that would be required to provide just compensation would be rather large. That is before you even consider the deletroius effects that these injuries have on other people. People no longer able to work or dragging themselves to work and being surrounded by similarly afflicted people and standards decline. And the immense costs of healthcare. It is estimated that a severely injured vaccinated child will cost about £5 million to look after. The solution of the Satanists is very predictable – assisted dying: passive or active, voluntary or involuntary.
This poor poor man, his life all but finished just doing what the government told him was ‘the right thing to do’. It is truly terrible. When I see footage of that idiot Hancock crying (allegedly) when the so called vaccines were introduced, I feel he should be made to personally care for these many people laid so low by the poison he lauded, and following that, he should have a Ceausescu moment all to himself.

Look at this very stark chart in the link showing ‘Covid’ deaths by vax status. Now I know that data are subject to fraud and can be manipulated and presented in various ways depending on what one wants to illustrate, but Jacqui is right here in what she says. How on earth can they claim and demonstrate that these things saved even one life, let alone 20 million?! The general public are being taken for literal fools, because just to state the obvious, there would have been less deaths in any given time period during the Scamdemic, had there been no death jabs given and no intervention from the governments. It should always have been a ”business as usual” approach, like all the other flu seasons prior; ”Mainstream news outlets are constantly telling us how the C19 jabs have saved 20 million lives. Don’t look for recourse or redress therough the organs of state. We know how captured it is. You are just wasting your vital energy on fuming over something that we all know to be evil. The real question is can we imagine an alternative because all of their follies are ollies that we all share writ large and any movement to a higher level of being has to acknowledge these deficiencies. They have engineered a scorched earth wasteland. They say that when the student is ready the teacher appears. Their whole drive on a spiritual level has been to stop a teacher appearing. My wife had a pulmonary embolism shortly after her second Astra Zeneca jab. It was never reported on the yellow card system by either her or her doctor. She’s on blood thinning tablets for the rest of her life, but luckily was only off work for a few days and has worked full time ever since.
I’ll never forgive the politicians and health workers (I refuse to use the term “professionals”) who willingly inflicted this on the population of this country. The ones who wanted to lock up and exclude those who refused the jab (myself included) should hang their heads in shame. Part of me thinks the last 4 words of the previous sentence are superfluous.

I ‘‘grabbed’ the following article back in 2020 where a couple of Reuters journalists interviewed an AZ senior executive (dated June 2020).
(Reuters) – AstraZeneca has been granted protection from future product liability claims related to its COVID-19 vaccine hopeful by most of the countries with which it has struck supply agreements, a senior executive told Reuters.
With 25 companies testing their vaccine candidates on humans and getting ready to immunise hundred millions of people once the products are shown to work, the question of who pays for any claims for damages in case of side effects has been a tricky point in supply negotiations.
“This is a unique situation where we as a company simply cannot take the risk if in … four years the vaccine is showing side effects,” Ruud Dobber, a member of Astra’s senior executive team, told Reuters.
“In the contracts we have in place, we are asking for indemnification. For most countries it is acceptable to take that risk on their shoulders because it is in their national interest,” he said, adding that Astra and regulators were making safety and tolerability a top priority.
We’ve seen in the Horizon / Post Office fiasco how they treat the ‘little people’ and how far they’re willing to go. I posted this back in November, but given this article I feel it’s worth repeating here: My friend who was undergoing treatment for a brain tumour and seemed to be doing okay had the AZ shot, leading to a massive relapse one day after jab 1. Complete left-side paralysis. Unable to get to the toilet unassisted. Aggressive return of his cancer. Eventually reduced to the use of just one hand, needing to write a text msg in order to speak. Now deceased. Although causation is difficult to prove, the doctor flat-out refused to submit a yellow card. The doctor isn’t supposed to make the judgement of causality as, for him, it’s an isolated case and perhaps simply a vague correlation, but nonetheless it should be submitted. If the Pharma companies can be proven to have misled, or falsely represented the injections then I understand that they lose freedom from liability and can be directly sued. My suspicion is that Governments know this, but to allow such cases would expose the fact that Governments knew the risks but went ahead anyway, and/or their agencies such as the CDC/MHRA went ahead anyway because they failed to do their job and were incentivised by Pharma to “enable” the products without safety checks.
Either way, any person who still thinks this and any other Western Goverment cares about them is deluded. Deaths equal less useless eaters as the WEF like to say and it sure reduces the NHS and pensions bill.
Heartbreaking, damages that no amount of money can put right! The best thing is to put all those who produced this murder weapon in prison. A warning to anyone else thinking about doing it again. That word “heartbreaking” is exactly what I thought when I saw the poor man’s photos in the article above, especially the first one. It seemed to represent the unimaginable suffering of every helpless victim, their whole life crashing down because they trusted their government and their doctors.
