Why Are Schools So Desperate to Keep What They’re Teaching Kids About Sex a Secret From Parents?

One day, Clare Page’s 15 year-old daughter returned home from school reporting that a recent sex education lesson – which was supposed to be about consent – had taught that ‘heteronormativity’ is harmful and ‘sex positivity’ is a good thing.

Clare was understandably alarmed. The Education Act 1996 imposes a duty on schools “to prevent political indoctrination and secure the balanced treatment of political issues”, and this was a clear example of a contested – and indeed harmful – ideology being presented to her daughter as fact.

The lesson was provided by a charity called School of Sexuality Education (SoSE), which at the time had what Clare describes as “inappropriately explicit lesson plans” on its website, including links to a private company “which advertises sex toys, pornography and anal masturbation techniques to young people”.

Wanting to know more about what her daughter was being taught and the details of any link to websites promoting such things, Clare made a Freedom of Information request to the school. She was shocked when it was declined on grounds of commercial secrecy for the charity and privacy for the teacher.

Clare then referred the case to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), and in a landmark decision that made national headlines, the ICO backed the school’s choice to keep the lesson details secret from parents, effectively prioritising the commercial interest of an education charity over parents’ right to know what their children are being taught.

Clare believes the ICO made an unlawful decision that fails in respect of the school’s public service duties, compromises safeguarding and undermines the trust that is essential to education.

She is now planning to appeal the decision at a tribunal, with the aim of overturning the ICO’s decision and establishing a ruling that the lesson resources used by schools should be fully accessible to parents, and that commercial interests should not override the rights of parents.

It’s even worse in Wales – which is surprising as we are led by such a charismatic, ethical and towering intellect in Mark Drakeford. The Assembly’s Relationships and Sexuality Education is mandatory for children from ages 3-16.

Excellent point. Looking at their website (which, by the way, is topped by a graphic of some play-dough moulded into the shape of intimate female parts, i.e. might as well be called School of Porn Education), it looks very much like it is simply a profit-driven business masquerading as a charity, as in they have set themselves up as a registered charity to avoid paying tax. The clue is in the fact that they offer training and consultancy “packages”, a “package” normally being synonymous with a commercial product.

It would be interesting to find out what the school paid them to provide these “lessons”. It is under the current climate of wokery that these kinds of devious entities are allowed to come in and bend young minds to suit their selfish purposes. Rewind a few decades and groups like these would have been reported as fraudsters or paedophiles.

To state this again: The state has no business ‘teaching’, that his, telling people how that’s supposed to be done, anyone anything about relationships or sex (outside of what constitutes criminal behaviour). If that’s not private, it’s hard to imagine what else could possibly be.

For one thing they seem themselves as a cut above the plebs. They are initiates who feel that is is their job to lay the groundwork for the future. They arrive at this conceit because the basis of their ideology is a myth of progress, an overturning of past errors in the bright light of the present. This has superficial appeal for small minds and when you get lots of small minds together their trance just deepens. They have had something of a comeuppance in recent years and it will take time for the rebuke to develop properly. On the bright side this battle is much more advanced and mercurial than it was a decade ago. It is one thing to discuss ideas in a university seminar but another thing entirely to assert this in the real world, white privilege for example.You jhave to let it play you but you have to keep your own standards high. A Milan Kundera said, the struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against forgetting.

Maybe we should at least credit these ‘initiates’ with one thing – they do at least recognise that we now have a Uniparty state which takes its orders from progressive minded unelected bodies who share their world views, thus favouring their agendas. Unfortunately, the majority of the plebs don’t grasp this fundamental fact and continue to vote for establishment parties thus prolonging and embedding the alarming democratic deficit.

He took 2 jabs to get into the US is all I know, the rest is unknown medical history, but he has in the past said that the covid jabs are harmful to health.

Notwithstanding what is being taught – doctrination really – parents have an absolute and fundamental Right to know what is being taught to their children and furthermore a Right to say no to subjects which decidedly seek to destroy our Christian view of life.

I suggest a less complicated argument, though: School is supposed to teach children technical skills and knowledge supposed to be useful in later life and not let LGBXYABC-activists loose onto them to brainwash them into certain ways of organising their private lifes said activists would like to see more universally adopted. A school is not just a place where a number of impressionable young people have been conveniently collected inside a building they usually may not leave just because they want that and who are thus readily exploitable.

As that’s worded in a complicated way, the simpler form is in my other comment above: The state has no business messing with the private lifes of its future citizens.

So there you have it! And the problem of the state knowing best what is good for us intensifies by the day.

To expose a child to a prison of the mind is an act of great evil and they know that they are doing that. You can see that by examining the weapons they employ. The sheer effrontery of it and the sense that they have already won. I can say with certainty that they have lost. They really do see the average Brit as a Neanderthal creature who won’t even notice anyway when their son lops his balls off.

There is another issue as well which this debate seeks to deliberately obscure and that is the issue of continence. You might have some strange sexual urge but it doesn’t mean that you are therefore obliged to follow it. It seems to be implicit in discussions about these matters that we are all essentially just meatsacks being carried around by sexual desires which must be fulfilled. This shows just how debased the discussion has become.

It happens every 12600 years that we reach a point like this one. When you allow it into your soul then everything becomes cool. We are at such a point now. There isn’t really anything to say about it. My goal is to protect as many people as possibl;but we will have to see. We will have bigger things to talk about soon. Homosexuality won’t even matter. You have to keep things in perspective. But I do understand the British perspective of thinking of this country as inpenetrable beacuse it is an island. It is a nice thought but missiles don’t really care if you are an island or not. I don’t advise anyone to do anything just don’t come bitching when the proverbial hits the fan. Don’t pretend that you were distracted with other things. This situation has been developing for a while, Just look at world opinion before you make yourself a schmuck.

which is pretty obvious code language for gay anal sex with male children who don’t want that (but who can – insert usual gay self-impression – certainly be convinced otherwise by an almighty male dick).

I was in a train one day and three young girls (about 15) were in the seats in front of me. They were too young to have any discretion and didn’t have the maturity to maybe keep their voices down a bit. I have never heard such unadulterated nonsense about sex, gender, and other related stuff that previous generations would never have indulged in. This nonsense could only have come from one place ——–SCHOOL. —–Gone are the days when our kids went to school to learn “how to think”. They are now being taught “what to think”, and if my experience of listening to kids on a train is anything to go by it is only causing total confusion and anxiety and is actually harming them.

Some years ago a friend’s daughter , then aged 12, came home from her school after receiving a sex education lesson and asked her parents over the dinner table whether everyone had to have ‘bum sex’. The girl was clearly confused and disturbed by what she had been told at her school. The late Neil Postman argued in his book, The Disappearance of Childhood, that a person is only a child because they are separated from the adult world. Otherwise, Postman argued from historical examples, a person is simply a person young in years and joins the adult world when they have reached a certain level of mental and physical maturity. Objections can only be made to children working in factories if one has a concept of childhood that is based on separation from the adult world; a concept that, Postman demonstrated, has only developed since the 17th century. Childhood in that sense was threatened by the industrial revolution and only saved by the social reformers. The separation from the adult world took the basic form of denying to children the use of swear words, cigarette smoking, and knowledge of sex. Why aren’t the other Parents in that school complaining en masse and demonstrating against the school? The teachers are effectively grooming children and brainwashing them with warped ideologies. What is wrong with Parents don’t they care? This woman is bravely taking a stand against the political establishment and those that see children as play things.

The article does not discuss the question it asks, “Why?”. It could also be asked, “Why is it wrong?”. Unless one can answer these questions, one is trying to fight something with nothing. By an appeal one might establish that it is illegal, though I wouldn’t want to bet on it.
