Leaked NHS Report Claims London Hospitals “Likely to Be Overwhelmed” Within Three Weeks. We’ve Heard That Before
An internal NHS report leaked to the Health Service Journal claims that hospitals and ambulances in London are “likely to become overwhelmed due to rising Covid demand in the next two to three weeks”.
This is despite the fact that, as NHS Providers Chief Chris Hopson points out: “The overall numbers remain relatively low compared to the January 2021 peak – 1,819 Covid patients currently in London versus 7,917 on January 18th 2021.”
Let’s bear in mind also that last winter an internal NHS briefing, again leaked to the Health Service Journal, claimed that under the “best” scenario London would have a shortfall of 1,515 general and acute beds by January 19th. Yet the briefing also stated London has 15,600 general and acute beds, which is almost double what turned out to be the peak Covid winter occupancy of 7,917 beds on January 18th.
Nationally, at the winter peak on January 18th there were 8,696 unoccupied beds, 26,902 beds occupied by Covid patients and 50,204 beds occupied by non-Covid patients.
It’s also worth remembering that the NHS has a beds crisis every winter, as this selection of Guardian headlines illustrates. (See also the image at the top of headlines from the 2017-18 winter crisis.)
Yet the NHS coped, just as it did last year when almost no one was vaccinated. If there are systemic capacity problems in the NHS which mean it can’t get through winter without cancelling elective procedures then those need to be addressed. But it should go without saying that this is no excuse to impose costly, illiberal restrictions on everybody.
Civil liberties should not be so deemed so dispensible that they may be suspended to make up for the failings of a poorly managed health service with insufficient resources committed to frontline services.

Yet another attempt to induce fear-based mind control. I am sick, sick to death of the NHS and its constant scare tactics. It is just another example of a failed nationalised industry. Can we not go back to local hospitals, run by real doctors and nurses; for the needs of the patient, instead of the money men?
The NHS hasn’t ‘failed’ – it’s been flogged off to private companies and they are doing very well out of guaranteed money courtesy of those still in work in Britain. In that, it’s been a great success.
Anyway, never mind, let’s sign another on-line petition or complete another YouGov poll – at least that’s doing something instead of just moaning about it all. It’ll be over by Christmas (2030).
Yes – the simplistic anti- NHS stuff is stupid’ when the fault is political – a cover for the deliberate undermining of thee service by marketeers.
I’ve been in an NHS bed for the last two weeks, and the picture painted by the Johnson excusers is totally false.
This is private sector efficiency as it usually applies to outsourced projects: These don’t compete for customers as they usually natural monopolies or almost natural monopolies. They compete (if at all) for government contracts and hence, they strive to offer the cheapest, that is, worst possible service which still enable them to keep the government contract.
Very bluntly oversimplified: Any occupied NHS bed is just a cost factor someone could get rid off if it wasn’t occupied.

for some unfathomable reason, some of their graphs have the data ending in mid-November, whilst other, more favourable?, data continues all the way up to real-time.

The people shouting TEN DAYS TO SAVE THE NHS are the same people shouting TEN YEARS TO SAVE THE PLANET and this how the climate/covid scammers merge both hoaxes into one giant dystopian deception. But this is nothing new. Here are just some of the times these NWO players cried ‘ten days to save the NHS’, and mass-murdering war criminal Blair was first off the starting block in 1997 – just as he was covertly cutting NHS bed capacity.
There are days I think the covid con was simply a covert operation to introduce legislation to censor any opposition to the power grab agenda that is the hijacking of natural climate change.
Every day seems to back up my belief, it’s no longer a theory, it is an actual conspiracy.
These people know that historically, the Xmas/New Year period records the UKs highest death rate so they time their actions in accordance with this known statistic. Last year the regime brought in a Lockdown just before this period so that when the death rate dropped off, as they always do, in mid January, they could claim success. Looks like they are going to do the same this year, or at the very least use this historically high death rate period to justify their actions.
And don’t forget that the fact of Xmas being on Saturday, and New Year, will affect the ONS, with the bank holidays in lieu etc – you can’t die on a bank holiday! Probably means that the stats will spike up in weeks 1 & 2 next year.
These maniacs peddle ‘health’ as an absolute which can be absolutely guaranteed by doctors. It is just manipulation capitalizing on cowardice and limitless compliance.
Reality demonstrates that there are always sick people and there always will be this side of eternity. All we can do is what is reasonable – not make our ‘reason’ the end to all means.
Don’t worry, if people refuse to get seriously ill from the common cold despite the daily Telescreen diktats to do so, they’ll just fire, quarantine or furlough tens of thousands of doctors and nurses in order to produce a crisis.

What I find absolutely amazing is that after nearly two years of the “worst health crisis in human history” if you believe all the hype, is that given that mindset and having the “greatest scientists of all time” in out midst – that if you get Covid – which is real, the best the doctor can do is tell you to stay home and if you can’t breath – “Call an ambulance”. The mind simply boggles. I mean, they won’t even tell you to take Vitamin D, Zinc and C etc – nothing. In other words there is no talk about TREATMENT and there is no talk about effective treatments to significantly reduce the risk of developing the illness to the point of needing to be hospitalised. Ivermectin – for example, appears to be very effective at all stage of the illness – including as a prophylactic and in the early stages – keeping you away from hospital. Look at India and Japan and the areas of Africa where Ivermectin is routinely administered … And it is generic off patent and safe. Having worked in a major A&E between 2008 and 2013, I can definitely say that the problem worsened over those 5 years. On nights when I first started we had a couple of hours when the department was completely empty, and typically 400-500 patients per day. By the time I left we were seeing 700+ patients per day and the department never emptied. There were times when there were trolleys in the middle of the department for up to 12 hours (if they were there longer then the trust received serious financial penalties). In the week before Christmas attendances increased, usually the elderly with “breathing difficulties” brought in by their younger relatives who happened to be going away, so the elderly relative was admitted over the holiday period, cynically dubbed “granny dumping”.
Also over the past few years the number of physical beds has been reduced due to lack of staff and other resources. This is not a new phenomenon and 2021/2022 winter will be no different despite the modellers gloom and doom predictions. We managed to muddle through.
To be fair to them, the covid occupancy rates in London are about where they were this time last year… and we know what happened next — a massive rise in cases that disrupted healthcare.
The funny thing is, we’ve vaccinated nearly every adult, which supposedly reduces hospitalisations by 90% or so. Isn’t it strange how this amazing performance hasn’t been reflected in hospitalisation occupancy rates (perhaps we can just blame a new variant, or people not getting boosters or something).
I also note that hospitalisation rates for ‘critical care other than covid’ are up compared with the longer term rate. This seems odd. (I quote the critical care rate as the demand for CC beds isn’t something under the control of individuals, ie, they can’t choose to stay away if ill or choose to avoid a procedure that might go wrong).

The NHS could well be overwhelmed – not directly with covid patients but with those whose conditions have deteriorated due to the NHS’ ridiculous preoccupation with covid, and with those suffering serious adverse effects of vaccination
That much is certain. There are millions out there who have seen their conditions worsen because of the insane concentration on covid. Thousands will die in the next 4 or 5 years from condition that should have been treated but were ignored. But will we be given those figures? Don’t hold your breath
