Government Has a Case to Answer on Children’s Vaccination, Says Judge

On Friday I reported on ONS figures which showed a worrying rise in deaths among 15-19 year-olds in summer 2021 compared to summer 2020, a period which coincided with the roll-out of vaccines to that age group. I asked whether the increase of 57%, amounting to 90 deaths, was a signal of deaths from serious vaccine side-effects such as myocarditis, or whether there was another explanation (such as increased road deaths, for example). There were only nine Covid deaths in the age group during the period, and there was no corresponding increase in deaths in 1-14 year-olds, adding to the concern.

I was not the only person to raise these questions. This data was presented, in fuller form and alongside other evidence, at a court hearing on Friday, where the Covid19 Assembly is seeking a judicial review of the Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)’s decision to approve the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for use in 12-17 year-olds.

Although the Government had asked for the case to be struck out, the judge, Mr. Justice Jay, allowed it to continue, accepting that the claimants had an arguable case. The current position is that the court has adjourned the matter to a further hearing to allow the Government further time to respond to the case. The court has given directions that the Government submit further response and evidence by October 11th, with the claimants having to October 15th to reply. After this the court will reconsider the matter “promptly”. I understand that the vaccination status of the teenagers who died during the period of the rollout is part of the evidence that the Government has been asked to provide.

Since publishing my piece I have been pointed to the data for deaths in 15-19 year-olds for the years 2015-19, which I did not think was available but had been published separately in response to a Freedom of Information request. The graph below now includes a line for the 2015-19 average, allowing us to see that while 2021 is notably above average, it is not as high as is implied by using 2020 as a baseline.

The average number of deaths in 15-19 year-olds between weeks 23 and 37 in 2015-19 was 207. This compares to 252 in 2021, a rise of 45 or 22%. That’s half of the difference between 2020 and 2021. However, it’s not clear which baseline should be used; for instance, 2021 deaths in 1-14 year-olds were even lower than in 2020. On the other hand, 15-19 year-olds have their own risk factors.

What is really needed is a full, detailed analysis of vaccination status and causes of death to see how far vaccine side-effects may have played a role in boosting teenage mortality in 2021.

Will the Government provide this data and analysis to satisfy the court that the vaccines are not responsible for most or all of it? We will know soon.

It’s at least an improvement compared to the anti-lockdown case which got thrown out as lockdown’s about to end, anyway.

It has every possibility to turn into that. Government can just show some BS data, just like they used to do when they were giving their updates during lockdown, and the court can be like “meh, whatevs, have at it”.

It may turn into a defeat depending on what the government comes up with and what the reaction to that will be. But that’s still an improvement over it being thrown out without an argument on the grounds that there’s no reason for a case, anyway.

That’s what happened with the anti-lockdown case and that’s what the government tried to do here again. But they didn’t manage to pull it off again.

Looking on the bleak side has the judge been instructed to do this and at the same time been given his outcome decision? An attempt to show “fairness” and independence in the Judicial system when really there is none.

I hope my negativity is unjustified but in the current climate I do not trust anybody in a position of “authority.”

October the eleventh, plenty of time for some additional pressure to be applied to an honest judge, if there is still such a thing. Of course, it could all be just a planned show and Mr Justice Jay will fold like the proverbial house of cards “after having given the matter careful consideration.”

Look, I don’t want to appear optimistic, but what I would ask is, has this judge reserved the case for himself? (I’ve just seen this and haven’t researched at all). IF he has, and it’s something judges often do, then we might, just might, be onto something here. (Just speaking from experience in my own cases in the court of appeal).

I sincerly hope something comes of this but worry the judge will be leaned on.
That said, it should not take children being murdered to bring this issue into the public eye.

Dealing in averages they will say is too wishy washy, ‘no direct cause identified’ blah blah.

The lockdown case was stronger and they threw it out after delaying multiple times because the one or the other of the government’s 11 lawyers was on annual leave, nicely leading up to having the case just as lockdown (1!!!!) ends.

If I ever stab someone I wonder if a defence of “well I’m not stabbing them now” or “well I’m about to stop stabbing them” will hold up as well?

That’s something they won’t be able to do again as it was based on the government being economically with the truth wrt their plans for future lockdowns. Ie, this happened at a time when the science was still mocking the GDB as Strawman argument because nobody wants another lockdown!, before the science openly admitted that they had been secretly crying for another lockdown for weeks already.

Hospitals give a Code to each patient to classify what disease they have, using the International Classification of Disease code numbers.

Surprise surprise, this covert audit of a UK hospital audited what diseases “Covid” patients really had, as revealed by their ICD Code numbers and it wasn’t Covid in about 91% of cases.

“The vast majority of recorded Covid-19 admissions appeared to be unrelated to symptomatic Covid-19. The implications of this research cannot be overstated. Bluntly, if accurate, it demonstrates that there is no pandemic.”

It doesn’t look irrefutable. Why was it down from previous rolling average? Lockdown reducing accidents of various sorts? It does need further analysis but it is certainly worthy of that analysis.
It says it all that the government tries to strike this out instead of letting it run.

The data for both years and the difference between the two years presented for each week and not the running totals.

Having read and absorbed Edward Tufte’s “The Visual Display of Quantitative Information” I would suggest this would be MUCH better represented as a Stacked Bar Chart – these are not continuous numbers but discrete data ( so no need for a line graph ) and trying to see the “difference” with three line graphs is nigh on impossible !

Andy R

It should just be two lines probably using rolled data across probably 2 or 3 weeks to smooth out the lumpiness. It shouldn’t be a bar chart as most people read time data from left to right. It could be a column chart but the point would be to show the underlying trend if there is one and discrete points with either bar or column wouldn’t help this. I don’t think you could justify stacking them in any way as they are totally distinct data points. Stacking implies part of the same set. E.g. number of Yes or No responses or number with covid, number without covid etc.

John

Reply to  Trabant

Blue – orange = grey. I actually find stacked bar charts difficult to follow. There’s no interpolation between data points, Its no different to an old fashioned temperature chart. The chart used in the piece above is a rolling summation of the data, when I wanted to show the week by week differences.

This is what they did with 9/11 – everything was censored for “reasons of national security”. It’s simply a way for them to cover up their crimes knowing that the further in to time they maintain the facade of innocence, they get to carry on committing crimes with no issues whatsoever. This has to stop and now. Enough of living in a world controlled by these odious disgusting people.

You think false flag terrorism and illegal wars of aggression resulting in the murder and maiming of 100s of 1,000s of innocent people and the destruction of sovereign nations is nonsense? It’s this braindead and closed-minded approach which has landed us in this mess – people like you shutting down conversation which seeks to expose these criminals and their tactics.

I think you may have undermined your position the other day when promoting the flat Earth theory. Otherwise, I agree with most of what you say. Particularly about the fake moon-landings. To think they convinced the world that NASA flew people in a crappy hunk of metal up to the moon, successfully land on it, take photos of Earth, etc, shows how easily the public will allow themselves to be misled by government/agencies.

I’ve always argued the fake cold war was a distraction for the communists to move into a new global phase. You saw the Soviet Union supposedly disband at the very same time the Red Mafiya began sprouting up in powerful positions in Western countries. There’s no coincidences in politics.

That they have a case to answer is beyond doubt. I can’t even construct an argument for it as a devil’s advocate. It is reprehensible, idiotic, will cause division and fear, will bring zero benefit to anyone and harm a good many children in ways we can’t even calculate at this stage. Of all the demented policies that we have seen enacted over the last 18 months this one is the most evil. Anyone who has acted as an accessory to this should be in prison.

Hopefully that may produce a suitable result, but as others have hinted, I won’t hold my breath.

It would be better if we could just dispense with the formalities and string the murdering scumbags up from the nearest lamppost.

Notes for any “concerned” snowflakes or woke persons reading this:

1) I am not actually advocating lawless behaviour of any kind.

2) Due process should be followed at all times.

3) Please wear your muzzles masks at all times, including when walking down the street in the pouring rain, but ensure you hold your breath when you remove to wring the water from them, and then reapply to you face without delay. You may then re-commence breathing.

4) Keep your children muzzled masked and ensure they tell a policeman trustworthy person if they see an evil unmasked person or anyone who just might be (brace yourselves…) unvaccinated within eyesight of your home or their school.

5) Ensure your children are regularly given the life risking enhancing “vaccines” that have been so selflessly developed by those nice pharma people and paid for by dear Mr Johnson and his chums from their own piggy banks.

That’s all.

What’s the betting the govt uses the CDC ‘unvaccinated’ definition (i.e. not ‘vaccinated’ until 14 days after the 2nd dose) in which case any deaths immediately after taking the death shot will simply be marked as unvaccinated. The Judge won’t know any different and it’ll be the pandemic of the unvaccinated.

Doctor Performs Blood and Immune System Test Before and After COVID Vaccination, The Alarming Results Motivate Him to Share This Video October 4, 2021 | Sundance Dr. Nathan Thompson was approached by a long-term patient, we will call him Mr. Smith, who was being forced by his employer to get the COVID-19 vaccine.  Mr. Smith and Dr. Thompson have a long history together, as the doctor helped his patient change his lifestyle and eliminate Mr Smith’s type-2 diabetes. Because Mr. Smith has a long history of blood tests to form the baseline for his healthy immune system; and because the patient was being forced to take the COVID-19 vaccination; Dr. Thompson and Mr. Smith decided to take comparison blood tests after the first shot and after the second shot to see if/ how the patient’s blood-work was impacted by the vaccine. The doctor states his, “Jaw dropped after seeing the blood test results following the second shot.” The results alarmed Doctor Thompson so much, with the patient’s permission, Thompson felt compelled to record this video and share the results. Overall, the blood-work showed a massive negative impact to the natural immune system of the patient.  Because his patient is now more at risk after… Read more »

Where is the order Biden promised on Sept. 9 requiring vaccines at companies with more than 100 employees? Alex Berenson   Oct 5    This article says Biden has not issued any order: https://blog.nomorefakenews.com/2021/10/05/wheres-the-biden-executive-order-mandating-the-vaccine/ And in fact the Federal Register has no Biden executive order mandating vaccines for big companies: https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders/joe-biden/2021 Okay, so this article from Sept. 14 suggests the Occupational Health and Safety Administration will issue its own order – a so-called “Emergency Temporary Standard.” “President Biden has the authority to direct OSHA to develop an ETS without issuing an executive order.” https://www.littler.com/publication-press/publication/president-bidens-covid-19-action-plan-what-employers-want-know Would love lawyers to weigh in on this. In place of an OSHA mandate that might not survive court review, the administration appears to be trying to use a backdoor plan by having agencies require both contractors and SUBCONTRACTORS to meet Biden’s federal employee vaccine requirement (which he HAS issued as an executive order) – I got an email about this yesterday, and it is the reason JetBlue and American have given for requiring employee vaccines. The dark brilliance of administrative state authoritarians.
