- “Covid Policy Reinforces Chinese Communist Party Tyranny” – Hundreds of millions of Chinese have more keenly felt the communist lash than before, writes Doug Bandow in AIER.

Good morning all.
“Free speech has to win” (Zahawi)
Got to laugh at the hard-faced cheek of this corrupt barsteward.
Good morning!
Will they have to pay to down tick us now?
Have we seventeen 77 ‘ers on here?
Yes. Aren’t these the same twerps who claim the weather is a great threat? (Ironically they appear to have been making a considerable effort to hide an “inconvenient truth”…).
Yes. Teach them all about the historical tradition in Kenya (Keen-yah?) of killing babies that are born feet first. (Not so different to what happens in the “United States” today…).
If the government try and ban us from posting what we are currently allowed to post on here, can someone please commission (underground if necessary) some large helium balloons (like the poorly funded anti-North East Regional Assembly people who attached a white elephant one to the Tyne Bridge to get their message across), or at least some large stickers (like the White Rose ones) with our messages on to leave in strategic places? Free speech must continue, underground if necessary, though it will be coming to something if we end up getting advice from opposition campaigners in the PRC about how to survive totalitarianism (as apparently happened when the churches were closed in Western countries during lockdown).
Most people took no notice of what @ClarkeMicah said more than 7 years ago. Man, was he right. pic.twitter.com/G3gIywgeXc
Already illegal for “Conservative Christians” (or for that matter socialist non-Christians) to “pray silently (thought crime) outside some abortion “clinics”. And some people have already gone to prison in Britain for pro-life campaigning.
We cannot take freedom of speech and civilisation, and Britain has become less tolerant.
Hitchens got that part correct.

Good Morning
It’s good to have DS back in it’s new form ! Checkout The Dark Horse podcast , Bret has been to Bath for a conference that I wish I could have attended 👏👍
D-Day was today in 1944 ! Everyone involved would I’m sure be mortified if they could see what’s become of their Legacy !
Morning Freddie, morning all! Testing testing 123…I’m right in thinking I’m now on the correct forum for BTL? LOL…!
But seriously..my lovely father fought, as a very young man, in WW2…I will give more thoughts to him (than usual) today….nice to be reminded…
Legend 😇 , my moms brother was there aged 18 , reported MIA , their sister started with epilepsy with the stress of it all as they hadn’t long lost their mom ! He did turn up & got home ! However … I think I’m right , during the Big televised ( not now by the way ) 50th anniversary of D-Day my mom & Dad were at his house watching proceedings & he totally broke down !!.. & talked about the horror of it all for the first time to anyone !
Wow! Only 1 death in Denmark without underlying co-morbidities…

Sweden has acted as everyone should. As with a regular flu season. Something everyone else should learn from.
In Denmark, only 1 person has died without underlying diseases. After access to documents from the Danish Health and Medicines Authority.
(there is a tweet in Danish..I’ll see if I can find the actual link) but it looks real….
Also this…

Republic of Ireland.
Total Deaths solely from C19, without ANY comorbidities..
153
Deaths under age 55 …. 6 That’s right…. 6.
Deafening Silence from MSM & Establishment.
Well I am still struggling to find my way round the new DS. Yes I am a tecchie hopeless but this is not intuitive by any stretch.
Where’s it all gone?
Doubtless this is in the wrong place but – from an excellent piece in TCW discussing Bozo’s chances in the vote of no confidence tonight:
“On Friday, Boris Johnson, with apparent humility, read the words from Philippians 4 at Her Majesty’s Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving: ‘Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure . . . think about such things. Put it into practice.’
The irony of it! The chutzpah!”
The piece of crap is a moral vacuum.
Know what you mean HP…..if you find out this isn’t the place please let me know…where’s SB, Kate, Victoria?…even concrete would be welcome at this point!!LOL….
I can’t see where else it could be though!,,, I’ll check back later…
Don’t pin any hopes on me finding my way round ebygum, unfortunately 😕.
I used to post in the forums but that had an update twelve months ago abd for me it became unusable so now I leave it alone.
And where are Kate, Mogwai, Sophie, SW, AE, Londo, CG, Athelread, Redhot, Freddy and all the rest of the fine chaps and chappesses?
Probably looking for us!? I’m sure we will work it out….maybe they’ve got hangovers from celebrating the Jubilee weekend?!!!
I hope you are right. I hope they come looking for us.
Awwhh!
I’m lost as well , really struggling to find comments ! Also where have all the Down ticks come from at £5 a pop !
One of my bestest, all time favouritist sayings:
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Nice to be back. Well worth paying for. Keep up the good work Team DS.
Boris staying put !
