‘Plan B’ Restrictions May Cost £4 Billion Per Month

With the announcement of ‘Plan B’ restrictions expected imminently, a study conducted by the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) has unveiled that the measures, which include the imposition of vaccine passports and work from home guidelines, could cost the British economy £4 billion a month. Toby, quoted in the article below, has said that part of “the financial cost would be the constant demand from petty officials to see evidence of our vaccination status”. The Express has the story.

Boris Johnson is expected to announce the introduction of new restrictions against Covid at some point in the next 24 hours. A Government source told the Guardian that “new Covid rules are imminent” after a video emerged of Downing Street staff laughing about a Christmas party held last year.

Reports suggest that Mr Johnson could reintroduce work from home guidelines and introduce Covid vaccine passports.

Three senior Whitehall officials told the Financial Times that the Government has decided it will impose these winter ‘Plan B’ measures.

But new analysis by the IEA has revealed that these measures would have a damning impact on the British economy, at a time when the financial recovery from previous lockdowns is already pulling at taxpayers’ pockets.

The think tank has predicted that the restrictions could add fresh costs of £4 billion every month.

Julian Jessop, Economics Fellow at the IEA, said: “Even without a full national lockdown, the additional Covid restrictions apparently being considered in Whitehall could easily knock two percent off GDP – costing the UK economy £4 billion a month – and force the taxpayer to stump up billions more to prevent a new wave of bankruptcies and job losses.”

It is also understood that the costs of new measures would not stop at the economy.

Toby Young, Editor of the Daily Sceptic, said other impacts will be “even worse” than that on the economy.

He told the Express: “It is right to recognise the ruinous economic impact of ‘Plan B’, but even worse than the financial cost would be the constant demand from petty officials to see evidence of our vaccination status.

“Britain is not and never should be a ‘papers’ please’ country.”

Jessop added: “[The economic cost] is on top of all the social costs and harms to people’s wellbeing and liberties, as well as the risk of further disruption to children’s education.

“Some will argue that this would be a fair price to pay to clamp down on Omicron. However, this would require much stronger evidence that the new variant is more deadly, not just more transmissible.

“This is a particularly high bar to clear in the U.K., where most experts agree that the population has now acquired a high degree of immunity due to past infections and from the vaccine booster programme.”

Oh no. This is all about weeding out the vaccine hold outs.

They are absolutely desperate to eliminate the vaccine control group that will serve as proof of the atrocity they are committing with their jabs. With no unjabbed bodies left, they can claim:

  • That heart conditions and blood clots are caused by covid not the jabs
  • That without the jabs everyone would die, like they do with every other disease that every one is jabbed for
  • That without the jabs the disease would be worse even though everyone still gets it, because of course they will.

If everyone is jabbed they can claim anything they like without having any data to contradict them.

Is that worth £4bn a month? Easily. More so given that it’s our money, not theirs…

I’m struggling to remain cheerful these days and I’m inching towards the point where just one more straw could break this camel’s back. I’m hoping against hope that there are millions of others out there (besides the good peeps on this forum!) who feel as I do. The revelation about the party was most likely staged to show us all they’re laughing at us – it gets revealed the day before announcing the greatest theft of liberty this country has ever seen. This was a show of power and dominance – this is now full-blown psycho-bio-warfare on the people of this country.

They no longer want to hide their contempt for us. They want us to see they will be living life normal while the rest of us suffer their “Chinese Democracy”.

Evidence that the sodding variant thing exists at all is rather thin on the ground.
The WHO statement that it was ‘a thing’ was published just 2 days after it was purportedly ‘discovered’.
And that published statement is footnoted by… let me count them… ZERO references.
The impossibly upbeat Dr Andrew Kaufman has already unpicked a lot of the guff in an enlightening clip with Sayer Ji (Odysee has it).
People, the whole thing is a house of cards. Given the passage of two lie-strewn years, and the deaths of many thousands, at the guilt-free hands of people with neither honour, morals nor integrity, might it be worth considering that the holy of holies, the existence of the main event, is a scientific fraud of monumental proportions? Open the door to that, and the house of cards must fall, laying bare the scale of the crime.

Depends what you mean by this. The PCR test results have not been faked. They are fake by the very nature of the PCR test. They are intrinsically-fake. They are evidentially meaningless. They constitute political propaganda- far worse, in fact; they constitute political propaganda masquerading as meaningful evidence- they are a lie which has been assiduously-crafted to appear to be in close proximity to a form of truth. That PCR test results have any meaning other than as political propaganda is an original Big Lie upon which so many other big lies are predicated. As lie is heaped upon lie, we need to keep the original lies clearly in mind.

Bill Ayers (formerly of the Weather Underground) was leader of a group which (from the mid-80s on) groomed and successfully ran Barack Obama for the Presidency.

The thing here is that Johnson got elected to Get Brexit Done in order restore the sovereignity of the UK by wrangling it out of the grip of the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels. And the same Johnson is now basically selling out all of the UK to the equally unelected bureaucrats of the WHO, despite there are ample precedents of other conservative leaders who have held their own against these and the most dangerous thing which happened to them is that they got a lot of bad press from mainstream- and not-so-mainstream leftwing papers.

Only until it was about to happen. As with all cowards, Johnson’s courage is boundless for as long as all threats remain at a safe distance. When freedom day came, it had to be postponed by just another for weeks to jab some more people, otherwise, the risk would be just too great. A month later experts literally predicted the world would end if COVID measures were lifted. Johnson lifted them reluctantly while paying lip services to the powers pulling his strings (or rather, terrifying his puny mind with their horrible fantasy numbers) and the world didn’t.

Unfortunately, this didn’t get us anywhere as all the behind-the-scenes stuff was left in place. Hence, five months later, we just find us again in the same shitty situation: Experts are wielding loads of really scary numbers (Even a mild cold is just too much for the NHS when people are being allowed to decide on their own clothing in public and to meet other people as they see fit !!!) and apparently, all of the COVID bullshit interventions are back on the table.

“freedom day” was just words, a sound bite.

Talk is cheap.

£4 billion a month closer to breaking the UK economy and ‘forced’ to incorporate a new financial system within the ‘covid passport’. By which point we will be living in a communist nation that operates same as China.
