Anthony Fauci Booed as He Throws First Pitch at Baseball Game
Dr. Anthony Fauci, the controversial Chief Medical Adviser to President Joe Biden, has been booed by spectators while throwing the ceremonial first pitch at the Seattle Mariners baseball game against the New York Yankees.
The 81-year-old, who has been Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases for 38 years and is known as America’s Doctor, has been heavily criticised during the pandemic for apparently orchestrating a cover-up of the lab leak theory of Covid origins with those involved in the associated research, making false or misleading claims about the efficacy and safety of vaccines, masks and other interventions, attacking scientists who disagreed with him, and changing his line for reasons apparently unconnected to evidence.
The ignominy of a public booing has rarely been more richly deserved. He’s still in post though. What do you have to do to get the sack round here? Ah yes, that’s right – mildly offend a woke activist. Do that and you’re out on your ear. But be caught conspiring to hide your potential culpability for a virus responsible for millions of deaths? Carry on, throw a pitch.

I’ve never understood the reverence for senior public figures that you see in the USA.
I much prefer the UK’s approach, where people such as politicians and senior civil servants are treated with suspicion by most.
What’s even more strange is that this is the country that had Reagan (probably the most popular president in the last century or so) state that “The top 9 most terrifying words in the English Language are: I’m from the government, and I’m here to help.”
I guess Prof Ferguson is in a category all of his own then, right? With his track record of constant epic failures with maximum harms done he shares the title of “Untouchable” like many others it would seem.
Prof Ferguson has a proud 100% record, 100% wrong. He has been at least a couple of orders of magnitude out on anything that he has been asked to put in his flaky model. It is said it was so bad that Bill Gates tried to get his guys to rewrite it, with limited success. When the code when published it looked like it had been put together by a dyslexic 8 year old.
No matter. On such meagre displays of ‘expertise’ you can, apparently, become ‘World renowned’…
Not only that, but a ‘world renowned’ epidemiologist when your only qualifications are physics degrees.
The question over Ferguson remains: for someone with such an appalling track record, which makes it clear he’s at best an incompetent crank, why did the entire machine of state and the Government take his COVID-19 models seriously and why did many others take them seriously too?
I suspect that if Ferguson hadn’t come up with these lunatic models, someone else would have, because it was clear throughout 2020 and beyond that the lockdowns and all the other restrictions were planned in advance and the figures massaged to justify the restrictions. Ferguson is just another collaborator in the style of people who helped German occupying forces against their fellow countrymen in the early 1940s.
It is the Octogenarians like Fauci and Pelosi I find fascinating. Surely you have lost your edge by then, and crave retirement, and you are just blocking succession of able people behind you.
Unless of course, there’s loads of stuff you don’t want people to find out until you wake up one day, dead.
That’s the idea. Like most tyrannical leaders, they have to remain in office or face justice for the crimes they’ve tried to bury.
Fauci’s incompetent and venal behaviour is on public display. The only surprise is that in a country so filled with lawyers he’s yet to see the inside of a prison cell.
Seriously, what did the organisers expect by asking this psychopathic liar to do the honours? I expect the crowd might end up cheering if he ever faces the Nuremburg 2.0 he deserves.
At least they didn’t lynch him, would have been more appropriate.

Who needs a rigged poll to see which way the wind’s blowing with regards to public opinion on this pocket-sized turd? Alas, just like Jimmy Saville, he will be pushing up daisies before he sees any kind of justice. But we evidently aren’t living in a just world now are we? It’s 100% corrupt as far as ‘TPTB’ are concerned anyway. I shouldn’t think Fauci gives a flying fig if he’s booed. He’s been having the last laugh for decades and will continue to do so until they carry him out in a box.

Why should he care if thousands of people boo him. He has very rich, very powerful people protecting him.
Wouldn’t it be nice if denmark put this much effort and honesty into early treatment for covid which we know saves lives, rather than continuing a program of booster covid injections which are ineffective and unsafe, causing adverse events an deaths. Perhaps they are inching their way to this endpoint, but it is taking them a while.
