Doesn’t sound like the SCOTUS is going to be of much use. It would be pretty incredible to see this kind of nonsense coming from the highest judicial levels, if you weren’t already aware of the kinds of people selected into these positions by US leftist activists: https://twitter.com/MichaelPSenger/status/1479554443389530112 “A partial list of COVID misinformation repeated by the US Supreme Court so far today: •100,000 children in critical care and on ventilators (Sotomayor) •Vaccine mandate would prevent 100% of US cases (Breyer) •COVID deaths are at an all-time high (Sotomayor) 1/ 8:44 PM · Jan 7, 2022·Twitter Web App 3,458  Retweets 471  Quote Tweets 7,705  Likes Replying to @MichaelPSenger Michael P Senger @MichaelPSenger · 3h Replying to  @MichaelPSenger •It’s “beyond settled” that vaccines and masks are best way to stop the spread (Kagan) •COVID vaccines stop transmission (Kagan) •Federal government can mandate vaccines using its police power (Sotomayor) •Hospitals are nearing capacity (Sotomayor) 2/ Michael P Senger @MichaelPSenger · 3h •Omicron is deadlier than Delta (Sotomayor) •Hospitals are full of unvaccinated people (Breyer) 3/ ” These are statements that could only be made by coronapanic zealots determined to avoid inconvenient truths. Looks like Sotomayor, at least, is getting a well deserved kicking from conservatives, but some of those statements from Kagan and Breyer are as bad.

Fact-checkers. Hello?” Fox News contributor Joe Concha asked in response to Sotomayor.

“Inexcusable for a SCOTUS justice to peddle this fear mongering false info,” the Hudson Institute’s Rebeccah Heinrichs wrote.

“It’s actually terrifying that a Supreme Court justice can be so misinformed. The emperor has no clothes,” Ron DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw chimed in.

“Justice Sotomayor’s comment on 100,000 children in serious condition with covid is such a flagrantly untrue statement she should have to correct it after the argument. It’s embarrassing for the Supreme Court to allow that factual inaccuracy to occur in an oral argument,” OutKick’s Clay Travis tweeted.

The Windsors have to go – or be shown the door.

Evison1

Doesn’t seem to me we are being led by scientists or science. Whitty and Valance are technocrats who seem to have been captured by business interests. It’s a problem in journalism that few are equipped to formulate questions that require technical depth, but covid and climate require it. Doesn’t stop journalists becoming influential though or even Prime Minister.

The British Royal Family’s conversion to leftist causes, done purely out of a sense of self-survival after smelling which way the social wind has been blowing, is cringing and unforgivable. But, as with any vast institution, it moves slowly. So, just as society is moving to the right, the useless Windsor family are suddenly talking about ice caps and third-wave feminist causes and openly advocating discrimination based on race and gender. I am a lifelong monarchist and remain so, but this family has disgraced our monarchy and must go before they being the whole thing down.

Time for a Glorious Revolution?

Perhaps we could arrange to replace our current royals with another lot. If we can find any elite family anywhere in the world uncorrupted by woke leftism (doubtful). Russia, perhaps.

Prince Charles has been groomed and prepped for a leadership role in the Globalist NWO through his senior position in the WEF web. He, in turn, is grooming his son to succeed him in his vision of European technocratic control over all of us.

So yeah, our monarchy had a good long stretch. It’s time for them to go. And that’s coming from an (ex) monarchist.

I’ve never been a monarchist but as I get older, I became more mellow about the whole thing – I wouldn’t object to keeping them as notional figureheads if they eschewed the vast imperial apparatus of royalty and scaled back in a big way. Of course I realise that isn’t going to happen with the heir apparent with his flunkies to squeeze his toothpaste etc. They’d also have to agree to avoid all politics too of course, another stumbling block for the future generations.

Why are northern European (except for Sweden) all cause deaths up in 2021 vs 2020?

For Sweden. Because if you are vaugely sensible about these things you get over the pandemic by May 2020 and then you are good. You might look bad to start with, but a year or so on you’ll have the 4th lowest death rate in Europe and still falling.

Elsewhere governments didn’t want to look bad to start with and pushed it into the winter. Twice.

GB news houses a lot of establishment cucks. Yes you have the Coast guy, who is great, but the rest are pretty much on board with the clot shots.

Maajid would be great there so we would get an honest journalist not afraid to question the narrative, but I have a feeling they can’t take two independent journalists.

Yep. What a curate’s egg GB News is. Some great presenters (e.g. Nigel, Dewbs and Dan) and some truly appalling ones (yes, including of Course Tom Harwood, that dreadful Nana Akua and most of the breakfast presenters). Such a shame; there are plenty of the latter sort on all the other channels; we need a Fox News, Right-wing and proud of being the moral high ground!

I don’t understand it – unless it is anything to do with demographics – but there seems to be a daytime/evening split in terms of the content of the GB News output. Evening – much more prepared to challenge govt narrative. Dan Wooton is at times beside himself with the desire to shout from the rooftops that the whole covid farce is a scam. Mark Dolan similar – very much on the sceptic side. And nothing need be said about Neil Oliver – we all know his stance (it’s not what they tell you it’s about). Farage is also getting better. But the daytimers are woefully pro the whole farce. Haven’t seen Eamonn Holmes yet [on too early for me] My demographics point is that during the day the daytime TV older viewers are largely bought into the covid narrative and if they go too far down the path of slagging it off those viewers might desert, whereas evening viewers, likely to be working and younger and more reachable. Their formats took a bit of getting used to but now I love them – as for Butterworth, they seriously need to get rid of him. I know they have to… Read more »

How far down-hill has the UK gone?   Try this trending headline in the Express.co.uk on the 8 December, 2022: Harry and Meghan fans outraged as Piers Morgan vows to take swift vengeance on Duchess   The obviously nationally interesting and important news that this headline conveys is that the somewhat obese (and hardly recognisable) Morgan is involved with a dispute with some or other ex-trailer trash person in the US. And of global importance is that this dispute is being fought on Twitter.   The “news article” then breathlessly goes on to quote someone called “Arizona Native” who said: “He is a joke. Remember the comments about Meghan Markle.”   The Express.co.uk seems to believe that “Arizona Native’s” statement wouldn’t be enough to convince the jury. They were probably scared that it/she/her/they/’s input might be taken as circumstantial evidence. So, therefore the Express.co.uk also quoted expert witness, “Energetic Psyche”, who said: “Listen Piers, you have far far faaaar more haters than people liking you, that’s a fact.”   “… far far faaaar …”? The Express.co.uk is woke, so their “journalist”, James Lee, relays trailer trash pidgin verbatim.   I kid you not, this is the top story in the Express.co.uk… Read more »

“Why are northern European (except Sweden) all cause mortality death’s up for 2021 but covid death’s are down”??? Correlation, causation blah blah blah, whilst the likes of Denmark, Germany, Norway, Holland etc seem to be suffering death by vaccine (look at rollout date’s for the vax and correlate that with the marked increase in ACM) What did Sweden do differently in relation to the their vax rollout? What vax batch did they use? How are they counting their excess ACM? 🤔

On the most superficial take, they vaxxed but they didn’t lockdown, no hysteria, maybe their hospitals carried on as normal, schools did, less depression etc, cancer and heart problems were diagnosed and they didn’t put on three stones while drinking beer and watching netflix in the front room for months on end.

Tow items on Novak Djokovic today. It’s getting seriously deranged Downunda. Cleared by two medical panels of six doctors each (the odds are for proving to them that he had contracted Covid and was therefore immune to both infection and transmission, and that vaccination on top of this was both pointless and posed a risk to his short-term and long-term health, including by compromising his immune system), the Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, put his unwelcome oar in and banged up the player in a rat-infested hostel for illegal immigrants. “Our strong border policies have been critical to Australia having one of the lowest death rates in the world from Covid, we are continuing to be vigilant” said Morrison. Vigilant about what? Protecting the Australian population from a healthy man with natural immunity? Or vigilant about making an example of a Covid Narrative dissident? Novak’s only ‘crime’ was to have insisted that a person’s medical information should be private and not be a condition for participation in normal life – something we all believed until 2021. Novak kept his medical history private whilst us Australians all agreed to digitally flash our medical history to a stranger in exchange for the right to enter the department store… Read more »

Sorry for what is happening in your country Phil, it is an utter tragedy.

It’s easy for me to say, but when allowed, Novak should leave the country and never return. I would hope that he declares that he will never take part in any Australian tennis match ever again, nor even desire to visit that country for any reason at all.

Even if they were to turn round and allow him to play under exemption (yeah, I know – but just hypothetically), he should still tell them he no longer has any desire to play tennis in Australia.

Milo
Milo

I’m in 2 minds about that.

Having endured what he has endured – which he VERY much won’t be used to, if they backtrack, he should go on to play and win the thing. Just to give them 2 fingers.

And then in his winner’s speech, he should outline what he has gone through and why and THEN say, I wish to take the opportunity to say to Australia, goodbye, would like to say it has been nice to be here, but it hasn’t, and while things continue on like this, I won’t be back.

I know he won’t, but would it be a wake up call for them if he did?

WTAF? The law is that you are not to take the law in your own hands – regardless of how aggreived you might feel.

Even if a family member was raped/killed, you are not allowed retribution, and if you do seek personal revenge/justice you will be punnished for any harm/damage you do.

But, just bringing it back down to the case in question: If there was no political motivation involved whatsoever, and the same statue was toppled by a group of blokes on the piss …. then (if proveable), they would, no question be done for it.

Absolute fookin disgrace. Farcical.

How’s this for complete and utter illogical, doublethink type spin?

(Apologies for bring this filth onto the Sceptic, but I just can’t believe this stuff is being consumed by the sheep)

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-59912644

So, 60% of Covid admissions in these 2 areas are caused by…da da da daaaa…COVID!!

But, rather than this “discovery” being used to ridicule and expose the whole shebang, it’s spun to support the narrative of the “deadly variant, under pressure services” etc, etc.

I look forward to future revelations by these future award winning “journalists” of 60% of fracture admissions actually having a broken bone, maybe 50% of multiple stabbing victims being stabbed….you get the picture.

ps….and the 60% will have included a number that were simply sent home.

The Spectator has changed tack again by the sound of it – in 2019/20 I really enjoyed its articles by people like John Lee etc., they were well-informed and critical. The only bedwettery came from Rod Liddle, of all people. But somewhere along the line – late 2020/early 2021(?) most of those critical pieces seemed to disappear and it started worshipping at the altar of big Pharma. That’s when I stopped my subscription. Now it seems to be anti-passport, pro-life…I can’t keep up. Whether it’s actually worth paying money for is a different matter, I guess as inflation picks up and the economy creaks further towards the cliff edge, we will need to cut back on discretionary spending….
