Secret NHS Plan to Give Covid Vaccines to Children as Young as Five

Kids as young as five are set to be offered Covid jabs within months under secret NHS plans in spite of Covid posing close to zero risk to children. The Sun has more.

Leaked proposals show health bosses are preparing to vaccinate children aged between five and 11 next spring.

Officials fear Covid will continue to rage until 2024 – making it necessary to immunise younger Brits.

The U.S. has already begun vaccinating kids as young as five, with Israel set to follow suit within days.

Health bosses have been sworn to secrecy about the spring campaign, with officials concerned the move could spark a backlash from some parents.

Before the rollout can go ahead, U.K. regulators must still green light it for use in under-12s.

And experts on the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation must also approve use in those aged five to 11.

Under the latest “planning scenario”, NHS chiefs predict a regular Covid booster programme will also be needed to protect vulnerable Brits. It forecasts that outbreaks of the virus will continue to 2023/24.

A senior source revealed: “Top secret plans reveal what is at stake if we are to achieve a meaningful victory over Covid. Asking parents for permission to jab kids as young as five is in the schedule.

“It is controversial, but will help us reach our goal.

“Nothing is in the public domain yet, and the plans could change, but jabbing young children is backed by many scientists.” Although youngsters are at much lower risk of falling ill from Covid, they can still spread the virus to vulnerable adults.”

Children as young as five, or indeed eleven, are incapable of making an informed choice about bedtime or eating peas.

They will not be ‘offered’ vaxing, it will be done TO them behind the backs of their parents.

What will they do if the children resist, shoot them?

This will definitely require parental consent, Gillick won’t cut it as these children definitely do not have competency, and if a clinician proceeds saying that is being dishonest and would prompt a report to the relevant registration body.
In fact that is how to phrase a preemptive letter to your GP, child community health provider and the school. State explicitly that you do not consent to your child being vaccinated, that your child does not fulfill the minimum requirement for Gillick competency and if any vaccination proceeds then those concerned will be reported to the police for assault and battery as a minimum, the clinician will be reported to their registration body as a fitness to practice complaint and there will be a civil suit.

“Based on concepts of vaccines as a public good, or on public-health goals of disease elimination and outbreak control, some countries identify one or more vaccines as mandatory in law, or in their policies. Vaccination may, for example, be made a condition for entry into preschool or primary school, or to enable access to welfare benefits. Whether consent is needed for mandatory vaccination depends on the legal nature of the regulations. When mandatory vaccination is established in relevant provisions in law, consent may not be required. If the mandatory nature of vaccination is based on policy, or other forms of soft law, informed consent needs to be obtained as for any other vaccines. Some countries allow individuals to express non-consent (opt-out) and obtain an exemption for mandatory vaccines. This may come with certain conditions, like barring unvaccinated children from attending school during disease outbreaks.” WHO

That might take a very very long time to get to Court given how much of the medical profession has been bought, or cajoled, into being complicit or at best silent. By which time any damage will already have been done.

Even now pro vax spokespersons are still urging people to consult their own GP to overcome vax hesitation.

This would be a criminal and a civil case, so it doesn’t depend on the medical profession, just the parent(s) of the child(ten) contacting the police and/or a solicitor to start civil proceedings and the registration body for the clinician (NMC, GMC, HCPC as appropriate). The NMC certainly would be very prompt in responding.

Nope, sending your kid to school is implied consent for vaccination according to WHO.

Considerations regarding consent in vaccinating children and adolescents between 6 and 17 years old

John

Reply to  Anti_socialist

There can be no implied consent just by attending school, I do not care what the WHO may think, we have to work within the common and statute laws of England and Wales or the U.K. relating to consent.

When I worked on a ward and needed to take a blood pressure or temperature then the patient lifting their arm or turning their head to one side is implied consent. We never assumed implied consent simply because a person attended the emergency department.

Consent is an ongoing process and can be withdrawn at any time.

If the school assumes implied consent then that is valid right up to the point a letter from a person with parental responsibility not giving consent. At that point consent has been withdrawn and must be recognised and acted upon.
If the child is subsequently vaccinated then the school, clinical group and the clinician are individually liable for legal proceedings for assault and battery as a minimum both civilly and criminally.

From the website quoted
“When vaccination is carried out in schools, local or national school authorities normally authorize the intervention to take place at their premises. This authorization is needed for planning and implementing the vaccination sessions in schools. The same applies when community or traditional leaders are asked for permission for vaccination to be carried out in their communities. This authorization, however, does not imply informed consent by the individuals in that school or community.
In a legal sense, school or local welfare or other community authorities, do not have the capacity to consent to medical interventions on behalf of the children in their care. Exceptions, stipulated in local laws and regulations, may exist in defined, special situations. In some countries, there may be tension between cultural or customary practices surrounding community consent, and the formal requirements for consent in laws and regulations.”
The U.K. operates under options 1 and 2 on the same website.

I was treasurer for my children’s preschool. Ages 2-5.

Though we were run as a charity, the funding was similar: there were fees collected from parents, and then each child aged 3 and above could get 15h (IIRC) a week funded by the government. Most people topped this up with their own funds to do more hours. We are in a wealthy area and it helped the parents, but it was so low vs the cost of running the preschool (despite the fact we had no rent to pay) that we essentially ran on the parental paid hours. Although you were explicitly not allowed to have paid hours subbing the government ones, this defo happened and in our competitor (not charity) preschool the owner Illegally demanded parents top up the hours to keep her business viable.

Basically many preschools would be better off without government funding. Funding probably helps in poorer areas, but it harms the business in wealthier ones.

When is any sense of risk going to drive the response to this farce.
The elderly ie over 80 most at risk , apologies if I offend any readers ,have all been offered and mostly accepted the stabs .Thats their choice.
Anybody else at risk can also opt to take them.
The young have exceedingly low risks so what on earth is the point .
The rest of us if you are reasonably healthy , not excessively lardy eat sensibly the risks are very low.
This insistence of expanding the stabbed is the real concern as the future stab related risks are unknown.
I am not in any way Anti vax but this is not a vaccine in the traditional sense.

been thinking that for a long time now. I look around me and I don’t see a society on its knees with people dropping dead in the street.

Yes I know some people who had something quite like the flu.

And yes – the hospitals MIGHT be struggling but A) they are so poorly run and underfunded they are ALWAYS struggling – espec in winter season AND B) begs the question – what is the ratio of vaxxed to unvaxxed?? causing the struggling – I’d put good money on it being high numbers of ill vaxxed.

And if the hospitals are struggling and there is a deadly plague rampaging through our populations then why did we stand down the nightingale hospitals??

None of what I am seeing – which basically amounts to people living their normal lives – justifies the coercion and compulsion to have a jab or ANY of the restrictions being imposed.

I’m not sure who is is the most stupid, the nurse or the patient. Feeling unwell after these vaccines is the body’s way of saying jeez how the hell do I get this poison out of me. They don’t give you immunity to anything and most certainly there is nothing in the vials that is remotely good for you apart from a little saline if you are lucky. In the same way if we are off colour with say a cold or flu or other illness, the symptoms are simply the body trying to detox and re establish balance and put things right.

I was out and about 7 days a week as a key worker throughout lockdown proper, lockdown lite, tiers and into March of this year, coming into close contact with approx 10k individuals during that time.

Despite never wearing a mask (exempt because 2 pre-existing breathy comorbidities) I never had a hint of Covid or the flu which I never get despite never having the annual flu jab.

Taken seriously ill early March this year with something totally unrelated (internal trauma) I was diagnosed with a cancer that was already being investigated prior to being hospitalised for 3 weeks+.

I decided to take the 2 jabs prior to subsequent 4 months day patient chemo (apparently successful and almost free of the many possible unpleasant side effects so not particularly stressy).

I had a ‘small stroke’ two weeks ago.
