10 U.S. States Sue the Federal Government to Block Vaccine Mandate for Healthcare Workers
10 Republican-led U.S. states have challenged the power of the Federal Government to impose a vaccine mandate on the nation’s healthcare workers, with the lawsuit arguing that the policy would put even more pressure on an already understaffed service, particularly in rural areas. Republican-led states have also attempted to block a federal mandate decreeing that all businesses which hire more than 100 staff must ensure that their employees receive the vaccine or face hefty fines. The Guardian has the story.
All of the mandates are scheduled to take effect on January 4th.
The Biden administration contends that the federal rules supersede state policies prohibiting vaccine mandates and are essential to slowing the pandemic, which has killed more than 755,000 people in the U.S. But the New Orleans-based fifth circuit court of appeals already has temporarily blocked the business vaccine rule, saying it raises “grave statutory and constitutional issues”.
A separate rule issued last week by the federal Centres for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires Covid vaccinations for more than 17 million workers in about 76,000 healthcare facilities and home healthcare providers that get funding from Government health programs.
The new lawsuit contends that the CMS vaccine requirement is unprecedented and unreasonably broad, affecting even volunteers and staff who don’t typically work with patients.
“The mandate is a blatant attempt to federalize public health issues involving vaccination that belong within the States’ police power”, said the suit filed by Missouri attorney general Eric Schmitt, a Republican who is running for U.S. Senate.
Joining the lawsuit were the attorney generals of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. All are Republicans except for Democratic Attorney General Tom Miller of Iowa, whose state is led by Republican governor Kim Reynolds.
A CMS spokesperson declined to comment about the lawsuit.
The lawsuit points to concerns from rural hospital administrators in Missouri and Nebraska. For example, it says that Great Plains Health in North Platte, Nebraska, is able to staff only about 70 of its 116 beds because of workforce shortages and has received notice from a majority of personnel in its behavioural health unit that they would resign rather than be vaccinated.

I have read articles saying that the immune system of a fit 70 year old who has a good diet, takes exercise etc, is almost certainly better than that of an obese, unfit 40 year old.
Also, if us unvaccinated rolled up to get our boosters in order to be allowed on the train etc, how many jabs would they need to give us, how far apart? Could they ever catch up with the ones who were fooled into taking the jab back last spring? Or would they now decide that well, just one is all you need, they don’t work anyway, what we need is to get you in the system.

My question is: Why does the Guardian feel the need to mention the death toll of 755,000 from Covid? In a country of approximately 333 million, this is still 0.2% of the population in nearly two years. While individual lives lost are always tragic, this does not justify the mandating of a medical procedure any more than a bad flu season would. People need a constant reminder of the fact that, while this problem is global in nature, the scale of it is still tiny. If health services claim they are overwhelmed by the impact of this, how pitifully inadequate would they be in the midst of a real deadly pandemic? The only reason this new pathogen presents a problem must be that health services the world over are chronically inadequate, underfunded or badly managed. Here, they have even been de-prioritized in favour of pouring funding into manipulative propaganda advertising. In short, the government have chosen to hand over the responsibility to us, the people, to protect the NHS, rather than protecting it themselves! The only reason this new pathogen presents a problem must be… Surely most of the reason is that governments (including the US) have prevented GPs from giving early treatment. The way to keep people out of hospital, and from dying from diseases that have progressed too far, is to treat them. Many diseases might clear up on their own, but some become intractable. If you present with an infected eye, or a wound there will always be some treatment given, because a certain proportion of cases if not treated will progress to loss of eye, loss of limb, or loss of life with sepsis etc. But GPs have done NOTHING when their patients have received a positive test result for a disease, which if left untreated, will result in hospitalization and death of a small proportion. Even though the infection fatality rate is 0.096% (UK government figure), even that figure can be reduced to below 0.01% by dispensing very cheap, safe and readily available drugs upon receipt of a positive test result. Getting early treatment is good if the tretment is correct.
In the early days the medics were killing people with ventilators, but not so much now apparently.
In the USA they routinely kill people with the toxic drug Remdesivir.
In the UK they killed people with known toxic doses of HCQ.
For the vast majority of people staying far away from the medics is the best plan.
All three examples you give are not early treatment but treatments tried out in hospital (and the toxic doses of HCQ that far advanced were designed to cause harm in order to damage HCQ’s good results). The idea is to keep out of hospital.
To that end, people could have had kits of ivermectin or even vitamin D sent to their home, say three days’ supply at a time. Even if someone mistakenly took them all in one go those would be well within safety limits, no harm done.
Very, very simple and inexpensive measures could have slashed hospitalizations and deaths by an order of magnitude. As in India.
Government intentions are to kill not save.
And what is the cost of vaccine passports, and how might that be redirected into improving the NHS?
Yes we know the answer to that one and of course the corrupt Guardian itself stands to gain millions from its globalist paymasters by its continual pushing of their vaccine passport agenda.
Actually, when people examined the CDC death information closely (after it had reached 200,000 deaths), it became apparent that only 6% of the deaths were in people who were previously in good health – the rest had significant co-morbidities. There is no reason to believe that the 6% figure has changed (200,000 is quite a sample size!) – meaning approximately 45,000 people have died of Covid-19 out of 333 million over 2 years!
And, of course, the ELEPHANT is that it was ‘with’, NOT ‘from’.
Italy has revised ‘covid deaths.’ The mortality figure has been reduced by 97% so the figure of 755,000 once altered is not so much in the scheme of things.
Lost interest in covid now, it was always just part of the plan to scare people into getting a jab which came with a health control passport for the climate change lobby. They will control and stop people doing a lot of things, primarily travelling plus it can be continuously updated with your jab record

Having seen what they “could get away with” (Ferguson) they had to part relax lockdown last summer to give themselves time to ramp up vaccine production in time to vaccinate the ‘vulnerable only’ last winter.

Biden needs to be impeached for violating the order of the legislative branch. He pushed on with this mandate despite being told he is not allowed to until the matter is settled. The moment he started ignoring the legislative branch and started ruling by incontestable mandate is the moment he became a dictator.

After all that has happened, and considering where we are standing, I simply do not see any court being able to overthrow all of this tyranny.
They know damn well the chaos that these mandates cause, and yet they continue anyway.
At this point they have violated so many laws and basic human rights, and I find it difficult to believe they would allow themselves to be stopped by something as silly as a ‘legal system.’

Part of the problem is that the democrats control the courts. Simply look at all the legal challenges that were launched against the 2020 election. None of them were ever allowed to make it to court where evidence could be presented. All of them were dismissed before a single shred of evidence was looked at.
There is no doubt in my mind that the 2020 election was stolen. The fact that our most ‘mainstream conservative’ news (Fox) refused to comment or report on any of the election audit results tells us everything.
Both parties in this country are criminal (and I say that as someone who holds conservative views).
I frequently see references to Texas and Florida like they are bastions of freedom. My issue with this is that both state governors are still encouraging vaccination. Choice or not, these shots are weapons.
I long for a politician who will stand up and say ‘Not only are these dangerous, they are biological weapons and absolutely no human being should be taking these.’
I feel the focusing on the mandates and legality brushes aside the fact that the vaccine is literally a weapon, and we are being attacked by our own governments around the world.
