Biden Catches Covid
U.S. President Joe Biden has tested positive for Covid. Sky News has the story.
His press secretary announced the news, adding that the President is “experiencing very mild symptoms”.
Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Mr. Biden, 79, tested positive this morning, adding that he is fully vaccinated and twice boosted.
Dr. Ashish Jha, White House Coronavirus Response Co-ordinator, said the President’s mild symptoms began on Wednesday and include a runny nose, dry cough and fatigue.
He added that the President went to bed and felt fine, but did not sleep well.
The White House said he has begun taking anti-viral treatment, Paxlovid and will isolate while continuing to carry out duties “fully”.
First Lady Jill Biden confirmed she has tested negative for the virus and spoke to the president and said “he’s feeling fine, just experiencing a few mild symptoms”.
Biden’s Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci has recently recovered from Covid, after having a twin bout owing to the ‘Paxlovid rebound’, and said the second bout had been “much worse”. It will be interesting to see whether Biden has a similar experience with the treatment.

He has relatively mild symptoms, unfortunately not enough to invoke the 25th amendment. In fact I think LBJ was more ill with flu in 1968 and the 25th amendment was invoked.
The Biden family are looking more and more like they may well be the political gangster family with the evidential rumours that Biden is the ‘Big guy’ in his sons laptop files; they makes the Trumps look like the Waltons.

Paxlovid that made Fauci feel worse? I doubt it somehow.
Not sure why he’s isolating as “vaccinated” people are a “dead end” for the virus according to him.
If symptoms are mild – thanks to all that mRNA juju of course – what possible reason to medicate? CoVid, along with all respiratory virus infections, resolve within 10 days on average, so by the time medication would build enough load to have any noticeable effect, the symptoms would be subsiding anyway.
And in any case aren’t we constantly told that vaccination reduces the risk to a trifling amount if you dose yourself every few months?
Wasn’t cancer after all, then.
CoVid perhaps is the miracle cure we’ve been looking for.

More likely that after he “misspoke” yesterday, he’s being kept out of the limelight for a while.
For a while? More like forever I should think, the man is a total liability.
I fully expect to either hear he is getting better, then has the pfaxlovid rebound after which he worsens and shuffles off, or that he comes down with the very convenient ‘long covid’. Actually, the latter is more likely, then his puppet masters can keep playing their games without even having to pull his strings or cover up his gaffes and he still cops all the blame for the continued worsening of the state of the union.

I’ve come to believe that Biden is a deeply compromised and captured Chinese cutout, whose job is not only to destroy America, but forever disgrace and discredit it too. I fear that next, he (or President Harris; God help us) will inadvertently lead America to war on two fronts, a war they are down to lose. The 21st century belongs to China, I’m afraid.
Years ago, if he was ill with whatever, they would either say nothing, or emphasise the fact that the president had xyz but carried on working, don’t take time off sick etc, or alternatively they might say “he’s found a wonder drug from firm abc – you should all buy it”. Take your pick. No shortage of medical proselytisation across the pond, by the look of it.
I wonder if “incapacity due to Long Covid” is the way the Dems intend dispensing with Biden’s Presidency?

Obama is running the Whitehouse from his coastal residence, we saw that when Biden was ignored by him and everyone else as Vice President and company, fawned over their now secret President the former President Obama.
The vast majority of American people seem to be as slow as Biden in working out they don’t have a working honest democracy anymore.
And is Biden faking a lot of this, his reputation goes before him?
