Labour would ban cigarette sales to stamp out smoking, says Wes Streeting”

Is it me, but I don’t recall voting for a ban on smoking by anytime. Who is arbitrarily setting these deadlines for things we didn’t agree to.?

Looks like a headline grab. I’m not a smoker, but a political attempt like that would cut the Treasuries revenue and encourage cash only trading on the back streets etc. £50 notes might be quite popular.

I was a smoker for 21 years, I’ve now stopped for nearly as long.
Although I don’t like smoking people have a right to their freedoms, they must be allowed to exercise freedom of choice or, what’s next? Get away with one ban and the ‘anti-freedom worm for the greater good’ will burrow deeper

It’s time to rustle up St Greta with a ‘How dare you take away my childhood smoking dreams!” I haven’t smoked for well over a decade but I would defend to the death anyone who wished to partake in puffing a little bit of Old Holborn or Golden Virginia. These Labour apparatchik types want to create a fun-free world of state-sanctioned health – including mandatory you-know-whats and lots of cancer loving GMOs. If they’re planning a smoke-free world by 2030, it’s because cigarettes won’t be available under Agenda 2030. Slave Kingdom is planned. F’eck em!

Why I’ve pulled the plug on my electric car”

We’ve had 150 years to perfect the internal combustion engine, and done a pretty good job. Even over the last 20 years they have doubled fuel efficiency and reduced two thirds on emissions. Electric cars are an evolutionary dead-end, the Betamax of transport. Unless, that is there is a better way to make batteries.

I’ve no interest at all in buying an electric car for whatever reason. Probably the best reason is to spite TPTB plans. I don’t want to be party to their lies, tomfoolery and deception.

Not surprisingly- as nothing ‘new’ they impose on us seems to benefit us – I have found that since the ‘new petrol’ came into being, that I get less mileage. I’m not a mechanic by any stretch but I’m sure it can’t benefit vehicle engines / performance. My car seems to have changed somewhat.

The E10 petrol has more ethanol. Ethanol which is produced largely from Corn. Thats right, we are using food to save using oil. Its also not good for cars, but someone in a committee will probably think thats a great idea in hurrying ICE vehicles off the roads.

Chemical batteries (the only sort) are over 200 years old and not matter what technology we come up with they will never be efficient enough!
The simple reason is electricity is fleeting, come and gone in a millionth of the blink of an eye, it hates hanging around! So trying to trap it is an uphill battle, it’s better to just make it when you need it and make this system as efficient as possible….or, build a ZPM and extract vacuum energy from [an] artificial region of subspace-time until it reaches maximum entropy!…. or just stick with fossil fuel!

Another not so small problem with batteries is when they have expended their energy they still weigh as much!

Joel Smalley has done a grand job putting together the stats on ”Covid deaths” pre and post vax campaign for all countries in the world in this 9min video. The % vaxxed is at the top left of the graph;

Yes indeed. Yemen didn’t fare too badly did they either? The problem is we can’t trust government data. The highly flawed ”Covid deaths”, the numbers classified as ”unvaccinated” due to that stupid 14 day post second jab rule…so I take it all with a huge pinch of salt, but as an approximation I thought the data looked good.

Mogwai

The Expose-News team beating the depopulation drum again, and this is a very thorough article providing much compelling data in support of their hypothesis. They look at various countries’ data inc Australia;

“Did you know that the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine in Australia led to a shocking 747% increase in excess deaths, from 1,303 in 2020 to 11,042 in 2021?
And the situation has only gotten worse since then.
By the end of July 2022, there were a staggering 18,973 excess deaths in Australia – a 1,356% increase from 2020.
That’s more excess deaths in 7 months than in the previous two years combined.”

As we’ve said on here countless times, if these jabs were indeed ”safe and effective” as advertised, then the graphs and stats ought to be showing the polar opposite of what we are seeing since the roll-out. But the evidence completely contradicts the narrative.

I think I mentioned a similar thing in a comment ATL recently…..it still bothers me, and I’d be happy if someone has got any info why it might be so….

I can’t remember anyone who has given a reasonable explanation as to why countries like Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea, (and others)….all had very low Covid deaths in 2020 into spring 2021, but then had masses of deaths after the gene therapy was introduced..…?
….I think that the stats, for Australia, that I read was 909 Covid deaths up to the date in December 2020 when they were posting the numbers…..it’s now over 17.000….?

NZ had only 25 Covid deaths 2020, now over 2000….still low but not as low as 25?

Any reasonable person might ask how, in 2020, that was possible with the more ‘lethal’ original virus circulating and no treatments?…..and what part have the gene therapies played, if any, in boosting those numbers…and if it wasn’t that, what was it?

Yes it is all completely back to front. No doubt NZ and Australia were hailing the success of their Nazi-like treatment of their citizens in locking them down so extensively and severely to get those low numbers of deaths in 2020, but as you say, it all goes to pot once they relax the measures and the clot shot roll-out picks up speed good and proper. I’ve never heard any official explanation to attempt to rationalize what the data are showing. Here is Igor’s latest also focusing on the very worrisome Australian situation;

https://igorchudov.substack.com/p/a-summer-of-illness-and-excess-death

I know we have a couple of Aussie commenters, and it’d be good to get their feedback, but have you noticed, yet again, much like previous overhauls of the DS site, many regular commenters don’t tend to post down here, they stay only among the articles above the line? I’ve always found that strange…

…I wonder is it because I don’t understand something..or is it just such a simple undeniable truth..no one wants to look at it?

I’ve always assumed those of us BTL have more free time to involve ourselves ‘down here’..maybe those ATL, just don’t have the time?
I know Mr Gum thinks I should cut down my time on sceptics, and ‘reading and researching’..Fat Chance!! !LOL!

I doubt time has anything to do with it though as a person can comment anywhere on the site they wish and there’s a myriad of articles on the round-up to comment on, if you wish to stay on-topic and aren’t just here for the chit-chat/community element. Anyway, not a criticism just a curious observation I’ve made during the time I’ve been frequenting this site. I think your first sentence is spot on, personally, and you’ve misunderstood nothing. They continue to ignore, think that we are all thick as the proverbial and haven’t noticed anything’s up and for anyone who does notice and pipes up about their concerns, well they have the might of Big Tech, MSM etc at their disposal to smear us all with the usual labels. This obvious fraud and criminality cannot go on indefinitely though, and the more time goes by with things not normalizing the worse it looks for them. Plus, nobody goes from being awake and ‘red-pilled’ back to asleep and Covidian do they? So we, the opposition, have the advantage of our numbers only growing over time as more people gain awareness of the situation, and therefore their numbers will only deplete,… Read more »

“Where’s the Woodward and Bernstein of the Covid Scandals?”

Today’s Woodward and Bernstein are hunkering down under their desks, looking at their mortgage repayments and private healthcare plans, and hoping that this will all go away if they screw up their eyes tight enough. Anyone who counters the scriptures (what I shall henceforth call ‘the narrative’) is in danger of losing everything and being dragged out into the metaphorical town square, put in the stocks and have rotten eggs and tomatoes thrown at them until they recant. Hard to believe we’re in clown world this far after so few years and it ain’t even funny no more! I dared to post a link to Clintel and it’s There is a no Climate Emergency declaration before a friend, and he is a friend, said he couldn’t believe I had posted it. Am I wrong to hold a different opinion? It would seem I am a heretic. Long live heresy!

Today’s Woodward and Bernstein are lefties who are busy perpetuating and covering up scandals, not uncovering them.

Correction: It would still be a scandal, as it happened to the Left.
If it was done by the Left and happened to the Right, you are of course correct.
The Twitter files and their ignorance by the MSM are already proving this.

https://nltimes.nl/2023/01/09/dutch-pm-expresses-support-brazilian-president-attempted-coup

And if you dare to click on the BBC link you will see the usual line up of other WEF muppets also condemning the ”far-right violence”.

The matter of ‘fixing’ elections as far as the WEF / Davos Deviants goes is now simply a part of their modus operandi. They did it in the US with Biden, Macron in France, Zelensky in Hungary and doubtless others including the recent Aussie elections so now Bolsonaro gets booted out. It is simply routine practice.

Here in the UK, Johnson’s 80 seat majority over Labour looks highly sus and the installations of Chunt and Fishy were blatantly bent.

There is one overriding announcement from the flagrant abuse of elections – the message from the WEFfers to all those standing against them is two fingers, i.e. ‘we can do what we want, suck it up.’

Gross contempt really, but we know how corrupt they are. And this corrupting of seemingly democratic institutions will only become worse as they seek to make wholesale inversions of societal norms.

Zelensky in Hungary, HP? Is there no stopping that megalomaniac, munitions loving, bitcoin gambling, olive t-shirt modelling NATO puppet from taking over every news story going? We are in free fall democratically-speaking. The barbarians have leapt over the gates and are in the citadel, busy trashing it of every sacrosanct object that ever held up the notion of a decent society with morals and traditions and obligations, things that these people don’t have and can’t even understand. These people are dangerous but they are still flesh and blood and as flesh and blood, they can be dragged to the courts one day and held accountable. The problem is how?

The IFS report on rocketing disability claims is intereting and notes ‘there have been significantly more non-COVID deaths in 2021 and 2022 than in pre-pandemic years’. Also graphed as Figure 6, clearly showing that 2022 was higher than 2021.

“Climate doomsters once again hijacking science.”

Here’s an excerpt from Zoe Strimpel’s Telegraph piece: ‘That views like these have come back into vogue shows the derangement of contemporary Left orthodoxy, which has once again abandoned class warfare for internationalism and grandiose claims about humanity. Even as biochemists and big pharma rushed out the greatest vaccine achievement man had ever seen – the development and delivery of a Covid vaccine from scratch in under one year, saving tens of millions of lives – many on the Erlichian Left prefer to only see man’s sin and greed. Covid, it was popular to insist, was our punishment for polluting the earth.’
