Beware a More Transmissible and Deadly Variant, Warns Bill Gates (Who Has a Book to Promote)
Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates has warned there is a “way above 5%” risk the world has not yet seen the worst of the Covid pandemic. MailOnline has more.
The tech mogul and philanthropist said he did not want to sound “doom and gloom” but warned there was a risk an “even more transmissive and even more fatal” variant could be generated.
He said the risk of that happening is “way above 5%” and would mean the world has yet to see the worst of the pandemic.
It is not the first time he has made such a prediction. In December 2021, he warned his millions of Twitter followers to brace themselves for the worst part of the pandemic having previously cautioned in 2015 that the world was not ready for the next pandemic.
Gates told the FT: “We’re still at risk of this pandemic generating a variant that would be even more transmissive and even more fatal.
“It’s not likely, I don’t want to be a voice of doom and gloom, but it’s way above a 5% risk that this pandemic, we haven’t even seen the worst of it.”
COVID-19 has killed an estimated 6.2 million people worldwide since March 2020, but case numbers and deaths have been dropping in recent weeks.
Gates’s warning comes after Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of the World Health Organisation (WHO), this week warned that people still needed to be weary of the virus, and that decreases in overall testing and Covid surveillance in many countries left the world at risk to a resurgence of the virus.
Gates – who releases his new book How to Prevent the Next Pandemic on Tuesday – advised governments across the world to invest in a team of epidemiologists and computer modellers to help identify global health threats in the future.

The Australian winter (in the olden days, a flu season which panicked absolutely nobody) begins 10 days after the Federal Election of May 21.
There might be some try-outs here, which will test the surviving mandates and people’s levels of tolerance.

It never went away, just got milder and milder until it was unnoticeable – like CoV 2, but unlike Bill Gates the corrosive variant.
We have multiple friends who were aghast my wife, daughter and me were ‘unvaccinated’ against covid.
My wife has just retired as head of Nursing at a prominent university so I know they all respect her opinion, but went ahead and got jabbed anyway like good sheep.
But as my wife, daughter and me have breezed through covid largely ignoring the nonsense government ‘advice’ and instructions, I know most are now questioning their own sanity for having taken the jab.
The next round of ‘vaccinations’ won’t be nearly as well received by the general public in my opinion. There are far to many healthy purebloods around.
Yes I’m in agreement. I think there’ll be a gradual decline in uptake with every ‘booster’ they bring out. Or new-fangled formula jab in autumn, but it’ll definitely be less. That’s why the powers that be will be presently concocting a plan as to how they can manufacture another “crisis” to elicit sufficiently high levels of fear once again. But for a third year running? Doubtful. People are wising up. Even if they don’t want to outwardly admit to the rest of us that they’ve behaved like naive idiots, at least if they admit to themselves they were had then that should prove enough to change their behaviour going forward. But what we need is for these very people to also not fall for the Covid testing bollocks again because that’s what’ll drive any restrictions governments won’t be shy in reintroducing.
I’d go out on a limb and say I think the ‘global pandemic’ phase of the Great Reset is over. Bill Gates is talking up his book and his beloved vaccines for obvious reasons but I don’t think he or Big Pharma are driving this thing; rather, it feels to me like the pandemic was required to alter/lower expectations in the West ahead of the great digital transition which will be messy and painful for many. I think the ‘pandemic’ has now serves its purpose and there’s no going back. I’m prepared to be disappointed but I just don’t think anyone would buy it a second time..

I think the vccines have been very successful and are doing what was intended. ie population control. We will see many many people dying over the next few years. It will be through heart attack, stroke and many soft tissue cancers. It will happen in all ages and governments will blame lockdown and lack of hospital access. Of course it will be due to the lethal injection. Those in control are not stupid. They want to rule the world without the nuisance of paying pensions, welfare etc. They know they cannot carry out their treason en masse. It has to be done insidiously otherwise those naughty little plebs will storm government buildings etc. The next step is Digital ID which introduces credit score systems. Before we know it those unjabbed will be in their homes with a box of food delivered weekly, no access to healthcare, no ability to enjoy theatre, sport or even travel. I refuse all vaccines now even though I have had many in the past; I now believe that they are a tool of oppression and, probably, a means to achieve the UN’s population reduction target.
In 1918/19, all of central Europe was – thanks to the so-called British hunger blockade, the first large-scale attempt at waging war on civilians – full of seriously malnourished people often living in cramped accomodation. In addition to that, there were millions of almost as badly malnourished soldiers dressed in better rags stuffed into makeshift accomodations behind trench fortifications. An unusually deadly communicable disease would have left fields of corpses in its wake and likely, cut the so-called Great War short by at least a year.
What happened instead is that said soldiers mounted a huge and initially very successful offensive (which ultimatively failed because of a want of strategic objectives) and then, marched back home in order to fight a bloody civil war against the communist revolution in Germany.
Judging from what I know about the time, the so-called Spanish flu pretty much didn’t happen outside of wealthy US neighbourhoods were lots of fairly young people got killed by systematical mistreatment on behalf of influenza hysterics armed with medical masks.

I’ve just had a look at the Dr Richard Day site – very poor site and difficult to navigate – and read the piece about cancer. Among other things Cancer Research UK has an income of £527 million per year. And Cancer treatments have not moved on much at all in the last 100 years. WTF are they doing with all this money?
A Dr apparently found a method of killing cancer cells within 24 hours back in 2001 but where has that gone?
Dr Richard Day apparently stated in 1969 that cures for cancers were known but were not being promoted because cancers help to reduce world population numbers and anyway pharma make big money out of dodgy cancer drugs.
I have an acquaintance, nothing more, who told me at the back end of last year that cancers can be cured. He has a sister who has a significant position in Astra Zeneca and she told him that cures for cancer were available but being deliberately suppressed.

Apple only went to a Unix like system after Steve Jobs returned when they bought his company NeXT for its OS. It was based on the Mach microkernel so technically not Unix.
NeXT (and OS X) also use a Mach microkernel but they’re not really microkernel OSes. Both run a complete BSD kernel (based on 4.4BSD for NeXT and FreeBSD for OS X) on top of mach inside the kernel space.
