  • Woman given £40,000 ‘sorry’ after police burst into her home” – A woman who was forcefully arrested by South Wales Police officers after they barged into her house at 2.30am and pinned her to a wall because she’d posted gender critical comments on Twitter has received £40,000 compensation and a written apology, according to WalesOnline.

Not even New South Wales police? Good grief.

In that case, can I just say that a woman is an adult human female; that gender is masculine (eg der Hund), feminine (eg die Katze) or neuter (eg da Meer), and has nothing to do with blokes going into women’s toilets. Now pin me to a wall, you halfwits. And I (think I) have said before, and I say now, don’t use twitbook.

I now take the position that if your child claims that they are a spirit/soul occupying a body with non-corresponding sex organs, then the appropriate solution is to bring in an exorcist.

Well in Germany it looks like they’re making a rule whereby you can get fined a lot of money if you ‘deadname’ a trans person.

”Under the bill, German citizens would be fined $10,800 for “deadnaming” a trans-identified person, which is referring to said individual by their previous legal name, according to Reduxx. For example, if John Doe decides to change his name to Allison Doe, and someone were to refer to him as John after the legal name change, that individual could be fined.”

I read this article and was totally disgusted by the Police actions .
Its a hurty words ,if such a thing exists, issue .
The force used, intimidation , timing , deprivation of her liberty and sheer erosion of her basic rights for an unsubstantiated civil issue .Totally over the top and shocking .
For a wanted person or terrorism perhaps but not in this case.
All involved directly should be suspended immediately and who ever authorised this operation should be sacked forthwith.
The chief constable should also be penalised and the lady concerned must have massive damages awarded in the millions .
That should stop other forces doing anything similar .
Its just not proportional actions to the complaint by any stretch of the imagination.
Finally all the “hurty words” crap laws should be abolished Facebook and other social media sites should carry an upfront disclaimer that what gets said there stays there .

Seriously, isn’t it about time UK politicians took a proper stand against totalitarian far left Communist tyranny and horrendous human rights abuses? (And no, I don’t hate the Chinese, I love the many brave dissidents within the PRC, in Hong Kong, and of course Taiwan who refused to submit in 1949).

If you are serious about totalitarianism and human rights abuses why not start with the UK…or Europe..or The West…..?……not some mostly made-up hobgoblin that is caricatured by the MSM as the enemy?

Did the MSM tell the truth about Convid? Global warming? Ukraine?…but what they say about China just must be true?
Has the EU just enacted one of the most draconian anti-free speech laws ever??

It’s lucky I suppose that Steve Tsang’s views coincide with the ‘latest enemy’ narrative and those of the SOAS, of which he is a director..and which is funded by the UK Government, The EU, and the Wellcome Trust ..to name a few….
Personally I’m putting this with the stories, which have proven to be untrue, about the Chinese opening ‘spy’ police stations all over the world…!!

In reality nearly 4 million Muslims now live in the UK, and that’s only the ones we know about…the majority of the small boats arriving are also full of young Muslim men……I’m way more worried about how that will affect my children and grand-children’s lives in the UK …..that’s a REAL thing……..(by comparison a paltry 400.000 Chinese people are resident in the UK….)

Thanks. It seems that though most hip Westerners have realized that their media lie most of the time, they buy it 100% if the subject is China.
What could explain this odd lacuna in their discrimination?
Anyone?

I did – my first post was about abuse by the UK police. 😉

I should add that our people have been covering the abuses by the CCP against Christians and expectant mothers for many years (as well as their Darwinist indoctrination) so I speak advisedly with regard to these particular tyrants. Just because our government is bad doesn’t mean other governments aren’t bad or, in this case, worse.

Jordan Peterson ruling empowers woke bodies everywhere to discipline members who express unpopular opinions

The irony is that this is not about unpopular opinions, as Jordan Peterson is insanely popular. It’s about un-elite opinions, which maintain their hold on society by constantly claiming to be popular.

Compare the use of “proletarian” by the Bolshevik elite in Soviet Russia.

“TikTok’s U.S. e-commerce business at risk of losing over $500 million by 2023” Nothing will be done despite promises because Biden is in the pocket of the Chinese. The MSM have wholly failed to report about his multiple psydonym personal email accounts through which he was conducting business with his son with the Chinese. Also all the flights, including flights to China, with Hunter Biden hitching a lift on Airforce Two. The Chinese therefore have leverage and the inside data and access to reporting sources who can ensure the evidence of corruption makes it to the first headline position. So the Chinese can destroy him at will and the nasty, corrupt, senile old fool handed them the power to do so, all in exchange for a few million. We all know it, but it is the power to elevate this exact same news as we already know to news sources where other politicians feel compelled to act that is important – and currently politicians still pretend the real and most popular new media powers Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, Tucker Carlson, etc don’t exist. They live in a parallel world of “let’s pretend,” powered by the likes of Broadcast News, the… Read more »

Astonishing, that report about the Welsh woman arrested in the middle of the night for posting gender-critical comments online. Astonishing too is the WalesOnline report, which can’t really believe the story is true. It speaks about the woman ‘claiming’ that this or that happened five times in the first seven lines – and 16 times in total.

It’s about time these compensation awards are taken from the salary of the most senior copper who authorised this thuggery.

…funnily enough I’ve just put a comment similar on one of the stories ATL…but I’ll repeat it here……who made the complaint in the first place?

Everyone should know who they are so that their name can be dragged through the mud as well as the accused……and as this led to compensation..shouldn’t the tax payers know exactly who they have to thank for more of their money being spent for another ‘miscarriage of justice’??

BBC News Ulez: Criticism as home counties refuse road signage

Typical rubbish reporting by Aunty. No mention that if a motorist is unaware of the ULEZ restriction until after they have passed the last opportunity to turn away and avoid it that they will have good grounds to appeal the charge or fine.

Khan/TFL need to pull the ULEZ border inwards if they want to give motorists warnings.

The eminent political scientist John Mearsheimer talking to Aaron Mate about the situation in Ukraine….

For those unfamiliar with Mearsheimer … this is his very famous, and now considered by many to be prophetic…. presentation in Chicago……
’Why is Ukraine the West’s fault?’

Short article and worth a read… https://www.city-journal.org/article/no-masks-please-were-rational No Masks, Please, We’re Rational Maskaholics are incorrigible. The rest of us should pay them no heed. Unfazed by data, scientific research, or common sense, the maskaholics are back. In response to an uptick in Covid cases, they’ve begun reinstating mask mandates. So far, it’s just a few places—a college in Atlanta, a Hollywood studio, two hospitals in Syracuse—but the mainstream media and their favourite “experts” are working hard to scare the rest of us into masking up yet again. Never mind that at least 97 percent of Americans have Covid antibodies in their blood as a result of infection, vaccination, or both. Never mind that actual experts—the ones who studied the scientific literature before 2020 and drew up plans for a pandemic—advised against masking the public. Never mind that their advice has been further bolstered during the pandemic by randomized clinical trials and rigorous observational studies failing to find an effect of masks and mask mandates. Scientific evidence cannot overcome the maskaholics’ faith. It’s tempting to compare them with the villagers in Cambodia who erected scarecrows in front of their huts to ward off the coronavirus—but that’s not fair to the villagers……  Is there any cure for maskaholism? The “fact-checkers” at Science Feedback… Read more »

“Mark Harper, the Transport Secretary, urged Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer to make his position on Ukez clear, saying in a letter: “You have the power to stop it.”

From The Telegraph referenced above.

I suspect Mr Harper is extracting the urine.

Unbelievable.
