American Woman Removed From Kidney Transplant Waiting List Because She’s Unvaccinated

We’re used to reading about people being refused work – and even education – because they’ve not been vaccinated against Covid, but it is perhaps a new low that a Colorado woman has been refused medical treatment because she’s not had the jab. Leilani Lutali says she has been marked as “inactive” on a kidney transplant waiting list for her act of “non-compliance”. Sky News has the story.

Leilani Lutali shared with U.S. media a letter she received from the UCHealth Transplant Center near Denver, which stated she would be removed from the transplant list unless she begins the vaccine process within 30 days.

The letter, which was also shared on Twitter by state representative Tim Geitner, said the patient would be placed as “inactive” on the transplant waiting list for “non-compliance by not receiving the Covid vaccine”.

The letter read: “The transplant team at University of Colorado Hospital has determined that it is necessary to place you inactive on the waiting list.

“You will be inactivated on the list for non-compliance by not receiving the Covid vaccine. You will have 30 days to begin the vaccination series.

“If your decision is to refuse Covid vaccination you will be removed from the kidney transplant list.

“You will continue to accrue waiting time but you will not receive a kidney offer while listed inactive.”

Speaking to CBS News, Ms. Lutali, who has stage five renal failure, said she has not taken the vaccine because there are too many unknowns.

She said she only found out that the hospital was now requiring both herself and the donor to be vaccinated on September 28th.

“It’s surgery, it’s invasive. I sign a waiver for my life. I’m not sure why I can’t sign a waiver for the Covid shot,” she said.

Her donor Jaimee Fougner, who received the same letter from UCHealth, told the broadcaster she has not received the vaccine for religious reasons.

Ms. Fougner said: “It’s your choice on what treatment you have. In Leilani’s case, the choice has been taken from her. Her life has now been held hostage because of this mandate.”

The women have said they are now looking for another hospital to perform the transplant but have yet to find one.

Worth reading in full.

This is not a “new low”, many have experienced this persecution since the beginning of the scamdemic around the world.
In the near future the NHS will deny you treatment if unvaccinated, think it won’t happen?

For sure. Pile in now and get what you need in the way of scans and treatments – don’t put problems off, because this is coming.

Except they have a huge backlog to get through first. I can’t see the nhs ever recovering from this, given that it has been teetering for years. Where do we go from here, I have no idea. It’s the conversation that can never be had, politically, and the nation suffers under our own delusions.

No, it’s not new – but it is getting ever more blatant. They no longer make even the slightest attempt to hide what they are doing.

Handing out indirect capital punishments for dissenters by refusing an unrelated and necessary medical treatment has been another staple of Corona politics pretty much since day one.

It’s unlikely that someone in favour of them is going to read this but: Dear human being. Please be aware of the fact that – by siding with these people – you tacitly agree that some day, it’s going to be you who is to be sacrificed for the benefit some group the people making such decisions belong to themselves. Everything someone is willing to do to somebody else is something he’s prepared to do to you when he becomes convinced that it’s sadly necessary (as the wording will doubtlessly go).

The interesting thing is that it is now publicized by MSM in the US. Meaning that either the perpetrators feel exceptionally strong and are increasingly striving for an open confrontation and intimidation of the whole US population, or they are losing their hold over the censorship machine.

I’ve got a (conspiracy) theory for this one Ray. I believe the whole thing is about division, deliberately creating factions and training them to hate each other. Look at the way that identity politics was used for the years leading up to the ‘pandemic’ – divide and conquer seems to be a tactic that is being used by the extremely wealthy to fracture and weaken the population. I believe that this is being used as a cover for an underlying economic collapse and I think that with regard to vaccines, the population has been divided and sent in two opposing directions via the media. The harder they push this narrative, the more entrenched everyone will be in their position. Civil war is the logical conclusion.

But the rich usually prefer stability to civil war. Whose heads will roll when push comes to shove? It is quite easy for a totalitarian leftist politician to point the finger at the “oligarchs” in an attempt to save his own ass from mob vengeance. So inciting violence doesn’t quite seem to be in interest of the ultrarich.

A much better model would be a feudal-style or communist society (in the Chinese sense of cronyism) in which absolute obedience to authority is a virtue and social mobility depends strictly on mercy from the above. So it’s puzzling that the masses are now exposed to pictures of evil vaccinators denying transplants.

They do, but only when they can maintain the illusion of prosperity by printing fiat money. What I fear is that the economic elite have lost control of the finances and need to create a massive diversion to protect themselves and provide plausible deniability when they are forced to admit that they’ve blown generations of wealth. Viewed this way, the ‘pandemic’ is an emergency defensive measure (from their perspective) and an attempt to manage the decline so that they remain on top.

Indeed you have things in great perspective. Covid is almost certainly a planned distraction and it bought them some valuable extra time. However Covid won’t be enough and an epic false flag or something even worse is likely being made ready and it will further darken the very near future.

The saddest part will be the countless ghouls cheering on the hospital for their decision.

I expect the millstone that is our NHS will be keen to meter out the same punishment to our UK unter mensch.

Quite likely not up to the doctors – it’ll be the “hospital administrators” – a breed which has expanded considerable over the past few years here in the UK (on large salaries, of course). Given that the US is usually the role model I expect they are further on in the process.

This is the depth of the evil now, in that a human being now has accept a potentially life-threatening or damaging “medication” for a disease that they in all likelihood, would have 99+% recovery from naturally, in order to receive “life-saving” health-care. And people STILL refuse to see this!

And one question: will the donor have been vaccinated?

It’s not really evil, just woke: The central tenet here is that of human equality. All human beings are equal implies no human being has a value as individual. Hence, whatever happens to individuals doesn’t matter.

There’s a sleight of hand here because it’s usually pointed out that the number of people in the unaffected group is much larger than the number of people in the affected group. Which is a sleight of hand because if the value of the individual is zero, the collective value of any group of individual must be zero as well as adding up zeroes always results in zero.

No. It’s simple, and based on the usual perverted distortions of morality caused by fear and propaganda.

It’s just essentially evil.

And if you can’t get beyond a narrow personal obsession with wokery, then go and masturbate in private.

Still keeping my draft petition handy!

First attempt to petition for NHS opt out and tax relief (to remove the monkey of having to protect the health service I pay from my back) was denied because there was “no evidence the unvaxed were being treated differently”.

Time will tell my friends, I’m hovering over the submit button, any day now.

DailySceptics’ articles are an awkward juxtaposition between Team James (Delingpole) stories such as this – unthinkable tyrannical stuff like the unvaccinated being denied organ transplants and the total failure of democracy in the Welsh Assembly over vaccine passports – and Team Tobes stories in which he gets into the weeds to duke it out with the “scientists” about the data, analysing graphs, looking back at models which turned out to be hokum… Toby is really naive!

It’s actually worse than the summary makes it seem. If she was competing with someone else for a kidney then you could at least argue it was assessment based on risk, even though they are grossly exaggerating the actual risk that the kidney will be “wasted”. But she actually has a direct donor; no one else will get that kidney, they are just letting her die to make a political statement.

It sounds awful, I agree – but porky people are also denied hip or knee surgery until they’ve shifted enough weight.
It’s a dilemma I hope never to face but maybe in this instance there are genuine medical reasons to have the cursed jab

The additional risk, even if you assume that she is certain to get infected, is only equivalent to her being 10 years older. You can be a smoker, you can even be an alcoholic as long as you haven’t already wrecked your liver.

My kid is a transplant recipient. She recently suffered a pulmonary embolism and have 2 dormant (for now) viruses. She also has Covid antibodies, yet I am harassed by all and sundry to have her vaccinated with a drug not tested on transplant patients, causing reactivation of dormant viruses, possibly clotting and for a disease she has already recovered from.

We were not forced to take any meds prescribed pre and post transplant. Doctors discussed all options, drugs which produced severe side effects were swapped out. Nothing was “mandated”.

The two situations are totally different, since the point about weight and joint surgery is that the procedures are a waste of time if other measures aren’t taken.

There is absolutely no such established connection re. the jab in terms of benefit to the patient.

I apologize for my blunt reaction – although there’s no ‘profanity’ there.

The argument is quite simple, however.

In this Covid shit-show, I (and everyone else) is faced daily with fictions built around a moderate viral infection used as a political tool.

I despair at opposing and irrelevant ideological concoctions and connections being constructed on the back of what is supposed to be focused opposition.

There is nothing ‘woke’ about the Covid con. It’s a fraud in pursuit of power and gold.

(Don’t for one minute take this as an implicit defence of the various strands of what is loosely termed ‘woke’ ideas. I am quite capable of getting pissed off with those. But they are not relevant to this.)

This is pure medical tyranny, certainly not sound or ethical medicine. The review of the current medical literature on Covid-19 in organ transplant recipients conducted by infectious disease doctors at the University of Washington, Seattle, published in Nature reported there is no difference in mortality among these patients compared to the general population and that immunosuppression therapy does not appear to have a detrimental impact on overall outcome. In contrast, what is not known is the efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccines in these patients. “Organ transplant remains a lifesaving intervention and can be safely performed despite a global pandemic,” they concluded. Please see: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007%2Fs40506-021-00249-6  Multiple medical doctors and experts in infectious disease and transplants published a scientific report on the immune response of influenza infections and vaccines in organ transplant patients during the severe 2017-2018 influenza season. They found that natural immunity was significantly stronger than the vaccine in protecting these patients. We have every reason to believe the same holds for other viruses. There is no evidence for a positive benefit:risk ratio for these transplant patients, either. Please see: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-020-67172-6 According to the Organ Procurement and Transplant Network, 8,000 Americans die a year waiting for a transplant. Most (60%) are minorities.… Read more »
