Deaths in Iceland Jump 30% in First Quarter of 2022 – Just as Vaccine Boosters Were Rolled Out

In January to March 2022, 760 people died in Iceland, a sharp increase of 30% compared with the previous year. Excess mortality in the first quarter against the average for the past five years is 28%.

Chief Epidemiologist Thorolfur Gudnason, who recently fell seriously ill with COVID-19 despite triple vaccination, which according to him provides excellent protection against serious illness, says Covid may explain this increase. However, as 64 people have died with COVID-19 since the start of the year, this might explain at most a third of the increase of 168 deaths, as it is unknown what proportion of the 64 deceased actually died from Covid rather than with Covid but from a different underlying cause (in England and Wales this proportion is 64%, according to official data). Two deaths following vaccination were reported in the first quarter – though the under-reporting rate of vaccine injuries in Iceland is unknown.

What, then, explains deaths jumping by 28%, from an average of 592 over the previous five years – fluctuating between a minimum of 560 and a maximum of 620 – to 760 in 2022?

The explanation for most of those excess deaths is clearly not COVID-19, and the breakdown of deaths by cause is not yet available. Judging from weekly data available it seems the bulk of the excess mortality was among the over-70s. Mass vaccination was mostly over by autumn 2021, but in late November, December and January about a third of the population, predominantly people middle-aged and older, got their third dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

By the end of March, the media reported a rapid rise in influenza infections, but this can hardly be a contributing factor with only 10 hospitalisations reported and no deaths.

So we have an unprecedented surge in excess mortality in the first quarter of 2022, a third of which at most may be attributed to COVID-19. The rest remains unexplained and the only notable health-related event that occurred around the same time was booster vaccination of a third of the population. Notably, in many other countries mortality, which was elevated in the second half of 2021 (for reasons not yet fully understood), was back to normal in early 2022. But then, the booster campaigns in those countries took place earlier than in Iceland.

They would simply counter by saying deaths begun peaking while the roll out took place which is why the injections were being pushed because people were dying and probably the graph begins to fall after this.
There’s always an answer to everything but also curiously numbers always seem to go up when events such as masks and lockdowns take place too.

The of course have absolutely no clinical basis for knowing or saying they are harmless or not but simply deny the evidence of their own eyes and their experience.

A lot of people got taken in by the nonsensical explanation that if you got seriously ill from the poke, that just proved it was working properly.

Isn’t that why every healthy person seeks medical treatment? So they can feel much, much worse afterwards? War is peace, freedom is slavery, serious pain means you’re in excellent health.

They’ve been propagandised/conditioned to believe that the pseudo vaccine is wonderful, and that things would be a whole lot worse without it. So no matter what they experience post-inoculation, if they hadn’t had the inoculation things would have been worse. Hence, as Annie says above, even if they were drawing their last, dying breath, they would be convinced that that last breath would have come sooner had they not had the inoculation.

It is a position not open to being falsified, and it is utterly deranged and cultish.

I knew that there was nothing I could say to dissuade her; and that any expression of concern or distress on my part would simply entrench her beliefs.

She knows that I am not of the faith, and when we last met had a way of looking at me with a tinge or pity for my deluded state of being. This put a strain on the friendship, but we still exchange greetings and best wishes for old time’s sake.

I can understand people believing that a “vaccine” is their saviour. But in this case, one first had to believe in the great and terrifying Baal of Covid. My friend was at virtually no risk at all of any serious illness.

That’s right, they’re lying about the age group affected. The WHO report quotes an age group between 1mo and 16 years. It’s autoimmune Hep, so it’s 99% the vaxx, particularly as it’s all over the globe. The liver’s a big organ, so probably attracts billions of those positively charged lipids.

The explanation for the increase in child hepatitis – caused by adenovirus – is it is a byproduct of lockdown, young children not having been exposed to this and other viruses, so their immune system is not prepared and able to respond.

This is the scary thing. Micro-clots in the brain are near impossible to detect until after death, and even that requires considerable time and surgical effort. We have billions of tiny bloodstreams, each with it’s specific purpose. So we are literally looking at potentially mind-altering, personality changing effects here. Tiny parts of the brain will simply die away and you may not even notice.

Unspiked friends have ranged from ‘slightly different from a cold, but also milder than most colds I’ve had’ to ‘a little worse than most colds, but much milder than flu’. Chris there is no covid. There is simply mislabelling of death and disease. The requirements to label someone a covid death are laughably fraudulent and have been set up that way purely to engineer a tonne of forged death certificates and then use the fake death toll to frighten everyone with. They changed the rules on death certificate registration in the UK just before covid, conveniently. Up to the scamdemic, we had some of the most robust death certificate registration rules in the world following the crimes of Dr Harold Shipman who was kiling his patients and getting away with it because of a loophole in the system .SO they tightened it all up – UNTIL CONVID WHEN THEY MADE IT INTO A FARCICAL VEHICLE FOR DEATH CERTIFICATE FORGERY TO ENABLE EASY INPUT OF COVID ON THE DEATH CERTIFICATE. Links and further info here: https://in-this-together.com/covid-19-is-a-statistical-nonsense/ Then they banned autopsies on Covid deaths to cover up the crimes they were clearly committing. The UK death toll is a complete fraud and simply acts as a weapon for the government to terrorise people with and make them scared of something that isnt real. “Bring on the nukes, let’s finish this thing!” Funny you should say that. The British state broadcaster this morning was talking about Britain’s “war aims” against Russia. Britain’s WHAT??? But that’s what they said – war aims. General Richard Shirreff – NATO’s recent former Deputy Supreme Allied Commander for Europe (DSACEUR) and author of the book “War with Russia” that was published soon after he left that post – was on the Today programme, basically calling for huge amounts to be spent on weapons (that’s his main shtick) so that Britain can help reconquer the Ukraine…including the Crimea (sic!)… and presumably the US navy can then operate from Sevastopol. His book is not only terribly written – it’s also cr*p in almost every other way you can think of, especially in the sense of completely forgetting that Russia is a nuclear power. (It’s hard to imagine this – but yes, this army general writes a book on “war with Russia” in the near future and he has no idea how to take into account the fact that Russia has thousands of nuclear warheads.) In Australia in the month of January 2022, all-cause deaths were 22.1% higher than the historical average (15,805 deaths, some 2,865 higher than the baseline average). The ABS claims that Covid deaths were the second leading cause of death (after cancer). In Australia, 89% of the entire population aged five and over are double jabbed and 65% of people aged 16 and aover are triple vaccinated so how come Covid is now the second most common cause of death in Australia, given the religious embrace of the miracle Pharma juice that was supposed to stop all the Covid mortality mayhem? There are two possible interpretations: (a) If we take the ‘Covid deaths’ figures at face value, that clearly means that the vaxxes don’t work and are, in fact, increasing the susceptibility to death by Covid. (b) If we are sceptical of the Covid deaths data (as we should be given that the ABS religiously adheres to the WHO’s inflationary definition for a Covid death) then clearly something else is causing deaths to spike. Wonder what that could be, as Australia’s booster program rolled out from January 2022. Maybe, just maybe, the fact that Australia’s medical licensing board (AHPRA) has instructed all doctors… Read more »

Must be something in the vaccines causing “Vaccine Derangement Syndrome” – they say they can cause neurological damage.

I blame the unvaccinated for the jump. Obviously it’s those who are selfishly unprotected from this deadly virus who are passing it onto the protected.

You are jesting, but earlier this week some Canadian media were running articles referencing a study that showed that vaxxed people were much more likely to get the deadly lurgi by being around unvaxxed and needed protection from the unvaxxed (the article failed to point out that they being vaxxed was supposed to mean they were already protected). Conversely, the (presumably same) unvaxxed were much less likely to get the deadly lurgi if they hung around with the (presumably same) vaxxed. That was quite the headscratcher!

my word what have they done to people. Iceland is an excellent cohort where the population pretty much has NO reason to see mortalities increase (given their general health etc). Just watch what happens in the next round of boosters – keep an eye on MRNA being dropped.

Odd they approved a jab with fewer deaths in a placebo group?

GlassHalfFull

As the article mentions the authorities will just blame it all on Covid and say there is no connection with the Sainted experimental jabs.

Those of us who refused the jab and persuaded our loved ones not to have them will be safe in the knowledge that we will not become an ignored medical statistic.

“What, then, explains deaths jumping by 28%, from an average of 592 over the previous five years – fluctuating between a minimum of 560 and a maximum of 620 – to 760 in 2022?” Here’s a thought – how about looking at what the cause of death was marked down as on the death certificates? Why are we looking at the 3rd ‘booster’ when it was widely claimed that the 2nd jab was going to give everyone ‘ADE’? Maybe that’s what all the ‘excess’ died of? This time next year there will be, no doubt, another ‘mysterious rise in deaths’ over some period of time from some part of the world plucked from the air… and for which we can blame Vaccine No 5… Something that is clearly missing from this forum is percentages of people in the UK who have had 1 jab, 2 jabs, 3 jabs, 4 jabs. And jabs of what combination? No-one seems to know. How many children aged 5-18 have had jabs? No-one seems to know. Facts and details are so often left out – often, I suspect, deliberately. The bottom line seems to be that some people think these ‘vaccines’ are bad for you,… Read more »

But every country has access to the numbers jabbed presumably. This info is freely available on government health websites. In the Netherlands they state it’s “estimated” 84.9% of over 12s have been fully vaxxed.

Since when have I started to believe ‘Government statistics’?
I thought they were all lying, swindling scammers.
Apparently/allegedly people were nipping into ‘pop-up jabbing tents’ (sometimes set up outside school gates to entice the kiddies, with hijab-wearing ‘nurses’) and not giving any names… so how would even the Government know who they were?

Mogwai

Reply to  Emerald Fox

Presumably all of those expensive vials and doses administered need accounted for and the people doing the jabbing would be keeping some sort of record of who they’ve jabbed and with what. They’d be held responsible for their quota of the drug, is what I’m guessing anyway.

The bottom line seems to be that some people think these ‘vaccines’ are bad for you, yet conveniently ignore the fact that the streets aren’t filled with the dead killed by “Bill Gates’ depopulation jabs”

I wonder about this too. I certainly have my misgivings, but we are not seeing the bodies pile up.

The best I have are anecdotal accounts from triple-jabbed family members who have suffered poor health since their last booster. Plus some comments about not feeling right since the last jab etc.

But you are correct, we are not seeing mass deaths. The occasional anecdote or even confirmed death from the vaccines can be attributable to the volume they administered i.e. if you inject tens of millions a few hundred deaths related to the vaccines would be expected.

The only potential issue could be original antigenic sin which may have an effect later in the year.

Your statement that seeing live persons around as contradiction of mass deaths is ridiculous. The article discuss excess deaths about 100 in certain age groups(elderly).Iceland has 300 000 persons and nobody is describing mass deaths. There is a serious discussion of excess deaths, not imaginary mass deaths,as far as I am aware of.

The streets were never filled with dead people in 2020 and yet we were told that about 80,000 people had died from Covid19. Every year about 690,000 people die in the UK, yet we never see the streets filled with the dead. You do talk rubbish at times. In the US mortality among the working age population has risen by 40%, following the roll-out of the so-called vaccines, something you’ve conveniently ignored.

I think it’s ( irony of ironies ) a case of the very people who were labelled as “high risk” from succumbing to Covid sans jab, and who were urged/coerced/frightened into getting the jabs first, now croaking it due to the very virus they were meant to be protected from because of an injection that’s making them more susceptible to getting ill, not less. Given the low IFR of Omicron I’d say they’d have only gotten a sniffle or a bit of flu-like symptoms at worst, but the injection is crashing their innate/adaptive immunity so it can’t even cope with something which probably wouldn’t have even killed them in the first place. The “vulnerable” class who were first in the queue are now even more vulnerable as a result of their jabs, the epidemiologist mentioned above being just one example. There’s lots of data now supporting this too. A reasonably healthy person is not going to just get seriously ill or die from something that’s on a par with a cold for most, especially if they obviously managed to get through 2020/2021 in one piece. It’s a no-brainer that it’s the jabs and until you show me all the ‘never-jabbed’… Read more »

After any vaccination, for the next couple of weeks the immune system is overloaded and the person is susceptible to any opportunistic infection.

It may well be that the increased deaths post vaccination in Iceland are not vaccine accidents but caused by other viral and bacterial infections.

It is one of the curious things about this whole drama, that ‘vulnerable’ means vulnerable only to CoVid. Vulnerable people are elderly with underlying health problems. Giving them a vaccine makes them more vulnerable. Which is why it is not advisable to vaccinate vulnerable people, not only are they going to die soon anyway, but vaccination is likely to make it sooner rather than later.

This used to be known until medical science was erased in 2020 and replaced with Unidisease.

Great point, well put. My hypothesis is that the jabs are screwing up people’s immunity, as opposed to strengthening it, so that they’re now more at risk of succumbing/getting seriously ill from *anything*, not just Covid. A circulating pathogen they would have fought off previously now poses more of a threat and I reckon the more jabs they get the worse they’re screwing themselves over.

BeBopRockSteady

It fixated their immune response on the spike. So they do not generate an immune response to the nucleocapsid (the shell) of the virus. N antibodies.

They measure how great the vaccines are by the strength of the spike antibodies found in the blood of stab victims.

Take a sample from their mucosal cells and look for a response there, you won’t find much. Or at least much less than the vax free that have been previously infected. So the pathology of this illness means that as a stab victim, your body doesn’t see any virus to respond to until its well established.

Hence the “it prevents death” last chance saloon claims they have now reached.

I know. There’s so many of them now who seem quite proud to even broadcast their stupidity on Twitter etc, that they’ve tested positive despite being double jabbed and boosted. And the laugh is that they want us all to follow their example! The mind boggles! To my mind they are all perfect examples of what NOT to do just because you’re scared of a common bloody cold! They can shove their little pricks up their collective arses.

These are new vaccines – not like the tried and tested old vaccines that would usually take several years to develop and test – these are completely new vaccines and the process by which these vaccines manipulates the bodies natural defences into fighting disease and viruses is completely new and I believe largely untested and from my understanding any testing they may have been done have been not very successful to say the least – now maybe I’m completely naive here but if I were a betting man my money would be on the mRNA vaccines being the culprit here – completely f*cking-up a highly complex immune system that could possibly react in numerous ways to this new mRNA vaccine that is attempting to trick it into reacting in an abnormal way – hence many bizzare and baffling side-effects and deaths.

Large-scale COVID-19 vaccinations are currently underway in many countries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Here, we report, besides generation of neutralizing antibodies, consistent alterations in hemoglobin A1c, serum sodium and potassium levels, coagulation profiles, and renal functions in healthy volunteers after vaccination with an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. Similar changes had also been reported in COVID-19 patients, suggesting that vaccination mimicked an infection. Single-cell mRNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) before and 28 days after the first inoculation also revealed consistent alterations in gene expression of many different immune cell types. Reduction of CD8+ T cells and increase in classic monocyte contents were exemplary. Moreover, scRNA-seq revealed increased NF-κB signaling and reduced type I interferon responses, which were confirmed by biological assays and also had been reported to occur after SARS-CoV-2 infection with aggravating symptoms. Altogether, our study recommends additional caution when vaccinating people with pre-existing clinical conditions, including diabetes, electrolyte imbalances, renal dysfunction, and coagulation disorders.
