New Zealand’s Ministry of Education Tells Teachers to Phone the Police if Unvaccinated Staff Show Up to Work

From Monday, all teachers in New Zealand must have received at least the first dose of the Covid vaccine to continue working on school grounds, with unvaccinated staff committing a criminal offence if they try to enter the classroom. In addition, the Ministry of Education has recommended that schools should ring the police if any unvaccinated teacher turns up to work. The Mail Australia has the story.

The advice, published in the Ministry’s gazette on Thursday, tells school leaders that if they, or any education staff, turn up to work on Monday unvaccinated against Covid, they will be committing an offence.

The advice being given to schools follows the ‘no jab, no job ‘policy that was enacted by the New Zealand Government last month.

“The staff member will be committing an infringement offence if they have not had their first dose of the Covid vaccine and are onsite November 15th. This means they may be liable for a fine”, the advice read.

“If staff do turn up on site after this date, we encourage school leaders to deal with this in the usual manner you would if other inappropriate people were to turn up on site.

“If you feel your safety or the safety of ākonga (pupils or students) or other staff is compromised, you could consider contacting the police”.

The advice also stated that an unvaccinated person could no longer work on-site at a school without a valid medical exemption, or a written letter from a doctor outlining an exemption request has been sought.

Worth reading in full.

Aussie Health Chief Says People Who Don’t Get Vaccinated Will Be “Miserable” And “Lonely” For Life

“You won’t be able to hide, you won’t be able to get a doctor to sign off that you got an exclusion because there’s quite set rules on that and doctors will be audited, every one of their exclusions will be looked at very carefully,” he added, before threatening doctors with fines and termination.

I was just discussing the situation in Australia having watched the Pandemic Podcast live last night on this subject. Just imagine that if Australia were the only country doing this sort of thing (I know it’s worse than here, admittedly) and it was two years ago – what would the headlines in our newspapers be? And yet, silence. And yet, some people do know a bit about what is going on and to be honest, they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care. In exactly the way they shrug their shoulders about the vaccine injuries which every person knows about, even if not the extent of it. Unless it directly affects them or their close families, today, they just don’t care. Freedom? What’s that?

How is this any different from what the Nazis were doing? It is well known that the obsession with cleanliness was in part responsible for fuelling hatred towards Jews, and that Jews were often portrayed as unclean. This is exactly what is happening today. 100 years ago it evolved one bit at a time from dislike, to disgust, to hatred, to 6 million Jews being brutally killed. How will this end any differently?

JaneDoeNL

Reply to  Cristi.Neagu

I don’t know that the unvaxxed will necessarily end up in camps, but we are headed on the road to exclusion from society and the inability to feed oneself, so the end result may be the same. Also, I don’t think it will end with the unvaxxed – at some point it will become clear that even excluding the unvaxxed will not stop the overburdening of the healthcare system (the supposed reason for these blatant and shameless violations of constitutions and human rights treaties). The next step is to exclude those over 80, then over 70 from admission to hospital, regardless of vaxx status, as they are the primary burden in terms of corona. Please note I am not advocating this in any way, but I believe that will come. Once you start making it acceptable to exclude one group from society, it is easier to move on to the next.

All I can say is that not one person who knows me will EVER be able to say “wir haben es nicht gewusst”. They know and they choose to participate, something I will rub in every chance I get, now and in the future.

And the whole point of the “70% vaxxed for herd immunity” was to introduce legislation targeting the unvaxxed with the consent of the vaxxed majority, and to then make the vaxed unvaxxed by demanding all sorts of boosters. By the time the vaxxed realise they’ve been had, it’s too late. The legislation is already in and no way to remove it. The first thing the nazis did was to remove their enemies from the workplace. Some well know German companies had anticipated this and sacked their Jews and Communists before required to do so.
Then they removed their typewriters, telephones and cars, (from the few that had them). Their means of communication.

The next ‘logical’ step would thus seem to be the removal of phones and internet access from the antis but then their brave new Social Credit Society would not work

Controversial psychologist Jordan Peterson has hammered the “totalitarian state” he says has emerged in response to Covid-19, angrily wondering why he ever got vaccinated if the state still won’t leave him in peace.

Personally I always felt Peterson was overrated, the fact he got vaccinated discredits him even further IMO, I put him in the Hitchens camp.

Peterson has been ill (and still is, I think) so he cannot really be expected to be up to speed on everything. But he always has been mainstream in his respect for the system, and that is why I have never been impressed by his political analyses. He had very naïve political understanding, and could not see the inherent abuses in the capitalist system. He is good on psychology, and the Jungian stuff, but I don’t agree with his views on feminism (not from a woke perspective, just from the experience of being female)

However Peterson is personally brave, so he may speak out when the time comes.

Robert Malone has just had an epiphany about the corruption of the system he trusted and Peterson needs one too. I think he is waking up, but he is still suffering the effects of his medication problems.

Australia is on the verge, but some states are much better than others. I saw the clip of the tyrant in Queensland casually explaining to two morons on a state-controlled news show that Australians who are able to read research papers and therefore know the risk of the injections will be made miserable and isolated until they break.

As an unvaxxed teacher I wonder how long before this plays out in the UK. Even after everything we’ve seen our own government do, however, it still seems very hard to imagine. I am shocked by the extreme behaviour of Australia, NZ and Canada in particular.
It’ll be a hard case to make here in the UK because the ONS has kindly given a breakdown of ‘infections’ and deaths by profession, in which teachers came out no higher than the general population. So what would the argument be? How are these questions not being asked in Aus/NZ?? Isn’t there any opposition to this over there; has everyone just rolled over and taken it? What’s actually going on?

This allowed the authorities to impose restrictions on the basis of “not allowing things to get worse”.

Once you allow somebody to control you on that premise alone there is no coming back from it, because to argue against would be to admit that you want things to get worse.

The fact that they allow a ‘medically exempt’ teacher into the classroom proves that this is nothing to do with public health.

If their narrative was true (i.e. the presence of the unvaccinated is a danger) then any unvaccinated teacher would be a present danger, irrespective of medical exemption.

For example, if taking a naked light down a coal mine is dangerous then one would not be able to avoid the danger by making exemptions.

So, to admit the ‘medically exempt’ unvaccinated shows that they do not believe their own propaganda that the unvaccinated are dangerous.

And this fits perfectly with the NZ Prime Minister’s public statements that the aim of these policies is to coerce the unvaccinated. There is little attempt to hide that this has been their policy all along.

They’ll just say it’s “every little helps”. One candle down a coal mine is safer than two.

Same goes for the recent admission that Nusres could also claim medical exemption from vaccines, which I see as a climbdown by HMG, giving the hesitatant an easy get out clause as with exemptions from wearing masks in shops where the government knew they were on shakey grounds legally.

What is to stop staff saying vaccines cause them anxiety or distress and how could it be proved otherwise?

Note it still remains an offence against primary Disability Legislation to question the nature of someone’s disability.

Mask exemption is self-certified. Currently care workers can self-certify as medically exempt but this facility will expire in December whereupon a medical certificate will be required.

Since this is an employment issue, the employer merely needs to see evidence of the medical exemption certificate, they don’t need to know the nature of the disability. However the GP or other issuing authority will need to know and assess the disability in order to write out the exemption. In that case YOU are voluntarily providing the details in order to persuade them to grant you the certificate.

There might be cases where a vaccination procedure induces anxiety and distress, so there will be some cases where persons will be affected enough to persuade a doctor to grant an exemption. But I suspect it will need to be a phobia of needles or such like that can be medically categorized rather than an objection on religious, philosophical or conscientious grounds that results in anxiety and distress.

Quite possibly there will be a subjective element, and we will end up with some GPs dishing out large quantities of them, and others resisting issuance as much as they can.

I would be interested to know the criteria for exemption.

But they are secret. And not only do you not know them, you cannot appeal against a mistaken judgement.

This is currently illegal.

Does not induce confidence in the system.

I did note a recent hysterical Australian ‘newsreader’ shouting that doctors issuing such exemptions would have them audited. No doubt the same totalitarianism will spread to here.

Good 38 min. talk by David Martin

complete with list of the Biden regime’s breaches of the US Constitution and the US government’s illegal GoF (aka bio-weapon) work since 1999.

By the sound of it, part of a larger event with other speakers.

This beggars belief. Just where are we going as a society? Back to the 1930s?

It’s time for mass human, mass global resistance.

I had planned a long holiday in NZ when I retired ….. not any more. It would be like having a holiday in a Concentration Camp. Same applies to Australia.

Our healthcare system is about to experience a tsunami! Potential side effects of jabs include chronic inflammation, because the vaccine continuously stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies. Other concerns include the possible integration of plasmid DNA into the body’s host genome, resulting in mutations, problems with DNA replication, triggering of autoimmune responses, and activation of cancer-causing genes. Alternative COVID cures EXIST. Ivermectin is one of them. While Ivermectin is very effective curing COVID symptoms, it has also been shown to eliminate certain cancers. Do not get the poison jab. Get your Ivermectin today while you still can! https://ivmpharmacy.com

Irrespective of whether or not there exists any medical scientific evidence supporting this policy (and there doesn’t appear to be any), human rights cannot be alienated, and the perpetrators and principal collaborators of this policy should expect to be tried for Crimes Against Humanity.

Language is important…

The offence is an “infringement offence”- what is that? Not a legal one? Is it just breaking an advisory rule?
”MAY be liable for a fine” not WILL
”COULD consider contacting the police” not HAVE TO.

Is this in actuality perhaps just another bullying tactic that wouldn’t stand up in court if it got there?

Do human rights acts (and other legislation) not trump these apparent “advisories”?

The school playground bully used to use similar tactics as I recall – and the answer was to stand up to them, hard!
