Some vaguely good news: https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/defend-the-right-to-free-speech/ Update on Defend Free Speech and Assembly in the UK – Appeal to the High Court Dear supporters Earlier this year I launched this crowd fund (and another one on this site) to pay for an application for high court appeal and judicial review into two convictions I received for attending an early anti lockdown protest during the lockdown in 2020 in Hyde Park, London and for filming Gloucester hospital in December 2020; where Debbie was charged and convicted of a public order offence. The great news is that after a year of hard work and commitment from my legal team and initially being refused an application for judicial review, I attended a hearing at the High Court of Appeal in London on December 1st 2022 and I have now been granted a judicial review. The judicial review will be to look at how the law was applied to my charge and conviction for attending a protest and the use of the Corona Virus regulations. We are still waiting for a date for this judicial review in the High Court of Appeal and as soon as I get it, I will share it with you.… Read more »

To be fair there’s an inherent difficulty in allowing people to pay the same amount every month for a product that’s wildly seasonal. Someone is going to end up in credit. I don’t know if they offer a pure pay as you go option, but they should. As long as you bear in mind your periodic payments will be higher in the winter, it’s clearly better for the consumer.

An FOI has revealed that no analysis of the Pfizer clinical jab trial data was carried out by MHRA who gave it a conditional use authorisation. That is shocking. “In other words, the MHRA (the UK drug regulator that is tasked with ensuring safety of new drugs) failed to analyze the Pfizer data itself.  Furthermore they claimed to have given this job to Public Health England who stated categorically that they had no access to the data, let alone conducted data validation or analysis. The full document relating to the Public Health England FOI is available here (https://doctors4covidethics.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/4.-PHE_FOI.pdf). The bottom line is that this is the second of the big four drug regulators (MHRA, TGA, EMA, FDA) who have never inspected nor assessed the validity of Pfizer’s “miracle” data. Which begs the question – who, outside of Pfizer, has verified and analyzed Pfizer’s trial data?  Why should the public take Pfizer’s word on the results of their own investigations, when tens of billions of dollars in profits are at stake?  What is the true role of medical regulators if their approach to “any marketing authorisation” is laying a trail outsourcing data validation to a body that never received, let alone… Read more »

The incomparable Awkward Git of the Lockdown Sceptics Reddit has uncovered much circularity of this nature as a result of his tireless efforts with FOIs and other requests for information and letters – every one pointing the finger at everyone else, round and round it goes.
