Denmark Chief Epidemiologist says Omicron is Bringing about the End of the Pandemic and “We Will Have Our Normal Lives Back in Two Months”

Tyra Grove Krause – the Chief Epidemiologist at Denmark’s State Serum Institute – has said the Omicron variant is bringing about the end of the pandemic, saying “we will have our normal lives back in two months”. Speaking to Danish TV 2, the scientist said a new Government study has found that the risk of hospitalisation from Omicron is half of that from Delta. MailOnline has more.

“I think we will have that in the next two months, and then I hope the infection will start to subside and we get our normal lives back,” [Ms Krause] said on Monday.

Despite early fears that Omicron could prolong the pandemic due to its increased level of infection, Ms Krause said it actually could spell the end of the pandemic.

According to the study: “Omicron is here to stay, and it will provide some massive spread of infection in the coming month. When it’s over, we’re in a better place than we were before.”

But while infection numbers in countries with the variant are soaring, the expert said that the highly infectious Omicron appears milder than the Delta variant, and therefore more people will be infected without having serious symptoms.

As a result, she said, this will provide a good level of immunity in the population.

Denmark has seen a spike in new cases in recent weeks, and on Sunday recorded its highest ever seven-day average infections, recording an average of 20,886 across the previous week, or 3,592.74 per million people – one of Europe’s highest rates.

It reported its highest ever new infections on December 27th (41,035).

By comparison, the UK’s seven-day average daily new confirmed COVID-19 cases per million people sits at 2,823.31 as on Monday, while in the United States, that number is 1,215.76 – lower than many countries in Europe.

Ms Krause stressed that there was still work to be done to beat the pandemic in the coming months, however.

“Omicron will peak at the end of January, and in February we will see declining infection pressure and a decreasing pressure on the health care system,” she said.

“But we have to make an effort in January, because it will be hard to get through.”

Encouraging stuff – though I’d be amazed if reported infections in Denmark continue rising until the end of January and don’t peak well before then, given reported infections in Gauteng in South Africa peaked weeks ago and infections appear to have stopped rising in London as well.

Worth reading in full.

I couldn’t resist searching on “Tyra Grove Krause” and “mink”.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/nov/06/coronavirus-mutation-danish-mink-spreads-to-214-people

From November 2020:

Dr Tyra Grove Krause of the Danish State Serum Institute told reporters on Friday that while researchers did not have “complete evidence”, they were determined to act on the information they had acquired quickly as a precaution while they continued their research.

And 17 million mink were killed.

Northern Denmark was even locked down ostensibly in the fight against the mink variant.

https://abcnews.go.com/Health/wireStory/north-denmark-lockdown-mutated-virus-mink-farms-74057032

“Instead of waiting for evidence, it is better to act quickly,” said Tyra Grove Krause, head department at Statens Serum Institut, a government agency that maps the spread of the coronavirus in Denmark.

It will only end when people remove those running the show.

Drunken ‘freedom protesters’ with beer cans in their hands having a bit of argy-bargy with the Police on the banks of the Thames in London, are really not going to be of help. Nor is chanting “Shame on you!” to the Police who are simply interested in doing their job and getting their wages so they can pay their mortgages.

Nor will signing on-line petitions, nor sending e-mails to your local MP. You’d think by now, that people would have realised that by now.

Perhaps by now people are realising that this is not going to stop, and it’s a choice between having a Vaxx Pass or not. The child abuse in schools continues – and no-one is stopping that.
We’ll just have to see how many people take the 3rd jab, and how many then start queuing up for the 4th…

I know of one person who died, but they were very elderly and suffering from advanced dementia, so it if hadn’t been this virus it would probably have been flu or a cold which contributed to them dying.

Know quite a few who’ve had the virus in the past six months – in most cases with the maximum number of spikes at the time, and the spiked seemed to be more ill with it than the few unspiked I know who have had it!

I haven’t even read of a single case of a person dying as a result of an omicron infection. They would have to test negative for delta and “original” for such a statement even to begin to hold water. That is basic logic. Testing positive for SARSCoV2 and then positive for omicron is not sufficient, not even if we make the (idiotic) assumption of 100% test sensitivity (i.e. 0% false positive rate).

You can see, that regardless of vaccination rate, 60% in the case of Tower Hamlets, & the reducing take-up of the 2nd & 3rd dose, they appear to all be following the same trend with Tower Hamlets leading the way.

Very true, a cultural revolution is taking place: everything is changing not to bring this to an end, but to perpetuate and exploit it.

Every sector of society is affected, every business, every industry. They are using it to make loads of money, to ‘upgrade’ existing or defunct products, to provide ‘solutions’ to a problem that is a) in people’s minds only b) state-created and promoted

It is the Great Reset on false pretences and pretexts. I would rather just have Communism without the gang-rape.

To paraphrase this lady using a well-known phrase: Another three weeks to flatten the curve and then, she hopes the infections will start to subside and ordinary people might get their lives back from the politicians who abolished them 18 months agos.

Statements from these people always need to be inverted: Epidomologist says people might get their lives back in two months means No chance in hell of that happening before March and by then – we all know the game all too well meanwhile – the same epidemic band of notorious ologists will have found new reasons why they hope people might get their life a back after just another two months.

Repeat ad inifintum et nauseam.

In the past, pandemics have been a natural visitation which did eventually fizzle out for all the well-known reasons. This, however, is entirely different as it has vast technological and societal inputs e.g. Mobile phones as a means of control. Suffice to say that this is completely different in important ways, to what has gone before.

It will get more interesting when the majority stands against it, and they still keep spinning their scam. But then, this might never happen, after all they’ve maintained their grip on people’s minds for two years without anything much terrible happening, and it is easy to orchestrate new disasters and perform false flag operations in the opposition.

RW
RW

I don’t think there’s a fooled majority. There’s – as always – a majority of little people who try to get on with their lives via token compliance with whatever those in power throw at them. As most Corona measures are carefully targetted to avoid hurting them much, this might possibly continue for a real long time. But the inevtiable end will come as either

  1. The people behind the pandemic voluntarily stop.
  2. They’ll be forced to stop by an angry mob which will possibly cost them their lives.

Eg, witless Chris has just been knighted for being instrumental in devastating the UK. That’s likely the best he can personally get out of it. If he’s content with that, he probably gets to keep it. Otherwise, he’ll increasingly turn into a generally loathed government advisor who can’t do one step in freedom lest he might meet someone he should really rather avoid. Not the best kind of life, even it it’s all gold-covered and marble-plated.

There need be no fear of this virus in any of its mutations IF known, effective prophylaxis and early treatments are adopted.
