Toby appeared this week on “So What You’re Saying Is” from the New Culture Forum to be interviewed by Peter Whittle on lockdowns and free speech. As the Free Speech Union (FSU) marks its second anniversary, Toby says that recent victories notwithstanding, the wider war is being lost and England could wind up having Europe’s worst free speech protection. He also discusses the past two years under Covid and why he feels vindicated. Watch the interview here.

I think some of the general direction of proposed reforms to the Human Rights Act are dangerous and give parliament, the government and the “public good” too much weight

I’m looking at it myself, but an obvious built in belief is that Parliament is the top of the pyramid of “democracy”, with the legal system – courts, judges and so on – being somewhat down the scale. We are a long way down, unfortunately.

Doesn’t holding the glasses just stop them falling on the floor? I’m not convinced; are Masons the only ones concerned about dropping their glasses?
Ones nose and ears are supposed to stop them falling off. Photographing and publishing the act makes me wonder why.
What are the chances that the same man adjusts his glasses the same way 5 times?

A tiny snapshot in time of people doing what people do with glasses to adjust them comfortably on their faces. Stupid shit like this does no one any favours.

Many of them are said to get small boys to do that for them.
You may find it “stupid shit”, I find it quite interesting. Hence why I posted it, to provoke a debate.
A photograph, a millisecond of time (sometimes less) can be framed to make someone look like they’re doing anything if you attach the correct words to the picture. A politician can be made to look like they’re sleeping in parliament if you capture them blinking while looking down. Someone can be made to look like they’re laughing at someone’s misfortune if you photo them laughing and then add words to cement that belief, when the photo was taken at some other time.
Photos and journalists lie. Photographers reframe and create images based on composition. There are certain rules that make a photo more appealing. I say this as a designer and photographer.
All of the gestures on that page I make myself during conversation as I’m sure most other people I know do too. I’m not a Freemason and neither are people I know. We’re just regular people – but if you photo me in conversation at the right time and frame the story that I make these gestures that are Masonic then you’ve just made up some stupid shit.
No yellow star for me? I’ll try harder next time.

Talk about free speech. Here’s a short video of a well-dieted and highly intelligent looking Ashleigh Shackelford telling an audience of White Karen’s that they are inherently racists and not even human.
I kid you not, Shackelford told this White audience that they were not human. It can’t be possible to be any more racist than that. Yet video’s showing Shackelford’s blatant racism are still all over YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
What’s nauseating and alarming is that not one of the White Karen’s had the guts to get up and walk out of Shackelford’s hate fest. Let alone tell Shackelford to stuff her BS where the sun doesn’t shine. And believe me, Shackelford has a lot of places that the sun never reaches.
These Karen’s that sat through and sucked up this hate fest are just a microcosm of what’s wrong with the West. Gutless cowardliness is the West’s foremost problem.

Yet another body builder has suddenly died without explanation. A new trend I’ve noticed is when they report these deaths, they’ll rake up the person’s medical history to imply the death was related to previous illness they may have had.
Unless they were outspoken purebloods – then it’s the “last dying breath regret” story, full double page spread.

This country the UK is in a lot of trouble right now. We ave real problems of traitors running and manipulating our government. It is manifesting in the most Orweliian laws ever. Expose the traitors! Make them face questions. The justification for the changes to the Human RIghts Act are woeful, its all because prisoners this and criminals that – you all of a sudden can be carted off to the concentration camp. Well done Toby, Freedom of Speech is essential to enable idiots like the Mayor of Ottawa to expose themselves. He declared a state of emergency after having dropped this insight about dangerous bouncy castles and saunas
