Mark Groeneveld, 20, Becomes Fifth Dutch Cyclist to Die or Suffer Serious Heart Problems This Year

In the early hours of Monday, October 23rd, the 20-year-old Dutch cyclist Mark Groeneveld passed away, apparently of a heart attack, after having dropped out of a race in Hong Kong earlier in the day. Several reports (here, for instance, in Dutch) claim that he dropped out of the race for mechanical reasons and that his subsequent collapse was “unrelated”.

In a statement on Facebook, his team X-Speed United writes: “While the circumstances of Mark’s passing are currently under investigation, we have received preliminary information that suggests it may have been due to a heart attack.”

This would make Groeneveld the fifth Dutch or Flemish cyclist to be stricken by serious heart problems this year. Groeneveld’s death comes just one month after the Flemish cyclist Nathan Van Hooydonck got into a car crash after suffering what the Belgian paper De Morgen has described as “cardiac arrest” while driving. The incident happened on September 12th, just two days after the conclusion of the Tour of Great Britain, in which Van Hooydonck helped his teammate Wout van Aert of Team Jumbo Vista to victory.

Van Hooydonck, who was 27 years old at the time of the incident, would have to be placed in an artificial coma. He would subsequently undergo surgery to have a defibrillator implanted. He has retired from professional racing.

Just two weeks before the Van Hooydonck incident, in the early hours of August 29th, the 32-year-old Dutch cyclist Wesley Kreder of the French Cofidis team suffered what he himself has described as “cardiac arrest” while sleeping. “I’m happy to be alive,” Kreder told the Dutch public broadcaster NOS. Kreder has also announced his retirement from competitive racing.

Two other professional cyclists, the 35-year-old Flemish cyclist Sep Vanmarcke and the 25-year-old Dutch cyclist Jarno Mobach, announced their retirements this summer after they were both discovered to have heart tissue scarring. Mobach is a former winner of the junior version of the prestigious Paris-Roubaix race. Vanmarcke announced his retirement in July and Mobach in late September, just a couple of days after Van Hooydonck’s announcement.

As previously reported on the Daily Sceptic here, Flemish cycling already had a serious scare in the summer of 2021, when three members of just one Flemish cycling team developed cardiac problems and would be diagnosed with myocarditis shortly after being vaccinated against COVID-19.

It can’t be ‘vaccine-related’ though, can it? because that’s “safe and effective.”
Meanwhile, Bas Dost, a Dutch 34 year professional footballer collapsed mid match a couple of days ago. The look of horror/terror on his fellow players’ faces has to be seen to be believed.

If only it were MPs dropping dead in inexplicable numbers! Even then they would probably blame it on the Russians.

Some good news from the USA. According to reports in the media very few people had received the latest covid injections released in September by 14th October. The figures quoted are seven percent of adults and two percent of children.

That’s still seven percent and two percent too many in my book.

Condolences to the family. Who would have thought it – the world (western world) has been jabbed 5 or 6 times now with a toxic brew and here we are with unexplained deaths for previously very healthy people. No questions will be asked, no inquiries will be set up that look at ALL aspects of the deceased one’s medical notes. It will be brushed quietly under the ever bulging carpet.

Show trials need to begin now.
The accused will be Trump, Johnson, ( dragged violently off his latest GB news gig ), the scarf demon, Hancock, and all the liars and frauds both past and present who have so disgraced and dishonoured the people they had a fiduciary duty to protect.
We neither forgive nor forget.

What is most frightening about these events is the timing. NL had an overall rate of stabbing of 18 years and over of approx. 87%. This included the first 2 and the ‘booster’. The first booster was given to younger age groups in December 2021/January 2022. We don’t know the vaxx status of the people mentioned in the article, but it is fairly safe to assume that they were 3x vaxxed – there was not a lot of questioning until the 3rd vaxx, I know several young men in their twenties who got the 3rd vaxx despite my pointing out the poison clearly didn’t work. However, I think it unlikely that the people in the article got a 4th vaxx – this was offered to their age group September 2022, I don’t think any other vaxxes have been offered to people under 60 between now and January 2022. So, assuming these people had been vaxxed, it is likely that the last vax was approx. 2 years ago. If there is a link between the current events and a vaxx 2 years ago, that is truly frightening. Reminds me of the basketball player from the Dominican Republic who collapsed mid-game in… Read more »

My biggest regret in life is having taken the first two covid vaccines. The last one was in May 2021. I woke up to what was going on eventually, but I can’t put the clock back, so will just have to live with the consequences of my poor decision. In August this year I developed polymyalgia rheumatica, which is an autoimmune condition which features not far down the list of ‘conditions probably caused by the covid vaccine’. I thought, after over two years of good health, I was home free. Obviously not. I think anyone who was jabbed, even if it was only once, will be forever looking over their shoulder, so to speak. Of course, the longer the gap between jabination and disease, the less likely any connection will be made between the two. Who’s to say I would not have developed this condition anyway? We’ll never really know will we? I know what my conclusion is though.

Of course, the longer the gap between jabination and disease, the less likely any connection will be made between the two.

Which is why the poisons have been brewed as they have. Probably ever increasing mortality as each year passes but of course not directly related to the jabbinations.

Like hell not related to the brews.

It’s just statistics.
Look at the rate of your condition population – wide pre – jab, and post – jab.
There will be a huge increase.
This is pure bloody murder, and the scum who did it are walking free.

I don’t think at this stage that “assuming” they were vaxxed is any longer relevant.
This is state- sponsored murder and terrorism, pure and simple, and the perpetrators are walking free.

I’ve wondered if it is possible to see the effects via heart rate data. All of these cyclists would have near continuous monitoring of their heart rate while training and racing before and after the injections.

“passed away”. Died, he died tragically young at the peak of his physical condition. What was his vaccine status? As he was a professional athlete my guess is he travelled a lot and therefore would have been fully jabbed. Unless of course he was in the Djokovic camp, in which case we probably have been told.

Brett_McS

Professional cycling was just about getting on top of dangerous doping practises which can cause heart attacks during sleep due to overly thick blood. Now this.

Obviously the vaccine, but here’s how I’d report it:

  1. 5 Dutch pro cyclists, young men in peak condition, have suffered cardiac arrest this year.
  2. All were almost certainly vaccinated in order to have been allowed to race in 2021/2022.
  3. In the 10 years before the vaccine zero of their peers suffered cardiac arrest (I’m making up the number zero, but the correct number should be established and is probably zero or nearly zero).
  4. The cardiac arrests are blatantly correlated to the vaccine.
  5. The odds that this is not a causal relation are n million to one.

Zero is certainly not accurate, there may be a recent increase, but there is a long history of heart attacks amongst professional cyclists.

It’s obvious that top end cycling is at the peak of performance, and it’s logical that if the substance under consideration does damage the heart to some extent, those who operate close to the limit will suffer from it more than most.

Your link states 1 death of a Dutch cyclist in 2016 and 1 in 2019 and 3 in total going back apparently to 1967 at least.

The linked article details 17 deaths, there may of course have been others.

17 is more than zero.

A government statement is attributing these “tragic deaths” to something the men must have eaten – infected seafood is being touted as the likely cause.

I would like to say I’m sad, but I’m not.

From a very selfish perspective, the more of this there is, the smaller the chances that people will be railroaded into whole. population, indiscriminate, emergency medical treatments in the future.

I feel a bit sorry for the guy. But only a bit. He could have said no. Like Djokovic did. Or like many other ordinary people who stood up to the bullying and accepted having their lives diminished for a while.

If a famous sportsman suffers a heart attack while driving, we hear about it in the news. Someone not famous, not so much. I’ve noticed an apparent increase in the frequency of traffic accidents on major roads in the last two years, and have often wondered how many of these might be caused by heart attacks and strokes at the wheel. FOI released ONS information here on the incidence of fatal heart attacks in the UK between 2019 and 2022: https://www.ons.gov.uk/aboutus/transparencyandgovernance/freedomofinformationfoi/heartattackdeathsin201920202021and2022 Calculating the percentage of change between 2019 and 2021 (provisional figures for 2021), it seems the most stark increase (proportionately) was around the 30-60 year age group, with less of an increase in the elderly. Breakdown here, where a clear and significant bump can be seen in the middle ages, with a decrease in the over 80’s: 25-29: 16.67% 30-34: 23.33% 35-39: 19.23% 40-44: 26.58% 45-49: 20.56% 50-54: 14.38% 55-59: 17.92% 60-64: 20.64% 65-69: 6.16% 70-74: 4.82% 75-79: 9.50% 80-84: -1.04% 85+ : -7.01% This seems to suggest that whatever is causing this increase, it is hitting those with underlying (likely undiagnosed) heart conditions and causing an earlier incidence of failure. It could also be that the elderly generation might… Read more »

Move along nothing to see here, just look at that war over there, oh and look at the latest devastating storm with a new name about to hit the UK. Its climate change, look, look, Covid they did everything right, look at the inquiry, its setting the record straight, with the truth coming out of the mouths of such generous, humanitarian, honest, God loving people like Mr Valance, Mr Ferguson, Mr Hancock. So move on folks we need you to get behind this latest terror.

This ridiculous fuss about ‘storms’ is driving me mad. The forecast is for a strong breeze and steady rain where I live – that is not a storm.
How short memories are. I remember the winter of 2013/2014 when we had storm after storm (they were just about fortnightly from October to December). They didn’t name them then, and no fuss was made at all. It seemed the forecasters just shrugged their shoulders and implied it was expected because of the time of year. Now, purely in order to keep ‘climate change’ in the forefront, they whip up the terror and people are frightened. One old chap told me today it was going to be bad and we could have tornadoes. I mean, really. It’s sickening how the government are happy to lead people by the nose into a permanent state of alarm.

I think if you are an elite athlete then when you take a radical intervention into your body you have to be very discerning. Given that even a slight drop in energy on any number of levels could cause significant drops in performance at the highest level it behoves you to do so. Of course we all stuff all kinds of things into our mouths on a daily basis and use chemicals in cleaning products etc that we don’t have the faintest idea about. But the point about the death jabs is that there was nothing hidden or obscure about the damage they cause.Of course if you act out of fear then you will just take whatever you are given. Have people forgotten that it is axiomatic that you should never take counsel of your fears? And if you did it for money or expediency then you deserve everything you got.
