Former College Swimmer Barricaded in University Classroom by Trans Activists Remains Defiant
“I was hit in the face by a man dressed as a woman,” says Riley Gaines. It didn’t end there for the decorated former college swimmer for the University of Kentucky. Gaines was at San Francisco State University to speak about biological men competing in women’s sporting events when a group of activists attacked her, chanting mantras like “Trans women are women”. A group of protesters barricaded Gaines in a classroom along with campus security.
Gaines is a prominent opponent of trans women competing in the women’s division. She has experienced the phenomenon first hand. Just last year Gaines swam against Lia Thomas – a male who ‘transitioned’ in 2021 to compete for the women’s team at the University of Pennsylvania.
It was late on Thursday night when San Francisco Police finally came to the rescue and helped Gaines to safety.

I raced against Thomas in March 2022 in the 200 freestyle. We tied. We finished at the exact same moment down to 100ths of a second.
But after we stepped down from the awards podium, an NCAA official looked at both Thomas and me and said, “Great job, you tied. But we don’t account for ties. So, the trophy goes to Lia.”
That struck me as strange, so I questioned him. As it turns out, that may have been the first time anyone had ever questioned why Thomas received special treatment. And the official’s answer shocked me.
He said that Thomas would hold the trophy for picture purposes.
That’s when I realised that the NCAA no longer valued everything that I, my teammates and every other girl swimming that day had worked their entire lives to achieve. The goal was no longer excellence in women’s sport. The goal was virtue signaling on the backs of women.
That’s when I knew I had to speak out. I wanted to be part of a conversation about what is happening in women’s sports so that we can find a way to accommodate trans-identified athletes without marginalising or discriminating against female athletes.

This is an excellent, fundamental point. We must refuse to take part in the corruption of language which is being used as an attempt to normalise the abnormal. I find the term “trans women” confusing anyway – until I force myself to think about it, I always assume it refers to women. “Trans men” logically would seem a more appropriate term for men attempting to transcend their sex.
It’s impossible to change sex: they’re transvestites.
Transvestites who have had or are going to have their bits hacked around and take dangerous drugs. When I was a boy, trannies were just people that dressed up as women, without all the medical stuff.

I think all it takes is a few outspoken, mentally unstable, intolerant and hostile nutjobs then the pack mentality takes over and the aggression kicks in, egged on by the justification they feel in behaving like that because they know which side the societies within Clown World favour. They can get away with, and are even encouraged, to behave any way they choose because they’ll never be reprimanded or taken to task. Society has become so warped it’s now structured that way. Apparently it’s only “equality” or “inclusivity” if these nasty freaks are given a platform to normalise their dreadful behaviour and anyone challenging this shit is then cast as a sworn enemy to their ideology. It’s like religious fervour but with ugly “women” in awful wigs.

I’ll grant you that women seem to be the only ones actually standing up to these trans radicals.
But as I’ve pointed out previously, the mood in our society is so poisoned against men that men just can’t confront this without being accused of being toxic males and misogynist, so women are alone in this fight.
Unless women somehow agreed to change the general discourse in society about men. Then we could help.

I have found that often in arguments, the volume and ferocity of the debate is inversely proportional to the certainty of the argument, and often focusses on one particular “fact” to the exclusion of all others.
The trans lobby seem to be extremely unsure of their ground. They are mainly mouthy adolescents and will eventually grow out of it (unless the puberty blockers prevent it).
And a point to bear in mind about sport. We see very few former sports women choosing to reassign themselves as men in order to take part in men’s events, maybe the urge to gain a competitive advantage is over-riding their self-image.
Sadly the mouthy adolescents and older radicals have allied with corporations eager to boost their “social” credentials.
It’s a runaway train now.
How can anyone tell the difference between a ‘trans woman’ and a man pretending to be a ‘trans woman’?
If a person presenting themselves as a ‘trans woman’ enters a women’s changing room, where woman and girls are undressing, showering, etc, how can anyone tell if the person is a ‘trans woman’ or a man (a pervert) pretending to be a trans woman?
I think it depends on the colour of their lippy and the height of their heels.

The ignorance on display here on the subject of transsexualism is depressing. It would appear that the rabble rousing rent-a-mob-trans people have kidded DS readers that they represent ALL trans people and they most certainly do not. In fact the rabble pushing the trans manifesto are the absolute antithesis of the trans community.
The vast, vast majority of trans people do not seek publicity or the limelight and wish only to get on with their lives as discreetly as possible.
The variety of “transness” currently on public display is vulgar and disgusting and is as depressing and upsetting to the true trans community as it is to DS members and the general public.
