I want to know what happens to the suspended tube driver. This was public transport. We cannot have ordinary members of the public subjected to political propaganda and personal opinions via a tannoy when we are all crammed together like sardines. This person MUST be sacked. But as usual I suspect authorities will buckle with fear at the prospect of sacking someone from that particular community.

I haven’t listened to the podcast yet – I’m saving it up as a treat – but reacting to the list of subjects one notes the casual aggression and foul language of the “New European”. It is when I am faced with attitudes such as these from the allegedly mainstream left that I realise democracy is all but broken; and I know who has broken it, too – that same left, intoxicated with a sense of its own purity and virtue.

This “mainstream left” and the Liberal Progressive disease has caused societal breakdown, with its mamby mamby lets socially engineer all crime away attitude, leaving shops and stores paralysed as shoplifters who at one time might sneak a packet of bacon up their jersey have now morphed into broad daylight looters bringing large holdalls with them and just take whatever they want with their hoods up. To the Progressive Left discipline and punishment are dirty words.

I think all the issues are more complex than you make out here.

Protests used to be a free speech issue. Now, you are debating about whether you can use a terrorism law to prevent free speech. You mentioned Adil Ray. Should he be arrested for defending ‘jihad’ calls? Slippery slopes everywhere here.

The plausible defence for the tube driver is that some people who chant “From the river …” are calling for a single secular state. It’s another step on from that to argue whether such a state could work or not.

Re. the declaration letter – no reflection on why many of your subscribers here are not signing? Is it the polarisation? You admit that your letter was created as a response (revenge?) to the luvvie one.

Greta’s octopus is a reversible toy (pink smiling version reversed) that some autistic people use to signal their mood.

NB none of these comments will make sense unless you have listened to the podcast.

Holding up a bit of cardboard with “I support Hamas” is not Free Speech. It is against the law to support or approve or terrorist groups.

To the red arrow people——-You are wrong. Check the law. Never mind your political bias. It is against the law to give moral support or approval to terrorists.

Quite enjoyed listening to this one. Good to hear Toby waking up to the extremity and extreme sickness woke ideology reflects. It is another case of logical inevitability flowing from the information that is there in plain sight. In Toby’s case his natural conservatism makes him often a little too resistant to following what the data shows. I would be interested to know what he says now about the mRNA vaccines. I know in earlier times he was highly resistant to the view there was likely to be anything wrong with them. Now clearly he no longer believes that and probably does think there is something wrong with them. Is he now alert to the extreme scale of that problem. Would be interested to hear him address the topic now some time has passed. Also given the extent of known bad stuff in the vaccines, the fact the presence of the bad stuff is the result of extreme failures, and RFK Jr’s assertion Pfizer alone has made over $80bn from the vaccines but is set to make over $150bn from the treatment injury caused by their vaccines, I wonder what his attitude to the notion at some level within that… Read more »

The part that puzzles me is all the Mr Bigs joining together to produce the ‘final solution’ where the next Plandemic will bring in mandatory jabs to wipe out much of the population.
It is counter intuitive for them to work together as the whole ‘fun’ of being Mr Big is the total power and wiping out all the other Mr Bigs.
They also need to keep some people alive to provide the adoring crowds & watch enviously as Mr Big swanks his latest car, yacht, jewels, girl etc.
Any thoughts fellow sceptics?

Toby has realised that woke has not peaked. This is about the decades long indoctrination of our people by universities and public sector that was captured by communism. The soviets spent tens of millions and great effort on their disinformatsia campaign against the west. That virus has mutated and is destroying the west. Communist ideology is strong and spreading.
We must treat them as enemies and stop pretending they are misguided and need to be given some sort of treatment and they will become well again. Socialists are dangerous and want to win and stop any alternative views by fair means and foul. Socialism always leads to camps for those who disagree. Cancellation is the camp of the mind that they have created. A mental gulag.

This is very true. The current condition of the west is very “Provisional Government”, in which a weak liberal-to-left administration is trying to sustain itself in a hostile world, retaining some features of the past but allowing all sorts of poisons to make life impossible – such as “Order number One” back then, or “Online Safety” today. Meanwhile a corrupt and fanatical “intelligentsia” offers it no more than conditional support whilst excusing any and every provocation from red terror – see their attitudinising over Hamas and their easy habituation to the dangers of “multiculturalism” – see Khan, Sadiq. The vast majority of these “intellectuals” are essentially indoctrinated, which is to say that were the pressure lifted they would revert at varying speeds to the varieties of authentic centrism they once espoused. But because their places of work and their paths to promotion are now fully colonised by the hard-left, their slightest hope of remaining “relevant”, meaning accepted and successful, depends on a profound “kow-tow”. As a result, as Lionel Shriver has noted, many such persons have lately migrated from the centre to the wildest shores of neo-Marxism. Alternatively, one may cite the unedifying spectacle of a former conservative such as… Read more »
