Good morning, one and all.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/08/28/nhs-could-need-covid-style-measures-cope-winter-crisis/

“Chief Executive of the NHS Confederation has called for an “honest conversation” with the public about the capacity of the health service this winter, as he says the public needs to make a “really big contribution” as they did in Covid.”

I propose the best contribution is to substitute the clapping for a 2 fingered salute!! National Health Service – a National disgrace.

An honest conversation.? Lets start with ‘Why do you employ 1.4m people at an average cost to each UK family of £10k a year, and you use the term ‘really big contribution’, when what you really mean is ‘fuck off and die somewhere else?’..

An honest conversation with the NHS would be very refreshing. We could talk about ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, hospital capacity during lockdown, dancing nurses, Nightingale hospitals, vaccine safety, and that’s before we get onto the meaty philosophical topics such as ‘does the NHS exist to serve the public or is it the other way round?’

It seems to me that the NHS has become the backstop for our welfare state system. All the people who used to end up in the Workhouse, the Alms House or with the Sisters of Mercy now end up in the NHS. This winter, if we have people suffering from malnutrition and hypothermia, they will end up in the NHS. So many people that end up in the NHS are then hard to discharge. In that way the NHS is doomed to be in a continuing crisis.

The NHS as it exists today is an ineffective hugely expensive millstone around all our necks. Changing the NHS will be hard and chaotic such that I do not think any politician will tackle it until it really collapses. In view it needs breaking up into autonomous local health provisions linking charity and private input with state provision. It needs to distinguish health and social care provision. But I am afraid it will all get worse before there is any chance of it getting any better.

“Honest conversation” – an oxymoron if ever there was one especially from the lips of the CEO of the NHS. They have been anything but honest during the past two and a half years. They’ve coerced their own workforce to take highly dubious, dangerous and fatal experimental medical treatments and jabbed the population to boot, not truly knowing the potentially catastrophic effects. They lied to us about the initial panic as hospital after hospital was shown to NOT be full to the brim with dying COVID patients. They dispatched the elderly back to die in nursing homes. They kept the whole charade going month after month after month. They used to stand for health and doing no harm. If we’re going to have an ‘honest’ conversation how about we start with the censorship, and the ignoring of other perfectly viable, cheap and effective treatments such as ivermectim and hydroxychloroquine.

It really is astonishing how long the lies have been allowed to circulate and the fact that they are still being allowed to circulate, despite outright proof to the contrary. The reference to Norman Fenton’s article about a warning against use of the covid vaxx in pregnant women caught my eye. Although I had not before seen a direct warning against use, over the past year or so I would have a look at the info on the FDA and EMA websites. I just had another quick look at the FDA website, revised 8 July 2022. With regard to pregnancy and lactation it STILL says what is has said all along: there are insufficient data to say what the effects of the vaxx are on pregnant women and breastfed infants. I assume the EMA also still says this – 2 years in and they still do not know, yet shamelessly keep saying it is safe and effective for pregnant women. What a bloody disgrace. And no doubt when TSHTF they will say the information on the websites of the regulators made it clear we didn’t know and you took the poison of your own choice. The FDA fact sheet for… Read more »

So, due to an unexpected incident involving my daughter’s finger and a bathroom door yesterday, I feel I can give feedback on the NHS based on personal experience.😐 Scarborough A&E were great and couldn’t fault the staff. Signage for masks everywhere but hardly any staff wore one, certainly none that dealt with us, and we were never asked to wear one. Contrast that with Hull today…I’ve just been kicked of out the dept!😵 Long story short, the nurse asked me to wear one or if not put a visor on, I said no chance, not happening as there’s nothing wrong with me. I was forthright she got snotty. Surgeon came in, said nothing, then nurse comes back handing me a mask ( obv my huz puts his straight on!! ) saying I had to wear one, I stuck to my guns, Sister comes in saying if I don’t wear one to comply with guidelines she’d have to ask me to leave the dept. What happened next was me verbalizing my rational for not complying in Muppet Theatre nonsense, surgeon said he wasn’t bothered if I wore one or not but they had to adhere to Trust guidelines, me saying I’m… Read more »

Oh Mogs! As a Mum I feel for you.
Good on you for sticking to your guns.
The way to deal with it is just to say that you’re exempt. Guidelines do not trump law.
I sincerely hope that the drug of choice calmed you down & that your daughter is okay.

Ah thank you. Yes I think when the nurse asked what my reason for not wearing one was I replied, “Because I’m sensible.” 😆 The thing is, by saying that im exempt it’s essentially lying isn’t it, and I’m not a liar.
Anyway must scoot. Huz just called and she’s all done. She was nil by mouth just incase so we’ll go eat somewhere….😊

I had to go to a local hospital, taking an elderly friend, and I was ready for the mask-Nazis…and there weren’t any…!! It was super-disappointing, but I know that my chance will come one day…and I’ll channel some Mogs as well….!
I agree with you, we need to say NO outright, no excuses, they have no science or sense on their side, and people need to tell them straight!

Mask nazis are like the Spanish inquisition – nobody expects them. I have often been prepared for a confrontation that doesn’t happen, then it pops up in the most surprising place. We stopped going to our regular pub of 20 years over just such a stand off with the landlady. True shardenfraude when I saw that they are closing down.

Well that’s it. I certainly wasn’t about to be cowed or bullied into submission when they have literally no rationale to back up their Nazi rules. Penalising people, esp parents of child patients, is just the lowest of the low. Zero ethics. Zero evidence-based practice. All about enabling and perpetuating the narrative by adhering to dogma rather than data. There is no evidence to back up their mask protocol. We were sat in the waiting room and every chair had plastic screens at either side FFS.😒 So if this is Aug what is winter gonna be like? I’m also incredulous that staff seem to be OK with wearing those things for long shifts. Stark raving mad. I thought I’d wandered into the psychiatric ward by accident.😯

I went for a scan recently at the local hospital. Unexpectedly, I was asked to wear a mask by the unmasked lady in reception. I said I was exempt, which was fine, although compliant on my part. It was unexpected because I thought the hospital had done away with mask requirements. They still had a stupid plastic screen that I had to peer round when speaking to the receptionist, but thankfully the stupid ‘do not sit here’ tape on some seats in the waiting area had been removed.

Much respect from me HP. Up to 2019 I had been one of those Englishmen who would avoid confrontation at all costs if possible. I suppose it is a testament to the successful divisiveness of government propaganda that I almost came to blows with another old man over my lack of a face mask in a local Farmers’ Market during the height of COVID mania. On the plus side, whenever I see crowds of jubilant sports fans celebrating together or rock festival goers crammed together while enjoying their favourite band, I derive some pleasure from imagining Susan Michie’s annoyance when she witnesses such scenes.

Please can you amend your claim that “all the NHS” are brainwashed to the vast majority of the NHS.
There are a few good & enlightened souls who are fighting this battle from within the cauldron of NHS hell.
Dr Dave Cartland, Dr Sam White to name two GPs who have lost so much for placing patient care & medical ethics above the covid cult rubbish.

Apologies BB it’s just that from the considerable numbers of NHS personnel within both my family and social circle I do not know ONE who is not a fully paid up Covidiot.

I stand corrected.

Apology fully accepted. I know of a couple of awake clinicians personally, who are the resistance within. Sadly far too few of the medics at consultant level or GPs who are speaking out. The reasons? Above their paygrade & not wanting to put their livelihood at risk.
The tyrants at the top will quite happily sacrifice this spineless supine cohort. I’m so disappointed in friends within the NHS who have just swallowed the whole cult for an easy life.
One positive for the HCAs in my GP surgery – covid bioweapon injections were administered by the GPs…
It is the HCAs who are awake.

Bloomin’ Nora, Mogs! Bit of an ordeal. Trial by fire. I would have been right there with you, ripping up the masks in front of them, stamping on them in a sort of Basil Fawlty way and screaming ‘Naughty Masky, naughty masky, you can’t even do a simple job like keep out a simple virus’ before being dragged off by burly NHS thugs, I mean, security and thrown into the street. I don’t have a problem with most nurses and doctors but it’s the ones who refuse to look further than what they’re told, what they’ve read in the guidelines, who frighten me the most. They are the facilitators of this nonsense. They would probably approve of segregation and incarceration for unjabbed if things got ugly again and they would justify it to themselves. They are dangerous because they’re ignorant. Fighting ignorance with facts and truth is pointless: no amount of data will persuade them. We could throw reams of facts at them, bags full of overwhelming evidence and it wouldn’t make any difference.
Glad your daughter is OK.

Mogwai

🤣 Yes you’re right though. No amount of peer-reviewed data would have made a difference today. Theyre robots who’ve been programmed to repeat instructions without ever having questioned the evidence and scientific rationale behind those instructions. It’s painfully shameful that this adherence to dogma applies all the way from healthcare assistants to surgeons. But what a difference in Trusts! Scarborough no bother. Hull it’s 100% compliance or you’re out. It’s like a ridiculous contest of “My Covid is deadlier than your Covid.” They could have just respected the fact I wasn’t gonna comply today and left it at that but no, they had to push to the degree that they’d force a parent to leave their kid at such a time. It’s totally appalling when I think about it and unforgivable as its completely disproportionate and unjustified. Anyway, now I’ve had a taste of what you lot have to contend with. I also really feel for those who’ve perhsps been waiting months to see a specialist then you’re confronted with this crap. I mean, you can’t afford to just say, “Shove your masks.” And flounce out if you’ve waited months for a procedure so I thought how many are having… Read more »

Dr Mike on form. Again. This time about increasing control of movement.

[ Photo ]
https://petersweden.substack.com/p/bank-loan-cars?utm_medium=email

A switch to electric cars is a way that the perpetrators intend to deprive private individuals of ownership of vehicles.

Note the lack of interest in hydrogen fuel cell cars. There are numerous good arguments that solar-generated hydrogen creation from water, which can be stored & transported & dispensed safely at adapted current gas / petrol stations.
The cars themselves can readily make 400 miles per tank & refuelling is brisk, like gasoline.
The fuel cell creates electrical power upon demand & the exhaust is water vapour.
This combines not using fossil fuels to move about, with personal freedoms like we have now.
This solution is disregarded because this returns to individuals the right to drive “from coast to coast”, without stopping for anything more than fuel & sustenance.
Before anyone says “battery cars are the proven winners” I ask, battery technology can be refined further but hydrogen fuel cell cannot?
Best wishes
Mike

The agenda to deprive us of our cars is in full swing. Oil and gas drillers are finding it hard to raise finance for new prospects as banks adopt woke policies and deny finance. There will be no new petrol/diesel cars manufactured or sold in the UK after 2030 (2035 for the EU). Prices of fuels are bound to spike later in year – we are in the lull period – with rationing predicted. Will anyone do anything about it? Of course not. People will just go along with the plans until they’re sitting in their unheated homes, doling out the baked beans in the dark and talking about their summer holidays next year in the farmer’s fields down the road. Meanwhile, either Truss or Sunak will bleat on about supporting Ukraine (the refugees of which get all their rent and food paid for plus extra dosh on a card – not their fault but hey…) until the cows (who have clearly lost all navigational abilities) come home. The media will wholeheartedly support them while praising us all for tightening our belts for democracy and freedom and more jingoistic nonsense to make us feel good about ourselves while we shiver.… Read more »

This is VERY disturbing. Who controls the past controls the present. Who controls the present controls the future. Something is happening to internet search, no matter which engine you use. Ok, illustrated just one search term, but the troubling observations are that while you’re told there are hundreds of millions of hits, in practise, once you scroll down a few pages, so you’re still in the top fraction of a slice of 1% of these purported “hits”, all you’re presented with is the same items, again & again & again. At a glance, this preliminary conclusion. Unless you know exactly what you’re looking for, “search” is no longer a matter of mere efficiency, of page rank view. It’s inaccessible to you. You will never see anything that doesn’t come from a WEF-partnered media organisation or its affiliates. As the presenter says, if this doesn’t worry you, I don’t know what to say.  I’ve lived on information, professionally. When I started, there was no internet & indeed no computers. It didn’t prevent us from knowing our field very well. I’d peruse TOCs every time a new issue of a main journal published. I’d make a list & go and spend a… Read more »

A summary of an article in German on the wonders of Smart Cities…. Smart City Charta – You’ll own nothing and you’ll be happy. This document (https://www.smart-city-dialog.de/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/smart-city-charta-langfassung.pdf) written by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (no joke, this is really the ministry’s name) is somehow scary. It was written in 2017 and shows that the current agenda was planned for a long time. I translated page #43 for you that covers their societal vision.  1. Super resource-efficient society A society in which no building stands empty, but is used optimally all the time. Also, no cars drive empty anymore. New appliances and machines generate their own energy. For those working on energy harvesting sensors, the discussion of centralized, large power plants seems pointless. 2. Post-choice society Artificial intelligence replaces choice: We never have to decide to take a particular bus or train, but get the fastest way from A to B. We will never forget our keys, wallets or watches. We will also never forget our keys, wallets or watches. 3. Post-ownership society Thanks to information about available shared goods and resources, it makes less sense to own something: Perhaps private property will… Read more »

Yes very scary. I wonder who writes this nonsense. People who have watched too many sci-fi films perhaps? Bland people who want us all to be exactly the same so that they don’t feel so awkward or alienated? Certainly, utterly insane geeky data people who have no relationship with reality, no empathy with ordinary human beings, no real understanding of culture or society other than their own twisted interpretations. This would be the death of art and originality. Everything boiled down into a beige stew of bland, meaninglessness, of data to explain everything. No passion, no fire, no future at all. Who would ever want to live in such a world? And yet it has a government stamp to it. I despair. Resist indeed with every last breath.

  • U.K. Government says vaccine not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women” – Norman Fenton on the strange fact that the U.K. Government has a web page with a document titled “Information for Healthcare Professionals on COVID-19 Vaccine Pfizer/BioNTech” which says it was “updated on August 16th 2022” and which appears to tell pregnant women they should not be vaccinated.

A bit stuffing late now. I distinctly remember pregnant women being urged to take this drug (and the apparent consequences). Will people be held to account?
